I always love this place.Everyone is super friendly, professional, salon is clean, and they have a wide arrange of styles/colors.I had my acrylic nails done by Kevin and you can tell he really enjoys his job.He was very detailed and went back multiple times to buff or color to make sure it was perfect.I highly recommend this place!

Update:Just wanted to say thank you to Judy, manager, that called me and helped me to schedule an appointment to correct my last visit. I was able to come in and get a new refill and toe polish change color and the correct shape of my nails that I originally asked for. Thank you for listening to your customer needs! Ill be back for sureI want to start by saying that everyone is very friendly here. Ive been a couple of times and service is good. Prices are fait. If you call ahead they will hold an appt for you so you dont have to wait. They offer you beverages. Place looks clean.However the attention to detail is lacking. First my nails and toenails are two different colors. Second I asked for almond style shape and was told no politely, but still she told me no. Then I said I would keep the square but I needed them to be cut short because I had a client meeting coming up. She also refused to cut them down, again politely, but she did not listen to me request. In looking at my nails, now that I am home, the cuticles are dry, they are not all the same length and the shape is different onsome of my nails.I am disappointed

Relaxing, calm and peaceful place to get your manicures, pedicures and other lovely services for your beauty needs. Cindy and Mary took care of my mani and pedí and they did a terrific job while adhering to all new policies regarding covid safety measures. This will be my new go to place, just a little slice of heaven when you need some me time.

Nail tech got all set up and was starting my nails after about a 15 minute wait, when another woman came in and she literally stopped and told me I’d have to continue waiting, moved all her things and started to do the other woman’s nails instead. They asked me to continue to wait with no given timeframe, which I declined. Super poor customer service to be starting someone’s nails and then stop to do someone else instead. Too many great nail salons in the area to return somewhere like this.

The lady that took care of me went above and beyond to make sure my nails look perfect for my wedding. I wanted some jewels on my nails and we were both worry the jewels will come out but its been almost a week now and my nails look the same! Loved it

Everyone was super friendly and I really liked my nails. I like how quickly they were able to get me in and fulfill exactly what it was that I wanted. The nail booths are really close to the front desk so not as spa-like as some libations that have more separation between the spaces.

Great service, clean and prepared for the day. Will definitely be returning. Made appointment for 9:00am they were organized and ready when I arrived, polite and above all a great pedicure!

I use Mary at Creative Nails and she does a great job. She does a wonderful job on my nails and takes her time. The salon does temperature checks upon entry and does a great job following all the CDC guidelines to make your salon visit as safe as possible. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

I love this place . They are so clean and nice and have a wide range of color selections for dipping, acrylic, gel and normal polish! I have never had a bad experience here! Amazing place with amazing workers !!

If you are looking for a perfect nail salon... look no further. They have recently renovated and added on to this location, and have still maintained their high level of service. I am extremely picky when it comes to the shaping of my natural nails. I always get shellac on my nails and the matching regular polish on my toes. Since I am particular about having matching hands and feet, it’s wonderful that CR Creative Nails offers in multiple brands matching shellac to normal polish. I have had the opportunity to have my nails done by several technicians who have all done a great job. I have never been disappointed leaving this salon. They really listen, and they really want you to be happy with the results. They also tell you cost upfront and don’t try to force you to buy into more services. They do however talk about them, and that’s to me great customer service. I eventually found my go to person which is Mary. She is very difficult to get an appointment with because she is so in demand. I have been coming to this salon for 5 years now, and I drive a little over an hour to come to this location because they are just that good. They have a rewards program where you can get up to $10 off in a visit, and they offer many sweepstakes and contests through their social media. They also offer a 5% discount for paying cash. Don’t hesitate... This place is awesome.

I really enjoy this place and have been going for years. The staff is exceptionally nice and love when they call me by name. The salon is very very clean and nice. However I cant understand why every time I go, its a different price for the exact same service! Granted, its a few dollars difference but still..........Actually the costs differences has been ongoing long before COVID. One week ill pay $35 for service, the next time itll be $38 for same service, the next $32, etc. Been this way for at least a year.

This place was awesome ! Not only were they ready at my exact appointment time, but they allowed me to text a picture ahead of time to be more prepared as well . They are clean and Covid ready .. but more important they were patient with our crazy nail art and willing to do what we wanted ! And in the end the nails looked beautiful too .. a little pricey .. but you get what you pay for no doubt !

I loved the service! Mani-pedi were perfect. Everyone is very friendly and polite. (The only thing I did not like was the too much scrubbing on my legs to the point that it hurt/burned a little and the lady did not understand when I tried to explain) maybe I should’ve done a better job at explaining. Loved the experience and salon was clean! Would be 4-5 stars and wont go less than 3, because they did a great job. BUT, my dipped nail lasted 2 weeks to the day and over half have chipped prior to the 2 week mark 😭 For $50, disappointed. Might try a different tech...

In town from Austin for the weekend and needed to get my nails done. This place was the coolest nail salon Ive been to! Complimentary wine, warm neck wrap, and the selection of polishes were vast including mood-changing polish! Will definitely be back next time Im in town!

Very professional. I had the most amazing pedicure with shoulder massage. My new nail salon😁I had eyelashes applied today. I dont know how she has the patience to put a tiny lash on each of my lashes but it looks fabulous 😉

The massage was nice, the staff were nice, however quality of work was bad. My skin bled from too much grinding around the cuticle. Both finger nails and toe nails were cut and filed too short hitting the nail bed and now they hurt. Wont be going back.

The people are so incredibly nice and I loveeee this place. Last time I went I got acrylics and they stayed on so long. For about 6 weeks. The only thing is I did feel a bit rushed ONLY when I had to choose the acrylic color but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place

I made an appointment and showed up on time for a refill. I waited 25 minutes and no one helped me. They didn’t even check on me & warn me I’d be waiting long. Complete waste of my time.

(This review was my opinion before what happened below)Update: Last time that I visited my color powder acrilic nails start falling after just 1 Day. I called them and let them know. They gave me an appointment for Monday morning when I arrived I just had the nails of one hand but obviously all will have the same end. But they only offered to put the nails that already have fall. I didn’t knew the exact color so I told them just take them off. They never offer to do the job again since obviously the technician did a bad job. I have never retuned since then and I will never be. I was a regular but I felt ripped for the poor customer service.

My favorite nail salon in Cinco. See Truc or Mary. Prices are on par with similar salons around like NoA. The only place I’ll do “dipped” nails at this point. Only Truc (and a guy whose name I have forgotten) have done what I asked AND they lasted. I like my nails short and the dip/acrylic/etc THIN. This is the only place and only techs that have consistently delivered.

Been going here for a while now. Finally added waxing to my services. Lynn is awesome! I had nevwr had my underarms waxed and was a bit scared...of the pain..as always I was pleasantly surprised!

I chose the express manicure and the express pedicure. I understand that that doesnt have all the pamper essentials but I know for a fact they shouldve cleaned my cuticles and such. My pedicure wasnt as bad, but the person who did them didnt even cut all of the hang nails or whatever theyre called, and the skin that is supposed to be scraped off wasnt scraped off completely. For my manicure, the person cut my thumb, so now at the end of it its bloody. They also neglected to clean the excess nail polish off of my fingers, and didnt even finish cutting the cuticles for some fingers. The lady at the front said I didnt have to pay for the manicure, but she gave me a $12 gift card instead. However, I wont be returning so that money just went to waste.

Cindi is a great manicurist. Strong hands during massage and OCD like work on my tips and color. Can not wait to experience more of her services at Creative Nails. Also, want to say Thank You for working me in last minute for a break that turned into many breaks. Front desk lady is sweet amd knows her job and products well. Very Patient. Judy, who is the owner is Awesome! She rally works hard to keep her business up to date and very clean. Willing to work with you if you dont like the work. Always pleasing her customers!

I have been going to this salon for almost 5 years. There was a lady getting her nails who was on the phone and being very loud. No one told her anything. My mom complained to the owner and nothing was done. When we had told the owner we were not coming back, all we got was an apology and to have a nice day. I was very disappointed.

Had the absolute worst experience today after 2 years of patronizing this nail salon. I brought my daughter, visiting from out of town. The receptionist, Ngu (pronounced as we) changed prices each time we asked about specific services. I asked, what are you talking about and her reply was oh I thought you were talking about something else. What?! My daughters Tech was a man and she wanted her nails almond shaped. He brings Nguyen over and what do you think she said? That will be $5 extra. To shape your fingernails? As I am discussing this price gouging with her, the man tells my daughter that he will rip off her nails and kicks her shoe. No way!! Needless to say, we were gone. Price is not the problem, but bad service and disrespectful treatment is intolerable.The only saving grace is Sofia. She has the most beautiful soul and her work is impeccable! !Side note: Came to regal nails in walmart Katy mills. Service was excellent at a third less. My daughter and I were greeted and treated as if they wanted us as customers. We left with that pampered feeling that you expect upon leaving a salon and thats without the champagne.
