Been to this place a few times and honestly I LOVED It. I never put reviews on places but I just had to for this nail spa, they deserved it. Great customer service and great prices, plus they always have promotions. Clean tools/great products as well as a beautiful calm salon environment. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is by far my favorite place!

Loved the service! The most relaxing nail spa Ive been to. Called a week in advance to reserve for a bridal party and the detail and attention given was impeccable. We got pink moscato to sip on and all staff was friendly. The front desk clerk was extremely attentive and even gave us a face mask as a to-go treat.I got #616 on my hands & #496 on my toes.Wish the nail polish was just as great as the customer service. Shellac a starred chipping a few days later and polish on my toes didnt even last a week.

Jimmy did my pedicure today and it was the best foot massage I’ve ever had. He is truly professional. He knows the points to hit on your feet to make you walk away feeling soooo relaxed. Try him he’s awesome. Everyone there is very nice and professional and happy to be back at work after the virus. I’m happy they are open for services. (Everyone needs a jimmy pedicure I promise)

Went last night with my two daughters. By far the most gorgeous salon I have ever been too. Just stunning! I had a shellac mani ($22) and Posh pedi ($45) because I thought the Posh pedi came with a shoulder massage (I was wrong, you get the shoulder massage with the Posh pedi only if you buy the Posh mani, opps) but REALLY needed massage to added that to my services ($15 for 15 min). My youngest (9 years old) had the Posh Junior mani/pedi ($27) with upgrade to shellac (+$17) so that her nails would last until a wedding this weekend. My oldest got a full acrylic set ($45) with chrome finish on top (+15).So, the good, the bad, the wonderful.... My daughters where very pleased with their nails. The acrylics where just the right shape and length and thin not humpy. My youngest had a wonderful tech who was very pleasant to her and pampered her so sweetly. The chrome finish is very bright and my oldest daughter is afraid she will have to take it off before the wedding. We brought a picture of what she wanted and the tech tried but it is a little too flashy. Still super cute but not wedding appropriate. My shellac finger nails are perfect. The manicure was wonderful and my nails look 100x better than when I walked in. My pedicure was not perfect. The polish is very goopy (see pics) and unevenly applied. Also, my my toe was grazed too vigorously with the buffer and it bleed. It only hurt a little and today only hurts a little. He didnt mean too, it was a random miss swipe of the buffer block. Now, for everything that that guy did wrong with my toes he made up for with the most phenomenal neck massage I have ever had. He was familiar with Reiki technique and used it on my face and neck and the tension I had pent up for months oozed away. So, I will definitely be back for a full body massage from him but he wont be doing my nails anymore.Overall I was very pleased with Posh and will return. I now know what services I actually want and who I would like to do them I wont pay to much or be disappointed.

I went here to get the $30 dip nails before homecoming (I got them done on Friday and hoco was Saturday) I ended up spending $40 for extensions and coffin nails. ($5 each) Then the next morning, I already had one nail chip before it had even been a full day. They made my nails way too thin, and only dipped them in the powder twice. When I held them up in the light, you could tell that I had gotten extensions, and the nails were practically see through. Over the next week, I chipped 4 more nails, and I wasn’t even doing crazy things. ( I chipped one opening a drawer, one opening a can, one swimming) I had tried to go in to get my nails fixed, but they were closed even though it said they were open on Sundays. It’s been 2 weeks now, and I chipped the rest of them, so just took them off. My only job is babysitting, and $40 is 4 hours of babysitting. That’s hard earned money that i waisted. Never going there ever again.

Linda did such an amazing job on my nails! Been needing a new mani and pedi since COVID-19 happened. Overall staff was super friendly and welcoming. I can only imagine how difficult it is for everyone to be returning back to work during this crazy time :( Thank you Posh for making me happy! I will be a returning customer for suree!

Walked in with my friend today and got a dip manicure and $18 pedicure. I did not have any issues with the pricing for the pedicure, and my technician was not aggressively trying to up sell me, which I appreciate. Emily did a fantastic job on my dip mani and was very thorough to make sure it was perfect! Thank you :)

My experience at Posh is always amazing! Ive been coming here for over a year and keep coming back! These ladies are so detail oriented and always make sure you leave happy!! My favorite nail tech is Lana, I wont see anyone else but her! Shes sweet, patient and always greets you with a smile!Id also like to mention that the beautiful relaxing environment inside Posh helps you to get away from the outside world! Great and courteous service! Pedicures are always a pain for me (ingrown toe nail problems), but at Posh it was THE MOST painless experience I EVER had. They make it a point to take care of you and make sure your needs are met. Its like a little getaway. Delicious refreshments and relaxing atmosphere made the experience that much better.They also have a salon across the way (Blow & Glow), making it a complete package for your pampering needs!Definitely my GO TO place. Cant wait to try out the salon!

This is not your typical review of a nail salon...... I painted a car this past weekend with 2K (2-part) paint. My first time painting a car. I had all the right tools except gloves that didnt break apart with the cleaning solution used to clean the paint gun. Therefore, I ended up with paint on my hands and fingernails that I couldnt get off with acetone or anything else. Posh was able to get everything off my nails, and left my hands looking much better than before. Thank you for taking the time to do a non-typical manicure. The last time I had a manicure was when my wife convinced me to get one before we got married over 20 years ago.

I had given my sister a gift certificate when they first opened and hadnt had the chance to try it myself. Just tried them today and my experience with them was great ! Very clean! I love seeing the chair basins covered in serán wrap and disinfected each time, I enjoy seeing all the disinfectant sprays and cleaners at hand, new sponges and such. I got a regular manicure and pedicure (no shellac or acrylic) with a small design and enjoyed the treatment and process. My technician took the time to listen to what I wanted to match my dress and occasion.Not the cheapest place but who needs to go cheap and catch a fungus or something ? Tulip did my toes and Phillip did my nails and shoulder massage, all in all I enjoyed this place and service. Finally, a place (from the many on every corner) where I can become a regular close to my home.

The worst pedicure that I have had in my life, I just got today, very expensive and nothing really good, an on top, to make it worst, they cuter my skin. Terrible, terrible😫 Please don’t go to that place 👎

I have been to this nail shop a couple of times and every time I have had a nice experience and all the employees have been nice and professional. Just wanted to say thanks to Jane for doing an awesome nail design on my toes. It is really pretty and detailed!

This was my first time trying this place out and it was a waste of money. The nail tech who had done my nails was talking so highly of the place and how all they polishes were good brands and quality. I went home that day and not even 3 hours later my nail was chipped and my finger was in a lot of pain because she had pulled my hangnail. I called and made an appointment to go back and get it fixed. When I got there I told two people in the front that I would like another nail technician and I ended up getting the same lady who did it the first time. Other nail techs came to see what was happening and they started talking in their language and from the gestures they were making with their hands and context clues, the nail tech was saying something about me peeling it off. Then she went off to tell me how its not her fault and its the that there was something wrong with the polish. I have been getting shellac for many years now and its lasted me a good 3-4 weeks every time. Its been a week since I was there and my shellac is all coming off. Seriously a waste of money and time. Never coming back

I went to get ombré nails and the lady who was doing them had no idea what she was doing! She clearly did not know how to blend two colors and constantly filed off to much and then added another layer of the liquid powder. My nails were way to thick at the end. The nails weren’t smooth and they looked like there was a straight line between the two colors separating them instead of it being blended. She also took TWO ENTIRE HOURS to do them. My friend got a manicure ad pedicure and the polish was on her fingers and looked really messy. It’s a waste of time and money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO PLACE!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, professional, affordable prices

Choosing Posh for my prom nail was the best choice!! The environment of the salon is very luxurious and calming that I felt like I am getting some hundreds of dollars amount of services. Staffs at the Posh were also very nice and served me with comfortable atmosphere that I truly enjoyed my time.

Lana is my go-to technician for my acrylic nails or dipping powder, she always takes her time as does a great job making it light and natural! If youre looking for someone to give you the best pedicure, ask for Phillip. He will not disappoint either!

I’m genuinely unsure as to how this place has so many good reviews. It’s so nasty! Went there for a pedicure and I could go on and on but the grossest was that the technician went back and forth using sterilized and unsterilized equipment. I tried to tell her but she did not speak English. Definitely would never go back. There’s a reason they do $18 specials. Gross.

I regularly go to Posh for mani & pedis. I love the way I am treated there and the service they provide! I live near many different salons, but come back to this one again and again. They offer competitive prices and have super comfy massage chairs. They also have an excellent array of nail polish brands to choose from. Posh gets 5 stars from me!

Worst experience ever, I walked in at 2.40pm (today is Thursday not even a weekend) I was told to come back in 30 minutes, I said I will just wait, after ALMOST AN HOUR WAIT, I asked if someone was going to take care of me and they had the curtesy of telling me ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. When I said that was unacceptable and I was going to write a very bad review, they didnt even apologize. Leaving that place going to another one where I was treated like a welcomed customer, cost me total of 2 hours for a manicure. When there are so many nail places in 2 miles radius you would expect them to appreciate a customer walking into your business.

Just went there with my daughter and it was defiantly a terrible experience they took way too long and I didn’t even gave us what we wanted. Specially me, after asking what we wanted TWICE and making sure they got it right I wanted to for an hour to not even get my nails done at all because “there was a miscommunication “ which led them into giving me the wrong pedicure and not even getting a manicure at all which is unacceptable the fact that they still charged me full price and they “offered me” a gift for my next visit which obviously won’t happened after the staff wasn’t very nice and didn’t seem to be so concerned after not providing a service that I was there to pay for

Monday- Thursday special of $18 is not bad, includes your typical scrub and nail trimming. Place looks clean and staff is friendly.

Loved the lady who did my toes! Super nice and took her time. However another lady did my shellac and wasnt so nice. My nails were bubbly and started coming off the next day. She also made it very apparent that she didnt find my $12 tip to be enough. Was very rude.

Amazing service for good price!

Very disappointed. I set up an appointment yesterday earlier at 6:15 for pedi and dipping powder with a marble design that is posted in Instagram. Get there soak my toes for almost 20 minutes while someone get free. Ask me about the design, talking here and there finally they dont have to do the design. I choose another color, few minutes later my toes was almost done, the lady doing the mani says she have to leave, let me with another nice lady that told me she can’t do those design. I will probably won’t come back even that is the closer spa from my house. Little things can make loose a customer. You have to treat all customer the same way. Even if I am coming early in the morning or late evening.

Started out nice and relaxing but then the girl who started doing my nails wasnt the best personality. She said something to the lady painting my toenails that she was doing shellac but in their own language and I was mad bc I didnt not want shellac. I said up front regular nail polish. Anyhow my nails turned out lighter color than my toes bc she used different polish trying to pull one over on me. Sorry girl Im not stupid. I knew what you were saying and also she asked my name then started making fun of it in her language. When I got to checkout I said I believe the girl used shellac and I didnt ask for that. Girl that ran the desk just had me pay for what I asked for. She was very nice and was the only one with good customer service in the place. Im not trying to be racist in anyway but I wished there was a nail salon that was ran by all white women just because they cant start talking cramp about you in a different language. You could hold a decent conversation with them and if they were going to talk crap about you at least it wouldnt be right in front of your face while their doing your nails while smiling at you!

I stopped in because of the sign that claims $18 pedicures. That’s not really the case it ended up being a $35 pedicure because they up charge $5 for callous removal etc.the technician was very rude and made me feel rushed. She didn’t listen to the way I asked to have my nails shaped, she made a big deal about me wanting my dip powder and toe polish to match and she was very rough, making my nails and hands burn and bleed.My nails were chipped the same day, and three days later I have 4 chipped nails. I normally can make my dip nails last 5 weeks! I will not be back to say the least! Worst experience I’ve had while trying to relax and be pampered.

This was the second time, I came to this place and it was not the best experience after an hour of getting my nails done, I was not happy because my nails looked really messy and not clean, I told the guy to please not file them and he file them anyway, after me discussing that I wasn’t happy with my nails, the guy got very upset and put my nails in acetone, I told him I didn’t have another hour to spare of my day and he told me to leave? I was very confused. Will not be coming again.

Posh was amazing. Britney reviewed and confirmed exactly what I wanted before getting escorted to my seat. I was immediately offered something to drink. The women who did my mani and pedi both introduced themselves before getting started.If you are looking for a minute to yourself, where you can relax to nice music in a beautiful atmosphere and a massage chair, while getting pampered, this is the place!!Im not one to want to have small talk or intimate conversation with the technicians. I do that everywhere else, all day long, everyday. I find it refreshing not to have to carry a conversation while Im being pampered.Thank you Posh! #wontgoanywhereelse

4 stars for ambience. 2.5 stars for the tech. She was kind of nice but not that easy to speak with. Considering what we pay for mami pedis in Katy...Id expect more. I dont recall her being pushy (which turns me off in an instant) but she also didnt exactly wow me at all. The leg massage was subpar but everything was super clean and aesthetically appealing. I will be back to give them another go!

They are absolutely terrible, I got acrylic nails and within a week one of my nails broke off. My nail technician was rude and while painting my nails she got up without a word and went through start on someone elses nail, I had to ask another nail techinan to finish my nails. They are overpriced and mannerless.EDIT: My nails were not long rather they were medium length and I have never had nails break off within a week until I I got them done here that is not common whatsoever but because they were done poorly it happened. Your nail technician does not have to have a vast English vocabulary to communicate that she is going to start on another person nails, or tell someone to finish my nails but she did neither theres no excuse at all.

I recently moved here from GA. The nail shop was was behind me so I went for a refill. The one very nail they fix by using their nails keeps breaking . I went back she fixed it and it broke again which tells me the nail the use is not quality. The other 9 nails I bought from GA is still intact
