Editing Review! Service has gone downhill big time over the past few years. Pedicures just ok, depending on who you get. Nail techs rush clients, dont listen to client wishes and do what they want anyway. Was very disappointing the last time I went and got this full set. I even showed the technician a picture of what I wanted regarding the shape and length. I asked for square/round and that he not file underneath. I could have done better myself and that is saying a lot. They point in all directions, and I have no idea what shape they are. They did give me a discount because it was my birthday so that was generous of them but I wont be back.

Front desk staff is great! Very friendly-oriented individuals that seem to care to be at work! Clean facility & bathrooms! Helen is great at pedicures! She is patient and understanding! I had to ask her to re-do something I accidentally messed up & she did! Will continue going to this location as long as the service is good!

I am a regular customer and usually have good service until today. Very rude nail technicians - Kelly and Aaron. For what they charge I would expect friendlier staff. Nail salons are a dime a dozen and I will not be returning to this establishment and advise my friends/family to do the same. To be fair, my husbands nail technician (Quinn) was great!

Wow!! This place is beautiful, ecleptic, and super nice! I went out on a limb, my previous nail place was short staffed, and really busy. Completely unable to see me, but it was my day to get a refill. I had Taylor, she was so nice, super clean and such a help to help me trying to get out of there on time. My nails are beautiful!! Prices on the other hand I feel are a little steep! 35$ for just a same color refill.... a bit much. But I loved my experience there with Taylor!

Thea is the sweetest and does a super job every time. So glad I found her!!! The whole operation is well run, clean and friendly.

I have been coming here since they opened. Always had great experiences until the last couple of months. I wanted to try dip and it looked like I had pillows on my nails. Next time I went back, they burned my nail beds removing the dip and I had a fungus. When I asked what it was and what caused it, they blew it off like no big deal. It will grow out with your nails. I went back to shellac but couldnt get the French style because of the fungus so I got color to hide it. Four of my nails have broken now. I was told the nail tech I had was brand new. I showed my husband, and he said you pay them a lot of money, I think you need to find another salon. I think he is right. Bye!

I got my nails done by Sofia first and by Tim another time, when Sofia wasnt available. I loved them both times! Both of them were extremely patient and kind. They lasted me over 4 weeks when Sofia did them 😧👏🏆. The prices were fair and affordable enough for me to come back.You know how some places start giving you a gel top coat without asking and then charge you for it even though you didnt want it? Yeah, we all hate that, and this place did NOT do that. They actually gave me a little Christmas gift and even added gel for free one time 🥺❤️.I dont drink alcohol, but they serve drinks here. I had to try a virgin margarita, and it was soooo delicious.I love this place. Will keep going regularly.

I visited here for the first time since moving to the area & it exceeded my expectations! Lily did an amazing job on my nails & was very friendly. I was nervous about going to a nail salon in light of Covid-19, but the employees took all of the necessary precautions & more! I will definitely be returning. 🙂

I have been going to this salon since it has first opened. They have a great staff and talented technicians. I always leave with my nails looking fabulous! They also have lovely refreshments and are kind people. I have my favorite people, but they all know what they are doing. Even if you accidentally chip them, they always take care of you with a smile.

I have yet to be disappointed. I have recommended this place to my friends. Love it!

Came for gel manicure and regular pedicure with polish. Lucy and Mai were wonderful! Very attentive and friendly. Lucy did a wonderful job on my hands. Mai was very helpful with the color I wanted on my toes. The service from the front was friendly and fast as well. Love it!

This is my first time coming to this salon for a mani and pedi. I had my nails dipped. The only reason I’m not rating 5 starts is because i feel the manicure part wasn’t thorough enough as I still have some dead skin and cuticle after they were done, but the dipping looks spectacular. They have a great variety of colors, use high quality materials, and dip twice to make sure the color lasts. The pedicure was very thorough and enjoyable, and I only did the classic. I can only imagine the deluxe one must be amazing! They have complimentary refreshments which to my surprise include free frozen margaritas!!! I added a 20 minute foot massage which is charged for $1 per minute, very reasonable and totally worth it. I’ll definitely come here again and I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I used to love to come here but now things have changed. All the old workers left and lots of new hire. Service quality went down.

Walked in and was not greeted even though there was 3 employees at front desk, they made eye contact with me and no one asked if I needed help or had an appointment, a group of women walked in behind me and they were greeted. Walked up to the nearest employee and asked if I had to sign myself in and was asked if I had an appointment which I didnt. They said because of how busy they were its about an hour wait, which is fine but to walk in and be ignored is very unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in with a friend requesting two pedicures, we were told to come back in 30 min. Since it was pouring rain we decided to wait in the nail salon. Receptionist comes back to us saying that the owner has requested we leave and they are refusing service because I have a service dog. I offer to show them the legislature and they simply ask us to leave. We got kicked out of here because of medical equipment, guess they will be refusing service to people with wheelchairs as well. Please think twice before giving your money to a place run with disrespectful owners.

He drill down to my real nail to the bed of my nail it hurts so bad it still hurts and its still bleeding since yesterday 7/1/2021 - 7/2/2021 I cant use this finger at work and Im a cake decorator and Im right hand person Im never going their they have ruined everything I have never gotten my nails done before in my life and I got it done at a different places that places was full so I went there to get it off I dont know if I wanted to get my nails done ever again.

I’ve been here several times and never had an issue. Chloe did my shellac manicure. She cut me once and proceeded to put acetone and alcohol on top of the cut. She completely obliterated my cuticles and cut them way too short. All of my fingers hurt and it was not an enjoyable manicure. Got home and let them rest and turns out she cut me more than once. The color is not even at all and my nails are already chipping 2 days later.There are plenty of nail salons in Katy that would do a much better job. Won’t be returning.

I’ve been coming here for years and a lot has changed! The management is awful now & they keep hiring new people who don’t know how to do their job! They are also really rough with you. And cut you without apologizing. I recently went to get a full set and they overcharged me and I also got gel & one of my nails already peeled.. it hasn’t even been a week. I won’t be coming back.

This salon is always clean and Im greeted right away and seated quickly. They have a wide array of gel polish colors which I love.What I dont like is the fact that the nail techs want to file down most of the polish from my natural nails before applying acetone. During my last visit on impulse I pulled my hand away because my nail was getting hot as the gel polish was being filed down. The tech remarked that my nails must be thin. I was thinking yes they are because you all file them down every time Im here. I thought her observation would prompt her to treat my nails with strengthener or hardener but she didnt. Just used her regular base coat and kept going.My old salon would lightly file each nail just to break through the top coat, apply the acetone to a cotton ball and place on each nail held in place by foil. They would then wrap each hand in a warm towel to further activate the acetone.As much as I love the vast array of color selections I cant sacrifice the health of my nails. I would expect a nail salon to put the health of nails as their TOP priority. Sadly not in my case. I will return to my old salon and may drop in at Deluxe if Im pressed for time because its closer to my house.I would like to see Deluxe Nails & Spa place more emphasis on healthy nails instead of their bottomline.

The nail technicians paid attention to detail. The place is clean and pretty on the inside. I did not wait long and was in and out for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax.

Do not use this place. Asked to have my face waxed. Before COVID had it done every 3 weeks like clockwork. The lady who did my wax (think her name was Victoria) gouged my face with her nails and gave me several first degree burns. It looked like I had been in a fight within an hour of me leaving. You can see the damage in picture below.Had mani and pedi. Asked for same color on both toes and fingers (fingers were gel) - the color was not even close. So much for spiced berry 479.Thank you for the free mani - pedi. However for the trip to urgent care for burning and gouging my face you need to do better. I am contacting the TDLR to file a formal complaint.

My 7 year old and I went in and she got a kids mani and pedi and I got a dip (French) . Total was 95$ When I was checking out I was charged an extra $5 because she did three colors, which I don’t understand what difference it made her toes and fingernails are small and took very little polish. No more than if using one color. The lady who did my nails cut me and never cleaned the cut . Took forever to do my nails and had to redo them twice . I don’t think she new how to do dip or French dip at that. Two nails broke already after 2 days . They are very uneven and one nail the white dip turned yellow. Pretty disappointed for the money I paid and the quality received.

Nice place but my tech left some spots and bubbles. One nail broke it was free to get it fixed so i did. She filed my nail so much it hurt and kept going. Now my nail hurts and is sensitive. This is not normal. My nail hurts a ton.

My mother & I stopped by as a walk-in and even though it was super busy, they took the time to still pencil us in and let us leave to wait until it was time to come back for our appointment! So convenient and nice staff the guys upfront, at the reception desk especially Christina! When we got in for the appt she took care of us right away, drinks, and everything keeping tabs on us making sure we felt comfortable. Chloe is very sweet and did an amazing job with my Tropical pedi, I def recommend her! Kayla did my mothers pedi, she was friendly and nice as well. Manicures were okay.....the lady I had she wasn’t very friendly kind of cold harsh attitude and quickly did my nails and left, so did the man who did my mothers mani, he was just serious and quickly did the service.....not so friendly. (still tipped them at the end despite that) I don’t know if I’d recommend our manicurists, due to it was being our 1st time trying out this establishment. I did enjoy the rest and the atmosphere is spacious and beautiful ! Thank you keep up the great customer service!P.S.next time we’ll request different manicurists 💅

The service was excellent when I got acrylic nails done by Amy, but the lady who gave me a pedicure cut the skin off the big toe on my right foot and it started to bleed.But besides that the service was excellent and they even offered us drinks!

Ive gone to this location several times. Usually I have a great experience, but this passed time I was disappointed. I knew it was a busy day when I walked in, and was pleased that they immediately sat me down for my manicure and pedicure. However, I felt very rushed during my time here. They did the manicure and pedicure at the same time.. which I understand to keep things rolling. However the lady doing my manicure was very pushy and annoyed if I wasnt paying attention or when I would be talking to the lady doing my pedicure. Once I got home I looked more at my nails in the sun and saw my gel manicure was nearly see through (did not look like the color i chose) and my pedicure was chipped because I felt so rushed to leave. I hope this was just one bad experience but I may be trying elsewhere.

Yall...this place is AMAZING! Go see Justin! I get shellac manicures regularly and they last about 2 weeks. I decided to try this place. Please know that I am super picky and I am really, really rough on my nails so shellac doesnt last long. But this place!! Just look at this pic...IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND 3 DAYS! No chipping or lifting!

Deluxe Nails & Spa MortonI had gone once and service was decent, decided to go again and had the worse experience. Got a regulator pedicure, and I tried to make conversation with the nail tech and was ignored, felt super rush was not even paying attention to what she was doing, would just slap the lotion on my feet. Then I had a shellac manicure, first of all while removing my previous shellac the nail tech was moving it so fast that the tool that he was using to scrape the shellac ended up cutting me. Then continued to do his work and filed my nails completely un even, and the nail gel polish was not applied properly. When paying I did let the staff know and they appeared to not care.

I went here the day before thanksgiving to pamper myself before a full day of cooking. The staff were kind enough however my nail techs rushed me through, and were rough on my hands and feet leaving red marks and soreness. My nails have not help up at all and I am used to having them for 2wks before having to go back, I have lost 4 nails. My pedicure wasnt dry before they pushed me out of my chair, I found this out when my polish was scuffed up. I will not be returning.

I was a regular customer here up until last week. The guy at the front desk was very rude in his tone and dismissive. He is the reason I will not return or refer this business to anyone I know.

Price was good but they were pretty sloppy with the work done on my cuticles. My fingers were sore for days which is no fun in a world where you are putting hand sanitizer on everywhere you go. I had a simple french manicure with regular polish and by the end of the day they were already chipped. The place overall is nice and the staff was great. I am not normally in the Katy area but I would give this place another try if I found myself in the area.

I say take your business elsewhere. this place is very expensive for a poor quality service my technician was denny he did a very bad job on my refill rushing to be done and didnt file .very disappointed i liked this place but now is bad my nails are so fat and uneven sharp end like 🔪 I ask with a nicely to please file down a little he said no .

I have followed my nail technician *Mia* here. Is it expensive?....Yes that is no question. However when you find the right technician the price is %100 worth it. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL interior and the customer service all around is completely worth it! MIA IS AMAZING.... by far the best pedicures I have ever received. I always get the deluxe pedicure. Hopefully once they are more established and have steady business (since the development is new) they will drop the prices slightly 😊🤗 Always welcoming at the door, the staff is so polite. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💅👣

Yesterday was my first time ever here as I’m new to the neighborhood as I walked in I was greeted asked what I wanted I was so stunned by how beautiful and very clean this place was. Dior did a amazing job on my nails I love them Dat did a amazing pedicure I was very happy with my service and very happy with them they made me feel so comfortable talked to me thru my service offered me water or anything to make sure I was as comfortable. I did shellac on my toes and the color was wrong but Dat quickly made sure to change it and fix it with no hesitation and I love that he wasn’t mad no attitude nothing just did his job and did amazing! Overall this place is amazing price is a bit expensive but hey I didn’t mind cause everything was amazing so I didn’t care at the end! Just keep in mind if you do come about that other then that I will recommend to try this beautiful place 😁

I been going to the salon for a little over a year now! Everyone is so amazing! They make you feel so comfortable, everyone is always smiling the girls in the front are so sweet! My nails always come out exactly how I want them my nail girl is Ruby she so gently and takes her time!

The people were very friendly and nice. Honestly it was way to expensive for the job that I got. My nails are very thick I had to ask the lady to make them less thick and even then theyre still thick. I like them overall but Ive gone some where else that has been on point and really wasnt as expensive. I just didnt get what I paid for. Its alright. Would I recommend it for anyone no. For my nails, and two pedicures it was like 150+ gotten that stuff done for less and they looked a lot better

This is a huge nails salon that can service many people all at once. The service is beyond incredible and the technicians do just as good of service! So happy to have this place to get my nails and waxing done! I always make an appointment with Judy, shes the best!

This is hands down the best nail salon Ive been to in Katy! A relaxing atmosphere with plenty of employees. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes. They offer complementary beverages - including wine, margaritas, and fountain sodas. My favorite part is this place is SUPER CLEAN! (Maybe its just me, but I hate when your getting a pedicure and they put the tools they use to scrub your feet in the water when theyre done using them. They dont do that here!). This place is my new go-to!

Great spa...make an appointment though. The wait can be long. Not enough nail techs to cover all the chairs they have. But the services are awesome and they dont rush! Great ambiance too.

Love this place. Prices are in line with just about every other nail salon but they have an amazing staff that listen to what you want. The salon is beautiful and they provide drinks while you get your nails done. All the nail techs are awesome and the front counter staff are great too.

This was the worst nail salon, I have ever been to. I have never been cut so many times in my life, and my nails absolutely embarrass me. They are very sharp and are not the shape I wanted, not to mention this place charges nickel and dime for everything. Lam cut me so many times, and I just wanted to leave, I have never been so upset about my nails before and coming here was a mistake.

I only went there one time and I wouldn’t mind going back. My husband treated me to a nail salon trip for my 30th birthday and I only got a pedicure because I needed a foot massage (I was 30 weeks pregnant at the time and my feet were swollen). Although the nail color I chose for my toes didn’t come out the way it looked on the bottle, the service was great, the salon was beautiful and relaxing and I liked how they served free beverages, even margaritas 😃

He is the best in the area hands down.I can be particular about my manicures and pedicures, and this place has the staff to get it perfect!I especially like Will and Cynthia, but overall great staff and customer-based service. I highly recommend this location and will continue to be a repeat customer!

This is my second time here. The first time, I had gotten a powder full set and a classic pedicure. The pedicure was great! But, I wasn’t too fond of the full set. The lady who worked on me made the powder too wide so it was overlapping my nail bed. It bugged me so much that I wanted to come back but I had no time bc I was going out of town.The second time I came, I got the signature pedicure. I was offered either the hot stone massage or the hot wax & I chose the hot wax since I hadn’t ever gotten that. My experience with Joseph was awesome. He did such a great job and spent a lot of time with me. He also did well on removing all the callus on my heels.The service here is spectacular. I haven’t had to wait at all and they all greet you with a smile. Their customer service is great! They also have different beverages you can choose from starting with sodas, slushies, waters and alcoholic beverages. The place is also beautiful and at a great location. Thank you!

Everytime i have gotten the dip it never even lasts me a week! Im sad to say that i will be giving up on this place at least for the nail dip service!

Best nail salon in Katy, easily! Services are slightly higher than other salons but, they have to pay for those fancy chandeliers some how!Jessica did an amazing job with my pedicure, my shellac is thick, even and stunning.Friendly staff, prompt service and lovely atmosphere.

Nice and clean place but .......i went for a shellac and 4 days later it start pilling off. I payed $40 because i got the french tip. I though they are expensive because they are using a better quality gel.... but i was wrong! I do not think i will be going back!
