So I only went here because I was picking up cupcakes 🧁at Ooh LaLa bakery and thought I was in need of a pedicure 🙃. Well the nail polish selection is small. My pedicure was mediocre 😕.

I bit the bullet and tried a new salon today. I had a man named Tony. I was a bit nervous because I had never had a man do my nails before. I was pleased with the job he did. He was gentle, courteous and kinda funny. My nails look great. I only gave 4 stars because I need to have a pedicure for the fifth one but I will be back! I would suggest you give them a try! I’m happy!

This has been my go-to place for years- I love it! The salon is inviting; the entire staff is friendly; and I consistently receive excellent service and an end product I’m extremely pleased with. Oh, and they don’t skimp on massages! Would highly recommend!

Used to love this place. Went 2 weeks ago. Its not clean - really, really needed to be swept. And the cashier was not welcoming.

Ive been going here for years. Surprised no one rated and reviewed. Ive never had any problems and this place is ALWAYS busy. Service is fantastic. The people here really do care about their customers. Its a very clean and friendly atmosphere. They give great massages and take great care of your nails. They do a wide arrange of things that other nail places dont do. Ive definitely enjoyed coming here and I wish I didnt move far away from it. Just want to make sure people know they can trust Lotus Nails.

Very kind staff! My basic pedicure included a foot massage and it was AMAZING. Lasted a very long time! My nails look great. A little pricey but you get what you pay for

Im obsessed with my nails! These ladies know what theyre doing. I loved how polite and caring the women are. they make sure you are always comfortable and they will make sure you are completely satisfied. I will definitely come back to Lotus!

EXCELLENT manicure. My gel polish lasted an entire month without chipping! I have never had a manicure last so long. The salon is very pretty with a very large selection of polishes.

I went to lotus nails in katy with my friend and it was amazing. i had a woman named lucy who did a beautiful job on my nails giving me blue shellac. definitely recommend coming here.

Always LOVE the way my nails look when I leave, and the pedicures are beyond relaxing. The facility is clean, relaxing, and tastefully decorated. Also, the owner, Mandi, is always there working hard to make sure everything is running efficiently, and greeting people warmly by name when they walk through the door. I wont go anywhere else.

Had my eyelash extensions done and it had to be one of the most painful experiences I’ve had. It’s not the burning which is expected it is the constant pinching of my eyelid with a tweezer while doing the lashes that has my eyes swollen and irritated this morning. They look poor and I am I sure how to sleep now and get them off. $75.00 (on special) down the drain and now a doctor copay to check my eyes. I tried to tell them it was painful and she called me sensitive. The technician walked out of the room cane bsck with another person and this causes major distrust when discussing my eye and tugging at my lash while sealed shut. Do not walk out while I can’t see!! This is not the first time but is my last time at this place. Stay away!!

The lady who did my friends nails was RUDE, cut her thumb, and did her nails completely wrong. As soon as she finished doing her nails, she got up and left because she knew she had done a bad job. They took forever, too.

I absolutely love this place and the employees were so sweet and they really did care about the customers you can just tell🤗 The vibe was so nice I literally fell asleep three times, the chair was extremely comfortable my nails turned out fabulous and my toenails aswell !!! And to be honest Im extremely picky when it comes to my nails because I naturally have nice ones but sometimes I want to switch it up and put fake ones on and they look amazing they not only took their time But they did an excellent job! I highly recommend !!!Tammy was the one that did my toes and cant remember the lady that did my nails for the life of me I think it is mendy I know Forsure shes new, been there about two weeks you can tell shes a professional!!! Cant wait to go back!!!💆🏼💅🏻💜

My mother and I went there for a double mani pedi. The lady who took care of me forgot to do my callous removal, and one of my nails chipped after just a few days when the gel was supposed to last 10 days. My mother had a very rough foot massage that left her bruised and her shellac chipped after a week. Won’t go back
