Around my cuticles looks very messy and not neat or natural looking.My pedicure is not all that great looking either.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I went there to learn more about their nail services and it was overcrowded. I couldnt take a picture of the display of services and prices because I accidentally forgot my cell phoneso I politely asked for a flyer only to be rudely told to go take a picture with my cell phone. When I told her that I didnt have my cell phone, she nastily told me that she couldnt do anything. I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY THERE. ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS FOR THEM!

Kids cut $4. Fast. Efficient. Not a fancy cut but def a great clean up. My 8 yo son came out looking way better than when he came in. I’ll be back!

The only reason why I like getting my haircut is because it cost $7 to cut my hair and beard, but mostly as well because the person who has the sticker sign Off on Tuesday Thai in his drawer is one of the best cutters there. Go with him you wont regret it, I tip him well.

Nice people nice service but all my nails fell off within a week and the lady who did my pedicure didnt do great as well as the lady who did my nails none of them were the same shape or size.I tried it

Terrible experience. I went with my girlfriend and the worker literally yelled at her. Worst experience ever. Rushed us when picking colors, and when they started it looked UGLY. The nails were not cut well and they didnt file them either. It was like it was their first time doing nails. Didnt even let them finish, they were so bad.

Had an interview today so I needed something cheap and quick. My suggestion to everyone is if you plan to spend less than 10$ then bring cash they charge 1$ for credit cards. Not a big deal and not a turn off for their 4$ men’s hair cut. Super happy with the service today. Will be back

This place is good for cheap haircuts if you choose the right person. There are a handful of employees here who will give you a decent cut. However, the nails they do are horrible. My mother and I got gel manicures here and within 5 days both of ours were peeling. This is only my second time ever painting my nails, my first gel manicure lasted an entire month without peeling, so I’m sure they’re using low quality products here. You get what you pay for!

Been going here for 10+ years now. Thai is the best. Amazing haircuts for the price. Not all barbers are the same here. Bue sure to find out who is better before you go. In my experience, the men do a far better job with technical haircuts than the women hairdressers.

Amazing place to get a hair cut! They know exactly how much to cut and how much not to cut in order to make your hair match your face. The last four times I have been, I gave them the option to do whatever they wanted, and each time it was a unique hair cut that looked amazing!

My experience in here was to bad, the lady made May manicure and pedicure She was distracted dying her hair, the manicure only lasted two days and the nail of my right foot hurt him, that still hurts, I dont recommend it.

This is why I go to serenity nails and spa on Mason road. I thought today I would try somewhere new. Nope. Never again. I walked in at about 5:10 and I was done 20 minutes later. The leg massage was LITERALLY 10 seconds on each leg. I get pedicures to relax and have me time. Theres no way I can even have me time in 20 minutes. My normal pedicure takes about 45-50 minutes and theyre relaxing. I especially enjoy the part where they cut away the dead cuticles but this woman went so fast it actually hurt my toes. Then when she went to do the clear coat she was so messy and fast that Im getting my toes redone on my off day Wednesday. I expect getting a pedicure to help me unwind and this just made me pissed.

I cannot talk about the hair portion of this visit but I will tell you that getting my nails done here was probably the worst decision I have made. Don’t spend your money here! They don’t care about their clients. There are far more qualified technicians in this area for you to stumble to this location. I would give no stars if possible. Total ripoff!

Reasonable prices for hair care as long as you can stand the folks working there watching non English shows on high volume and having their conversation in local dialects. Kevin is great and knows how to provide great service despite the environment.

Their $22 mani/pedi is not worth it. With the French Tips shellac, it was $48 - same as Ivy’s just up the road.No leg/arm massage as you would get with other salons.I had to have her redo my heels because even as she was rinsing them, I could feel it wasn’t smooth.Oh, yeah, the pedi was cold water and when I said something, they added a bit of hot water which barely made it raise 3 degrees.Not worth it at all. I think this place is worse than Glam Nails in Sugar Land, but I didn’t get s mani/pedi done there.

No Bueno! I only got a pedicure here because my bf gets his haircut here and loves it. I think the massage is the best part if a pedicure but I got like a minute? Maybe? There was still lotion visible on my legs at the end. In addition!!! She used the hard scrubber thing that is typically for the bottom of feet on the top of my feet! It hurt like hell and for whatever reason I didnt say anything. But I didnt notice until I left, she had torn up my skin!! I am very particular about cleanliness and she opened my skin. Granted this happened Sunday and my review and pics today is Thursday. Do not get a pedicure !!!

Ive been coming to this place for about 7 years now, and the haircuts have always been 5 dollars, edge up and all. It seems as though a new employee didnt get the memo, and rudely got into an argument with me about tipping her for my edge up. Im a man with a receding hairline who doesnt have much hair up front to begin with. Furthermore, the woman ASKED me if I wanted an edge up when I sat down on her chair, but said nothing about charging me extra for it. She decided to leave that till the end and behave like an idiot at the front of the shop. I told her the sign says 3.99 and I gave you 5 dollars. I dont understand what you want me to do. no one here has ever asked me for a tip for doing what you just did, and Ive been coming here a very long time. to which she responded by telling me I was cheap. Id hate to not come back to this place after so many years but I am debating on doing so. If an employee is so hungry as to fight with a regular customer over a measly dollar then you should either pay them more or they should pack up and go find another job. Very uncalled for and very stupid. The lady seemed like she was a new employee, but what she did was just shameful. The saddest part about it all was that Tony the owner just sat there and listened to the whole thing. What a sad way to lose a customer thats been coming to this place for at least 7 years. I hope that argument over a dollar was worth it.

So I moved from SA to Houston and didnt have a clue on where to go for my hair. My friend suggested Natalie at Donys. I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical. However I went with my friends suggestion. After all, my friend has been going to her for 6 years. I am so glad I went to Natalie. She did my color, highlights and cut. I am so pleased! She looked at a picture (off my phone) and cut my hair exactly as the picture. She gives a great razor cut! I highly recommend Natalie!!

Its honestly not as bad as some people make it out to be. If you know which barbers to go to youll leave with a great haircut. However, I will say I wouldnt recommend it to any women just as I dont know the quality of the stylists their.

The barber did a terrible job of cutting my hair, it was uneven on all sides and I had to fix part of it at home. When I tried telling her it was uneven, she kept interrupting me telling me it looked good. She was unable to give me a even #8 buzzcut on top, and left uneven patches all along the top. I would not trust this place, and have to get another haircut to fix what they did. It was a waste of my money.

Horrible service for a cheap price. Got a matching shellac mani and polish pedi. The very next day, I had pieces of shellac peeling off. Went to get it fixed as I was leaving for a vacay, they refused to fix it. Yelled at me to get out of the store. Go to Half Moon Nails and Spa. They fixed it for free just had to tip the tech. And when I said fix... she redid my entire shellac mani. Dont go to Dony. Go to Half Moon Nails and Spa.

I just tried to call to get prices and the man that answered kept changing to prices for things I asked about and the sign said a different price as well. Then when I was calling him out on the pricing he hung the phone up on me! Smh will take my money somehwere else!!

Took my daughter there yesterday to get her eye brows waxed and the lady that did them, ripped the skin off above my daughters eye lids. When I went to show the lady what happened, she told me that my daughter has sensitive skin. They still tried to charge me for the service and I refused to pay for my daughters eyes getting tore up.. They have very poor customer service. They started talking amongst each other and I had no idea what they were saying. I will not be going back to this place. I tried to post a pic but it will not let me upload with my written review.

Horrible service!! They didn’t know what they were doing. Had to get my nails done three times after she messed up. She mixed colors and forgot to do a clear coat on my other hand. The lady even stopped working on my fingers and started working on someone’s pedicure (gloveless) then returned to work on my hands without washing her hands.

Usually leave this place pretty happy but I got a horrible cut today, the barber gave me an edge up that was almost at a 45 degree angle when I asked him to straighten it he said it was ok and set down all his things and proceeded to walk to the cash register, when I asked him to come back all he did was cut a swath out of my hair on the other side of my head. I asked him one more time to fix it and after just staring at me for a few moments i just got up and paid him never coming back again.

Great friendly stuff, they always make me feel welcomed. I like the fact that they listen, when you tell them what you want.
