I came at 9:30am & the place was empty. It is very pretty inside & they have very nice pedi chairs. I had a deluxe pedi by Diana & it was LOVELY. They even offer lap pillows for your arms to rest on, first place Ive been to to do so. They offer private rooms if you want. I will definitely be back.

I went in on Sunday to get the dip service. The lady who I think was in charge(said her name is Hanna) started by taking my polish off. While my fingers were wrapped in foil, another lady walked in. Hanna began talking with her and showed her around the salon. Next thing I knew the lady(not hanna) sat down and began working on my nails. At first I thought she worked there, but quickly realized she didn’t. She had no idea what she was doing and had to ask other employees what to do. I finally got Hannas attention (she had since started helping other customers) and told her I was not pleased with my nails. I told her it looked like a 3 year old did my nails. Hanna told me the lady is her friend and she came to help. It wasn’t even that busy in there. I have cuts all over my fingers that are infected already. I was told to come back later in the week and they would get fixed. I will not be returning to this salon.

Just because I came in with a gift card and I am young, does not mean that I wont tip well. I used to be a server and understand the importance of tips. It wasnt even 3 days after coming here, that my fingernail polish started to chip. The same goes for the hangnails on my fingers and feet. Always pushy about wanting you to get other services. Seems to get upset when you tell them no. I used to come here more often in the past. Left very disappointed. I came here to unwind from stress. The place is beautiful, but wont be returning.

Never again. I was supposed to get the acrylic taken off and then an overlay this lady cut my nail off.

We often bring my mother in law here to get a manicure. She has Alzheimers disease and often forgets to keep her hands on the pillow. But they are very patient with her and converse with her, making her feel loved and welcome. The nails look very nice and stay on for about 3 weeks.

Great place! Very clean and peaceful. Obsessed with getting my nails done here. Ask for Helen she does such an amazing job. I know that I will continue to go to her as long as I am getting acrylic nails. Also great pricing for such awesome quality of work.

The same day, toe polish smeared. Next day, two nails were dull. Lost 4 nails before the week is over.

Beautiful atmosphere for a mini mall salon with semi private chairs behind etched glass waterfall/windows. Love the herbal pedicures and the super long massages include with most services. Not a great selection of nail polish colors but all in all worth the price. My favorite Katy salon.

I went one day with my step mom to get my nails removed and re done but they used the same exact nails as my last ones and just drilled them into my real nail and it burned, also it took them three hours, they started 20 mins earlier than my step mom and she finished an hour earlier than me, and the first guy i had didn’t even know what he was doing. horrible place

By far the best manicure Ive gotten in awhile. The level of commitment and time she put into my nails is just amazing.

My experience was horrible the nails specialist that helped me was very rude and just wanted to finish fast. When i asked for another person the manager was good but the lady kept fighting me. May be it was that employee but deco itely not a good experience. I had to wait other 40 minutes to find someone else that could finish

They did a great job on my shellac and the price was decent. The shop itself was well organized and clean.

I really love this place . They always fit me in 💅 .

Worst nail salon ever. Waited almost an hour in the pedi chair before being seen, and it took another hour and a half for a basic mani/pedi. Totally not worth it if you have other things to do: they are sloooow.

Sorry but I cannot recommend this place anymore even though I have been a loyal customer for yearsYesterday I went in for my usual mani pedi...the manager saw me and barely acknoweleged my presence then disappeared into the back along with all the other employees...I sat in front for a few minutes thinking someone would show up and get me started but that didnt happen...I had to walk to the back and ask one of the employees how long the wait would be..then the manager says 15minutes and has me sit in one of the back massage chairs where pedicures are done. After waiting another 20 minutes a girl showed up to start my manicure...I kept asking when they would start my pedicure and they told me this one lady would do it but whenbI looked her way I could tell she had a long way to completing another persons pedicure...by the time someone showed up to do the pedicure it was literally an hour later and the manicure was already complete...at this point I was fed up and told them to forget it and I would pay for just the manicureThis whole time the manager that had told me I would have to wait 15 minutes just sat there speaking Vietnamese and completely ignored meNow I have pink fingernails for Easter and green toenails for Saint Patricks DayAll the manager had to do was be honest about the wait so I could have come back at another time or gone somewhere elseCommon courtesy goes a long way too and it is lacking at this place

Horrible place. Do not go here. I walked in the day before Mothers Day. I knew it would be busy, but i was okay with waiting given the circumstance. The guy, which I think was the manager, told me it would be about 30 min wait for mani/pedi. An hour later I sat down in the back.. waited another 15 min before my polish was taken off. The lady asked me what kind of pedi I wanted and I said BASIC. She started giving me all the works and when I saw her bring out the wax I told her I had said just basic.. she rolled her eyes. I was in the salon a total of 3 hours with just a pedicure done and didnt even get what I originally went for.. a manicure. Lots of people were complaining too while I was there.

The pricing is very good. The workers were very nice and offered a place for my dad to sit next to me, instead of in the front couches. There are lots of colors to choose from. I got almond shapes nails and they are shaped perfectly! The only things I didnt like were my nails were kind of sore afterwards, and the guy doing my acrylics didnt cut my nails before putting the extention things on. Not sure if that makes a difference though. I will definentely be returning.

I hate to even give this place one star. I wouldnt recommend going here at all. They literally ask you what you want them keep talking to each other not telling you how long the wait will be when chairs are already open. They clearly dont care about their customers.

I just had a manicure done for my Mother, it was the worst manicure I have ever seen. all of her nails were jagged. Horrible job. No hand massage or even a thank you. We will not be going back.

They got my finger nails infected we were unfriendly
