Cindy did an amazing job!!! I love that fact I didn’t have to ask her to trim my cuticles. I got a refill but she did such a great job it was like a new set.Update 7/21 HIT OR MISS!!!! After I did this review I got my eyebrows done they were uneven and way too thin as well as short. Also, today I went back for a refill and was totally disappointed at the quality none of the nails are even they are lumpy totally a rush job. Not to mention there’s $45 wasted. My husband told me do not go back and get your nails done there again go to your normal place but I did not listen….Can’t complain about the customer service… but the outcome not good all the time…

They were patient and very attentive 💜 I got a relaxing pedicure and manicureI will always come back!!UPDATE- I went to get my gel nails removed and she used an electric drill on my real nails and now they are very red and painful! I do not know her name, she looked new. It will take 3-6 months for my nails to grow out and be healthy again🥺

Amazingly wonderful experience thanks to James. Absolutely love this place, peaceful environment with water and plant elements.. I Love how beautiful this place is decorated.. the first nail salon Id ever return to!! The Owner/Manager Kathy (I hope I spelt that right?) Is beautifully amazing and kind. ❤The music was relaxing and delightful. Conversation was friendly, James professional soft but firm grip showed me they know what they are doing. This is a double wide salon with tons of space and lots of comfortable chairs. 😌I decided to pedicure after my full set of acrylics, am SO glad I went with the Summer package in my favorite scent (jasmine) and a pop of Coral pink polish. This is my first time coming I seen this place on google I looked at the reviews an everyone said to ask for Cindy so I did an she did not disappoint show her any idea u want an she will make it come to life!

Cindy she is the BEST!! She can make the worst problem nail look like it’s brand new and wonderful again! And so good with the shape and technique she is MY Nail LADY from now on! I was new to this area and went to try two other salon on different occasions but this lady is the absolute BEST you can get! She is on time and very fun to talk with and you really enjoy your time and the money you spend it is ALL VERY MUCH WORTH IT!! Make sure you get both pedicures and nails with her not two people! Cuz it’s much better that way! She knows what she is doing!!! And she won’t forget what you need next time you come in! PERFECT!!!

The service was pretty fast. When you arrive they have you sign a covid19 waiver (yes those exist now🤦🏿‍♀️). My nails are ok. I asked for coffin and got these. I wasnt going to argue so I didnt even question it!!! They still cute!!!! I provided both hands with and without flash.Update!!! I also got my toes done with shellac polish and in a week the polish was off 1 toe.Im just now seeing the owners response and greatly appreciate it. Ill definitely be returning soon, thank you!!!

Cindy was amazing from the moment I walked through the door. She did absolutely AMAZING on my nails and I was very excited with the energy she gave off once she saw the finished touchings! She also did my eyebrows and I promise I will not go to anyone else to have them done. All I can say is when you go to this fine establishment ask for Cindy.

Made an appointment for shellac with my usual tech, arrived at the scheduled hour, he wasnt there. Got him on the phone and agreed to come back later. Arrived at our agreed upon time, no tech. Waited around again but he was a no show. Not the first time an appointment was missed by their staff but it was definitely the last.

Went and got a pedicure I specifically told them I wanted pink and white on my toes with acrylic on I guess they didn’t know how to do it so they made another lady do it and use polish. Then tell me a whole different price then I actually pay. These ppl want you to get what they want you to have and just take your money but I’m sorry I’m not paying for something I didn’t ask for. Then they rushed me out because they were about to close. I’ve been going here a few months now and all of a sudden when Cindy is not here to do my services they treat the customer bad I will not be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not unless you just want something basic.

Cindy did my nails today and she did an amazing job. I have thick nail beds so I don’t normally do anything but nail polish. Cindy understood my concerns and left my nails looking beautiful with dip polish. She also did awesome wax on my eyebrows.

I went 2 days ago, i got dip with no design on my acrlyic nails which was $60 really overpriced. after a day my pinky started hurting really bad and after when I is picking up something my pinky nail fills off and when I see my pinky it’s really infected and green and it was hurting so bad I would not recommend this place because it is so overpriced and you will get an infection to do not go to this place do not waste your money! I got an infection from these nails that they put, I cannot even do anything because of my pinky hurting so bad!!!

Went there for the first time with my sister. I had Cindy, So disappeared very over priced for my basics acrylic short nails with Chrome polish a few are very crooked. My sister had a set removed and put back on and her eyebrows done and I paid more than she did.

Please. Do not visit this salon. I went today to have my nails dipped and asked to have them clipped down because my natural nails were very long. The nail tech cut my nails so short and then butchered my natural nails to the point of having to add nail tips in an attempt to correct it. They are all different shapes and lengths, just overall horrible. I promise this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Salon in my entire life. And When given the chance to redeem themselves and save me as a customer - They tried to argue with me and even accused me of lying about the fact that my nails were indeed my natural nails. I simply couldn’t believe they demanded payment for this! The photo on the left: my nails before they were destroyed at this salon. The length was a little longer as this photos is weeks old. The second photo is the finished job. FYI: The other hand is worse. 😩UPDATE:**I went back today and Milan did a wonderful job and made my nails look better. I received an apology from several people at the salon and the experience was very positive so I wanted to update my review and mention that while I completely understand that, as humans, we are not perfect and mistakes will happen,but when in the service industry you must be conscious of how mistakes are handled and make sure every paying customer feels valued. The level of service received today was very good. Thank you.

The place is ok, but some of the workers have a nasty attitude and they also like to talk about their customers. Had an altercation with one of the workers because he didnt want me to talk to another customer and nothing was done about it. I have all rights to talk to anyone I want! They need to learn how to treat the customers if they want their business to run smooth.

They take COVID-19 very serious. They clean the pens after use, check temperature, screening questions, etc. The nails are pretty good as the guy uses CND powder. My nails didn’t break but, the prices have increased since I first started going. I believe a fill is $25 and full set for long nails is $40. Toe color change is $10.

The guy put my hands inside a plastic bag with extra warm acetone to take off the powder of my nailsI got an allergie in my hands and red skin.

I was sooo disappointed with the service I received after valentine day the lady who did my nails for overlay refill did ok but never used enough powder on my nails 2 days later my nails were breaking right in the middle and I was on vacation. After all the power shortages came back explained to the guy and he didnt even try to understand my situation and was like sorry there is nothing we can do. Me being a customer i live 5 minutes decided to drive 10 minutes away to get services done just because the customer service was bad. I wish he would have handled it different.

The customer service here when you walk through the door is great!!! They are serious about COVID precautions as well!! Cindy did my nails and she did an amazing job...she was soo customer oriented and made sure that I knew everything that she was doing!! My nails came out soo pretty....and I usually dont do manicures and acrylic nails. Im just a pedi kind of girl....but now not anymore!!! Thanks Cindy and Violet Nails!!!

We were recommended this salon by a friend. After going back to our old salon, nothing really changed. Slow service, subpar nails & bad attitude we decided it was time for a change.The salon is big, bright, and clean. It doesn’t have the typical nail salon smell. The location is super convenient, lots of parking. There is so much space between patrons, you feel special. You have to sign a COVID-19 waiver, everyone had to have a mask & complied! They offer an array of services for any budget!My daughter & I arrived 30 minutes before closing, they still took us. Thi did S’s mani/pedi & it came out so cute! She was so patient with S, as she is seven years old and can be a little squirmy in the pedi chairs. S got exactly what she wanted!Going forward it’s James or nothing! James did my nails. I decided to remove the previous tips, trust James to do magic & he did! They are perfect! The white seems brighter here, like marshmallow white. The shape is perfect. I couldn’t of asked for better service. I don’t know the lady’s name who did my pedicure but what cuticles?! Given the time constraints, I couldn’t get a facial but believe me next time I go... I will. See you guys soon.

Very nice people there but price is over price that not the people there ut just is what it is I like the woman who did my feet but I feel the owner or who ever at the cashier need to be more friendly the man came up and was not to friendly just come this way but thank God I got a very sweet lady the only problem is I think I pay to much that all it took about 30 minutes of cutting and well I think some were i got cut short but hey it was one feet that need nail cut so I ok to find such a beautiful woman who will cut them

I like this place. The secretary is a very sweet young lady and the young man Kent is very kind. He does a very good job on nails. I will make sure to request him every time. He takes time to carry your bags for you and is very chivalrous...addressing the ladies as maam. This place should never get rid of Kent. Im giving 5 stars because of how wowed Ive been by his service. Kent has a spirit of excellence. He takes his time being very gentle and thorough. I will be back indeed!!
