The professionalism of this business is definitely up to par, although, the details in their work are more than hit or miss…I came in for a pedicure and everything was going perfectly until the man stated to paint my toes. He didn’t let anything dry which left my polish tacky and wet. I was upset with the way he did my pedicure because of the streaks. Some spots were completely solid while others were showing through to the nail. I’m dissatisfied.

I got my nails done on the 10th I had a nail break on the 12th, I work so I didn’t have time to come in until the 21 and get my money back or redone. A few days after the first had broken I had 2 more break. The nail popped off like it was press on. I went to go get my money back and she wouldn’t give me money back. Very disappointed in the service and the nails!!!! Don’t come here!!

First mani and pedi since COVID shut down. They did such great work. No judgment and they wanted me to just relax and enjoy the treatment. Great place to be pampered.

Very sloppy job. Nail tech did not care. He rushed through and left on fragments of nails. Total waste of time and money. Will drive further away for better service. Salon is outdated.

Came here on a Monday afternoon (Im on vacation!). They werent very busy and were able to accommodate us no problem. The shop is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional.Before Andy painted my toe nails he checked if my sandals would go on without ruining the paint. Turns out they wouldnt have so he gave me the little disposable sandals to wear until my nails were dry. (I appreciate them not wasting disposable sandals if youre smarter than me and come in useful foot wear!)Will gladly come here again.

I will say they were really friendly and it was an issue of the shape of the nail. All my nails are different shapes and thicknesses. They are crooked and I really wish it could have been better. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.. they did make an effort to have another tech reshape it.. they just couldn’t get it to what I wanted but the atmosphere was great.. I was extremely disappointed given the reviews it had

Ive been coming here for a while now. Love it. Everyone is so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Came in last week just when the salon was getting busy and there were only three employees working. Asked if they could take me in and they said yes and sat me down and made me comfortable while i waited only a few minutes and had someone work on me. They made sure that instead of waiting for a long time they had at least one employee working on each guest. Very nice and professional! My go-to spot!

Came in with my daughter for her 18th birthday and got the jelly pedicures and color powder. Our acrylics stayed on with no lifting for 3weeks! We had also gotten gel on our toes so they would stay on longer and no a single toe chipped! Nice employees and amazing service! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Best place I ever went too. Got a girl right yasssss. The nail polish lasted longer than I expected and the staff is very friendly and gives us drinks. The girl at the desk was very nice and helped me find an appointment time for next time. I will be coming back!

Decided to go to this salon based on the reviews I read and I’m so glad I did! I got to the salon about 10 min after the opened and they already had two customers. I was greeted very sweetly by everyone in the salon and got helped right away. I got a gel manicure and loved the guy who did my nails. I will definitely be going back! Bonus they offered me a mimosa with my manicure!

Chloe is my favorite technician in Katy. I used to go to her at the different salon, but lost her years ago. Changed several places since, but couldnt find anybody as good as her. I stopped at a salon in Katy, because they were open on Sunday and I could not believe my luck when I found her at the Simply Spa. They took care the 2 of us at 4.30 pm, even when they were closing at 5. Everyone was very nice and did a great job.

This salon has such a calm ambience. I had the absolutely best pedicure from Min and Sam painted my toenails. Great selection of colors and great massage chairs.

Did a simply amazing job the first time I went in and got them done. Did not even start lifting until right before my refill. After my refill it looked good but after 3 days it started lifting and I blew it off at first until a couple days after it started cracking and breaking. I went in to get them taken off and originally the guy who had done my nails the first two times was not there. Then my lady had to attend to another customer who requested her and left me with the original guy who did my nails. I was really not thrilled at this point. He finished taking them off and I walked up front. He told me it was $10 which I wasnt thrilled about but whatever they performed a service. Then he printed out the receipts and I tried to take my card back since he was done but would not give it to me until I signed the in store copy which I was planning to do. At this point I was livid. I wrote $10 on the receipt signed and left. I will not be returning.

I stopped by here for my first time a couple weeks ago and my experience was great! I used to go to the Cinco Ranch Spa but they closed unexpectedly and I had to find somewhere new before my cruise. When I walked in I picked my color and sat down immediately. I got a regular manicure and spa pedicure. Both technicians were very friendly and did a great job. I dont always get a manicure, and when I dont have one I tend to pick at my nails. They were in HORRIBLE shape before arriving and she made them look so good! My nails did start chipping pretty bad after a week but next time I will opt for shellac. For the price it is definitely worth it.

This is the worst place I ever went to! I advise people not to go here,they rush to do your nails just to get to another customer. With in one week my polish was off!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NIR MONEY!!

I have finally found my regular nail place. As soon as I walked in everyone was so warm and welcoming. I wanted a particular look for my nails. The place I went to prevously didnt even come close. This time they had 3 different people look at my pic to collaborate on the best way to achieve what I was going for, and they nailed it. Jennifer did my pedicure and she was AMAZING. Patient and kind. She was funny and easy to talk to and my toes look great. Michael did my nails, and like I said they are perfect. I will continue to visit this place!!

My boyfriend brought me here after a nearby ritzy salon was way overbooked. This salon doesnt seem like much on the outside, but I was quickly very well taken care of upon arrival. They even offered the massage chair to my boyfriend to relax while I pampered. The ladies were excellent, kind and took very good care of this mother of two. I will definitely return for the all star treatment.

Dont get fooled if the place is empty, this is a new place with great service and a professional team. The place also doesnt smell like nail polish remover and cheap prices for high quality work. Definitely coming here again!

Went here for the first time yesterday. Jennifer did an amazing job on my pedicure, she was so nice, and the neck massage felt so good! My nails were done by Kevin and they look great too! Definitely will be back.

Gave this place a try because of the good reviews but I’m disappointed. Came in on a Wednesday afternoon for a regular mani pedi and they’re quite busy, I had to wait but that’s fine no big deal. A lady started working on my feet, didn’t say hi didn’t say a word no drinks were offered until another lady (Chloe I believe, such a sweet lady and super courteous!) came over offered me a drink and worked on my hands, the manicure came out perfect, it was probably the best my REAL nails have ever look! Hence the two stars but my feet felt dry and the polish was messy, the polish on one of my big toes is smudged it’s been 5 hrs and none of them are dry. I will not be coming back.

Very disappointed with this nail salon. Went with my daughter to get mani-pedis. When we left my daughters finger nails already smudged. Ours nails look like we did them ourselves. It was not worth $80 I will never go back.
