After one of my favorite hair salons shut down, I started researching other places and I ran into this place and after reading so many reviews I chose to see Duke #601 and let me tell you he did beyond amazing! He cut and dyed my hair which came out more than I expected, gave me great advice on my hair, how to style etc. he does charge pretty pricey but for me it was well worth it. hes just pretty amazing. dont hesitate to go with him

I started going to Sherri at studio 804 about a year and a half ago. I had red hair at the time and wanted to go back to blonde. She did exactly what I wanted. I love my hair and love going! She’s quick, listens to what you want, tells you what she’s doing and why, and the color always comes out perfect! I love Sherri and will never go anywhere else!

I had a friend who went in to see Jamie, one of the hair stylist at Blue Lion Salon. After asking for balayage hair, she was left with orange tinted hair that was streaky and simply not up to her standards. After respectfully contacting Jamie to talk about her hair, Jamie proceeded to be extremely hostile and rude to my friend. She went on and on about how black hair is hard to lift and she should be grateful for what she got. My friend understands perfectly well that black hair is hard to lift and can be stubborn with bleach, but a few years back she received a beautiful balayage with no orange streaks after just 1 session with a different hair stylist. When she made Jamie aware of this and asked for a partial refund, she insulted my friends intelligence and then proceeded to BLOCK her. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you ever want to venture out and dye your hair....DO NOT GO TO JAMIE

Blue Lion Salon has individual rooms for each stylist, so your exposure to other people is limited, very important right now during the Covid-19 pandemic.Sherry Tabari in Studio 804 has been doing my highlights and cuts for about 10 years and it always comes out fantastic. Ive followed her from each salon as she moved, shes that good. She listens to what you want and is very honest about what your hair will and will not tolerate in terms of processing, color, style, etc. Sherry attends hair shows periodically for training on new products and new techniques so she is up on the current trends and finds the best products for her customers hair. She will not push extra products or services on you but will recommend the correct products to make your hair its healthiest and most beautiful.My husband and boys also get their cuts here and my oldest son wont let anyone else cut his hair. He waited an entire semester at school to come home to get a haircut.

I took my girl to get their nails painted for a special event. The nail tech used only 1 layer of polish. It looks very cheap and thin and was cracked the next day. At the very least this service should have been free. Going back to Vuvuzela.

Duke Chang in 601 (IG: hairbydukechang) is THE BEST. I’ve been going to him for over 3 years now for cut, highlights and overall color. His before and after pictures are always amazing. He’s very experienced and talented, but what I love is that he takes the time to customize his techniques to my exact hair texture and help me understand how different techniques work on my specific hair texture. I grew up dying and frying, and I have honestly learned so much from him on how to take care of my hair properly. He’s honest and prioritizes healthy hair but also somehow always makes my hair dreams come true.

His technical skills are evident when he works. He is a perfectionist and appointments can last long, but he is worth every penny.Because of COVID-19, he is a bit of a germophobe, so he sanitizes everything and expects the same from you. I recommend Basel to anyone looking for someone to put their hair trust in!! I made the poor decision to quickly get my hair cut at Supercuts and it was completely uneven. I went to Basel and asked him to please fix it to make it look good. I walked out of the salon LOVING my hair! I also had a last minute change in my day and needed to reschedule. He was so flexible and got me out in a timely manner! Can’t wait for my next visit to Basel!!

I have had terrible experiences in the past with people ruining my hair so it was a huge deal that i took a chance on this place & i am so glad that I did. This salon is absolutely stunning !I would HIGHLY recommend Marni in suite 304. She listened to all of my concerns and needs before she even touched my hair. She was very nice and I actually enjoyed the entire process. We took 5 inches off of my hair which is the shortest I have every cut it and I couldnt be happier. It looks great. Stumble across Lonnies instagram handle and thought her work looked amazing. Messaged her inquiring about pricing and services and she responded to me within minutes. She was fairly thorough with educating clients about the process, as well as asking for the history of clients hair in the past 2 years to ensure the best possible result for your hair.I booked her months in advance as that was the only availability she had at that time. I came in 10 minutes early and she saw me right away. She was super friendly and almost came off as like one of your girlfriends you havent seen in awhile. Very comfortable to talk to.I have to be honest, I did not have high expectations for the result of my hair, due to many attempts of getting a balayage elsewhere, and the frequent disappointments. My hair has became fried, broke, and damaged in the past 2 years, and I just felt that it would be a huge challenge for Lonnie to make my balayage dreams come true again.However, I stuck with my hair appointment and let her do her thang... She educated me every step of the way which I appreciated. She helped guided me on how to take care of my hair better, as well as hair treatments at home that can easily be done in 10 minutes.After about 3.5 hours, she turned me around in the chair and I was astonished.... She literally took my breath away... well I mean, I took my own breath away with the way I looked, but all thanks to her! I could not believe how light she got me!!! Definitely recommend Lonnie to everyone!!! She did an amazing job in less than the time I have ever been at the salon before. She really does know her stuff! Dont think Ill find anyone else as good as her.

I did my eyebrows in Create-Microblading Spa Room 7. I really liked the way Tiffany did my eyebrows, she was very professional and took the time to do the shape I wanted. I recommend her and this place to have the microblading procedure.

Michelle Arismendez at Aglow Studio (Suite 905) is the best! My balayage highlights and overall color look amazing. Ive been going to her for over 10 years and followed her from her last salon to this one. I highly recommend her! She even coordinated my cut with a stylist in a different suite to make the most of my time while I was at Blue Lion.
