Bad customer service. The technician had rude, blunt attitude. I went in for a full french set. From the beginning it felt very rushed. I explained to the technician that I didnt want the French tips to be too wide, she kept interrupting while I was trying to explain what I wanted, said it would be fixed later. Then later came and I ended up with shorter nails than I wanted :/ I pointed that out and she had an attitude about it. The nails look okay, but just not what I wanted, and I just got her attitude in response. I dont even know her name since she never introduced herself. Will not be going back.

Absolutely do not come here to have eyebrows done. They missed so many spots totally uneven. On top of that the bed looked like it had not been cleaned the sanitary paper was wrinkled. If I could give less than one star I would. I did not even want her to continue to clean my brows up in fear the damage would be worse.

It hasn’t been a week since I’ve gotten my nails done here. One nail is broken, another is almost off, and they rushed my nails after a couple of customers came in . This place is terrible, I won’t be returning and I’ll be sure to let everyone know about them scamming

My nail technician did great! She definitely put more effort and time into the leg massage and the scrubbing during my pedi than the majority of other technicians from other places. Had a 20 minute wait before being seated, but they offered refreshments. It was the usual price to be expected for a classic pedicure, and I will definitely be back! I’ve tried 3 places in Katy and this one has been the most personable so far!

Ok the only reason I’m not giving five stars is based on price. The prices increased about 20% under the new ownership. This is NOT an inexpensive salon. However, they are super nice, professional, and the technicians are very skilled and do a great job. You get what you pay for and you get excellent service here.

I always have the best experience there! I have never left with nails I didn’t love! The staff is the best and treat you like family! I can’t recommend Polished Nails Studio enough, go you will not leave disappointed!!

Great service from Ken and Evahn! I will definitely come back again, I had so much fun. Social butterflys I will say and I always enjoy having good conversations with new souls. Everyone that works at this location seriously enjoys what they do for a career and I felt very taken care of. Best service I will say again and I suggest everyone come to this location in Katy!

I love this salon!! They are meticulous and do the best powdered dip around! I always love my manicure and it lasts for weeks.

My wife came in to get a pedicure and her nails done and forgot her credit card. Instead of patiently waiting for my Wife to get a hold of me to get my card information the manager began to berate her in front of the whole store and other customers. After my Wife paid they continued to take pictures of her and her car as she was trying to leave; treating her like a petty criminal just because she accidentally left her card at home. Will not be returning to this establishment again.

I went to this nail place because it was a little late and we had already called and asked if they were able to do a refill and acrylic. They said yes. So we went. They took over an hour to do my nails. I paid 50 bucks for them to rush my manicure. Three nails werent even filed to the shape I had asked for (coffin shaped) and my thumb nail on my right hand was filed too much on the right side of it and now it hurts every time I put any pressure on it. They didnt clean them and I have red stains around my nails. It was the worst service I have ever had in any salon. I DO NOT recommend this place. Unfortunately they dont have less than just one star to rate.
