Came in at 9:15am for a refill. They didn’t have anyone available so I made an appointment for 11:00am here it is 11:51am still have not been seen. There are literally 4 people that came in after me that are in the process of getting their request met. They do great work but just walk in there is no point in making an appointment because that kind of stuff don’t matter in this establishment!!!

Amazing work first time coming here and I had a very good experience they are very nice and funny and even offered me something to drink they did a very great job on my nails this is for sure my favorite nail salon I recommend this place♥️

The worse place ever,they dont know how to do nails,they do the nail real bad they are not straight,im not happy with the service,inatead of fixing my daughters nail they cut them all off and didnt want to fix it not only that when we ask for a little discount which is like 10% they call the cops at us like we were criminals and they lied to the 911 when they called saying we didnt want to pay them, they are hungry for money and dont care abt the customer at all i will not recomend this place to no one,not even my worse enemy,this place is heeellllll.too expensive for the terrible service you receive.please dont go here.

I just moved from New Jersey and I have been looking for a good nail salon. This is the second nail salon I have been to out here and I love how my nails came out. Jenny did my nails perfect. She listened to what I wanted and she did a great job. She is also very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing as well. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.

I came here for a pedicure one day & I loved it was so relaxing plus I got a mimosa it was wonderful. But when I got my nails done it was so expensive & my nails were plain at that also not even 4 days after my nails started to fall off!!!! Was very disappointed especially at how much I spent on them!!! They do great pedicures as for nails dont even waste your time, The guy was so in a rush with me as well.

I have been going to this salon for 7 years. They are nothing but great people here and they truly care about making every visit a positive experience.

Whenever I FIRST went into the shop, NO ONE greet me, nor said anything. I went back to my car to get my personal polish for them to use on my pedi. When I went back in, AGAIN, THEY DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO ME. Another woman of another race came in and they spoke to her and asked her what service the wanted. At that point I got up to leave, then one of the employees tried to asked me what service I wanted. Smh. Poor customer service.

The one star is for Linda who did a great job with my shellac manicure. I have been coming here for over two years but I doubt I will be back.Kim wouldnt honor my request to take out all the ingrown nails during a pedicure (apologies, gross, I know). She believes she knows what shes doing and wouldnt take corrections with grace. She even took a piece of the ingrown nails she cut out and put it back on my skin to prove to me she got it out. Who does that? Also, this isnt the first time Kim would appear irritated by a simply request hence why Im going ahead to write this review.I also believe Jenny could tell I was annoyed by my visit today, the least she could do was say bye, thank you for coming as I got up to go pay. But no, she did not (and saying bye is something she does regularly). I called her immediately and she did apologise. But I believe its important to write reviews not out of a maliciious heart but for the record.They are good at what they do at Simply Nails, and super affordable. But I would rather pay a couple of more dollars to be treated with respect than return.

Ive been going to this Salon for almost over 2 years now. I normally go to Jenny but this time she was busy. I walked in and a guy seated me to remove the SNS dip off my nails and by the time it was off the guy who seated me had left. So a lady had to come assist me after Ive been sitting there waiting. The lady who started to do my nails was in a rush, did not do a good job at all, some of my nails were filed slanted and a few had a indent on the top of my nail and my nails had powder all over my nail bed. She filed my nails as if they were fake, so I left out with shorter nails than what I came in with so I was very upset; but she claims they werent shorter. I literally made the lady make my nails even after she proclaim nothing was wrong with them. They did absolutely nothing to satisfy me. Worst experience Ive ever had especially within the 2 years of me going there. I dont ever plan on going back.

Man I dont remember the name of the young woman working the cash register, but I swear that if I wear a female I wouldve acted on impulse. Her attitude was horrid. I purchased a #5. Before I could tell her how I wanted it she had already rung me up. Upon handing her my payment she appeared to have a crummy attitude. So when she gave me my change, she threw it in my hands. That prompted me to confront her by asking if there was a problem? After doing so her attitude progressively got worse, thats when I asked to speak to the manager. About 5 minutes later a gentleman approached the counter. He asked if I needed help, so gradually I assumed he was trying to take my order. I told him I was waiting for the manager. He said ok and then left. The lady came back and I asked her again to speak with a manager, her reply was that he was at the counter the whole time. I didnt know he was the manager. No name tag or anything to clarify he was. All and all the experience was piss poor. I get better service at a damn taco truck then the services rendered here. Hope her attitude changes soon, because one day she will run into the wrong one.

My nail tech today was fabulous! She took her time and my nails turned out exactly the way I wanted them. I will be back again! Extremely reasonably priced and better quality than the high end overpriced salon I went to before.

Ever since the salon was sold to the new owners, it has gone downhill. I made an appointment for my nail tech and they double booked her. When I made the appointment there were no other appointments on the book for this day. I know this because they had me write it in myself. The owners teenage son makes alcoholic beverages for customers which Im sure is illegal. Awful place! Just sad my nail tech is there and I will not be going back.

Excellent customer service with a glass of wine on the side with your service. None of that unprofessional talking loud in there language and laughing. Very thankful for your service. Quick service. I got basic mani pedi and it was awesome massage hot towels scrub rubbed legs and feet. I cant imagine how good deluxe service will be. Im visiting my sister in law and I would drive over again for this service! Awesome!

They do an excellent job every time.

My nails are all different lengths. My thumb nails are significantly shorter than the middle three and then my pinky fingers are short like thumbs. I have acrylic all underneath my nails. I asked the guy to cut down my nails because they were coffin shape. For some reason I was charged extra for that. Most places dont charge to cut down nails. This place charged me more than my regular place does for cut down, fills,and shelac. I wont be back and I wont recommend to anyone. I will say that they seemed nice and the place was clean.

I have been going here for a while and have been satisfied. My daughter was visiting and i took her there. I wanted it to be a nice experience. It was not. My daughter did not get what she asked for. The lady had to fix what she messed up. She also used 2 different colors. Her nails and toes were supposed to match. While a different tech was doing my nails, she LEFT ME SITTING THERE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES WHILE SHE WENT AND DID SOMEONES EYEBROWS! I asked twice where did she go?!!! They said shes coming.Also, another htech had an issue outside and the cops arrived. I dont know what was going on. I spent $90 for that ccrap! My pedicure was not done good at all. I shouldve went back Sunday but didnt as my daughter and family were still here.There was not a manager there that day.This was Saturday June 3rd. 2017
