I highly recommend Felicia for all your hairstyling needs!!! She does an amazing job and puts her heart into her work. I had the privilege of working with her before I started getting my hair done by her. Watching her with her clients-being so personable and patient- not only does she know what she is talking about; her work shows she is incredible at it. I have seen some of her clients leave in tears of joy because she was able to turn their life around (a great hairstylist CAN do that!) I started with a haircut by her as I was not ready to color my hair…and I kid you not, I have never gotten so many compliments on just a haircut!!!!!! Then, when I was ready to play with colors, I hadn’t had a clue what was what. Felicia was so patient with me and not only made sure I understood but she made sure I was happy with what I was wanting to get!! I have never been so excited by my hair and my hairstylist! She definitely brought radiant life to my hair and me!! I even got a compliment from someone just walking by on my last session with her before I even left the gym!!!!!!!!!!  She is definitely worth every single penny because she doesn’t only exceed in her work, she provides the best customer service!!

Full disclosure, I work here. The facilities are excellent and are about to be upgraded. Yes there are other spas around that offer cheaper services or are sketchy. The technicians here are multifaceted and educated beyond the standard service providers. Lifetime believes in continually training their service staff to provide the best possible services. My boss is setting me up to be taught how to do Cupping and bringing that service into our spa. If enough clients ask for a particular service Lifetime will seek to bring it in by training their staff. This place is amazing and is a great full service spa; then you get to use the rest is the facility including free classes at Lifetime athletic

Daphne did my hair today and let me tell you, she is amazing! She did exactly what I asked her to do and took her time with me. She also gave me a head massage which about put me to sleep. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone in the Life Spa is also so very kind and welcoming.

Nokki is the best. Does a great job helping you feel better. The pressure is always just right. The whole staff is awesome. They have everything that your looking for.

Ive lived in Katy for 7 years and have been on the search for a hairstylist that knew and cared about what they were doing. That search ended in January of this year, when I joined LifeTime Fitness and also found Felicia! She had rave reviews and they didnt lie. I have never had a stylist that was such a perfectionist. She is proud of her work and wants you to feel like youve gotten the best cut and color of your life. She doesnt disappoint! She is an excellent Master Stylist and you will enjoy every minute that you spend with her; shes a doll! The whole spa experience starts at the front desk and T is pretty special too! Im searching no longer...

I cant say enough good things about Felicia and her amazing hairdressing skills- she does the whole families hair- my husband and both my sons.... and my own! Its so unusual to find someone who does an incredible cut as well as getting the colour just right- and yet Felicia manages both- I always leave the salon feeling like a movie star and I have never had so many compliments on my hair since Felicia became my stylist!! I don’t usually leave reviews but if you want an amazing massage, ask for Nokki. I have been to many different massages since I started working out years ago and suffer from bad knots. Nokki can hit those knots better than anyone I have ever come across. She did some stretching and other Thai massage techniques that not only keep you relaxed but hit the rough spots in the muscles perfectly! I highly suggest you request her ASAP. I seriously don’t think I can ever go to anyone else. She is also incredibly friendly and sweet.

If you suffer from deep muscular issues I would recommend the stretch or deep tissue massage from Nokki. She does a great job and my Chiropractor has noticed a difference!

The LifeSpa is excellent! I have been getting my hair cut and colored with Felicia for the past year. My hair has never looked better. I get compliments ALL of the time and am asked where I get my hair cut. I also bring my 3 daughters to get their hair done with her, and they are VERY picky. Felcia is THE BEST! If you want to look fantastic, I highly recommend going to the LifeSpa and asking for Felicia!!

Im giving LifeSpa 2 stars because every experience Ive had there wasnt horrible, but none were memorable or made me want to become a returning customer. The last massage I had here was with a therapist named Lo. It was the worst hour of my life!! I would never recommend her to anyone. I went for a relaxation massage, but the experience was the opposite of relaxing. She seemed distracted, she was working way too fast, and didnt apply any pressure. It was strictly a fast friction massage. It was also very painful and felt like she was giving me Indian burn all over my body because of her lack of lubricant use.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! WAY over priced for the massage you get. The manager is not helpful and does not care about anything but her numbers. NOT a very good place if you want to relax. I heard 3 people complaining about their jobs the ENTIRE time I was getting mine. It was very uncomfortable, and will never go back.

The first time the lady never gets the color, and she burn my hair. The manager wants fix my hair, so I gave them a second chance...and the same thing happened, and in additional she cut my hair horrible.
