Super cute salon 10/10!! From the moment I walked in I was immediately attended to and cared for, my nail tech April made my first experience here wonderful and did absolutely amazing on my nails! Most definitely would recommend.

Great staff! Love my gel nails the next day do far. Also got my eyebrows waxed. But I had to go home and pluck stragglers still😏 but I will go back for sure

I absolutely LOVE QUINCEY! She is an amazing nail artist. You can show her a picture of anything you have in mind and she will make it happen! She is fun, and always engages in a conversation with you. She is timely with her appointments as well! Ask for Quincey you won’t regret that you did!!!!

Ive gone twice. First visit was okay. I went in as a walk in & they fit me in. I got a full set of acrylic nails. Second visit I made an appointment but didnt choose with who, just whoever was available. The guy that did my nails rushed, 3 were crooked, & he was not the nicest. I asked if he could file the glitter ones I had a little thinner due to how bulky & thick it was while he was already filing the others. His response was- Well, you should have told me that from the beginning. I just looked at him shocked. I said-- I wouldnt have known theyd look like this until you were doing them. The glitter just seems bulky & thick. Im worried theyll crack & break easily. He replied-- Oh, I thought you meant all of them. Not just the glitter ones. Honestly, its understandable he misunderstood me. However, his response & attitude from just asking a question is what ultimately will not have me coming back again. My nails only lasted a week also. Was a total waste of money.

Every time I’ve gone here it’s been a great Experience, the last time I went I got over charged and I got nail fungus on 2 of my nails due to tools used on my fingernails not being cleaned prior to being used. Won’t be going back lol

I made an appt for 10am. Got there but had to wait for 30 minutes. However, I’ve had a hard time finding a good place, once they got started on me, Mimi was very apologetic for making me wait. I could feel her sincerity and gave her the chance. I was referred to her from a customer of hers and I loved the way her nails looked. Well, she was very sweet and I was happy through the whole experience of her doing my nails. She was very careful and sure she made them look good . I can say I love my nails that Mimi did and have made my next appointment with her. Thank you so much Mimi.

This salon is just ok. The one thing I do not like is to be lied to. Shilak is sold as a manicure that last 4 weeks. I have had shilak done many times in other places. Here my shilak lasted 2 weeks. When I brought it to one of the owners attention. She said shilak only last 2 weeks. This is a lie. They dont want to assume any responsibility.Its hard to find an honest nail salon

Super serene atmosphere! Looks very clean and hygienic. The staff are super polite and fun to talk to. Theyre pretty fast and they get the job done right. No issues what so ever and the prices are very reasonable.

The place is nice, my daughter loved her manicure but the lady that did my nails did not look too happy. She never offered me anything to drink even though I was coughing. Everyone else had a drink including my daughter

Walked in without an appointment and was taken in right away. The customer service here is better than Ive experienced at any other nail salon. I had my eyebrows waxed and she even showed me how I should be filling my brows when I do my makeup. Barry did my dip manicure and did an amazing job. I will be coming back to this salon and will be recommending this place to my friends.

I paid $87 for a manicure (with shellac) and a pedicure. When I asked why it was more than the $62 listed on the menu, I was not given an answer. When I asked for a manager, I was told she only works on Saturdays. My nails were poorly done. I was not asked if I wanted them square or round so I sat in the chair filing my nails myself. The manicurist put only one coat of polish on instead of the standard two. She also painted over my cuticle so my shellac is peeling one day later. The lady doing my toes left for 15 minutes in the middle of my service. I also asked for a design and she placed an incredibly small anchor in the middle of my big toe. When I asked for it to be fixed, I received eye rolls and complaints. The location and interior design gets an A+. However, the service, pricing, and overall impact gets an F. I will not return.

Second time here since theyve opened, excellent service, friendly staff and best of all, my nails last!!!!!!!!!! I usually have to get my shellac redone before 2 weeks and here, I can go close to 3 and they still look great! Will definitely be recommending to my friends and neighbors. :)

Made an appointment to get a pedicure. Showed up and they didn’t bother to tell me on the phone that they don’t accept credit/debit cards. They acted like that’s a normal practice for them.

(posting for my wife) Best quality of any nail salon in the area. Wouldve been a perfect five easily had they not tried so hard to upsell me beyond what I was initially interested in. Would caution the salon techs to be mindful of how theyre perceived by customers when chatting in their native tongue as this can be a cause of discomfort by some.

Sea-salt scrubs, hot-towel wraps, and massages are just a few of the pampering add-ons clients can expect at Milano Nails and Spa . The nail techs can upgrade mani-pedis from basic to luxury levels, and they finish off their services with Essie and OPI polishes, including OPI or shellac no-chip polish for longer-lasting nail perfection. Along with natural nail-care services, the techs also beautify nails with color acrylic, dipping powder or gel sets, and they can rid clients of unwanted facial and body hair with waxing services. I definitely recommend this salon to everyone and I feel like there is no such word can describe how much I love this nails salon.
