I give Ashley a great review because shes sweet, thorough and she takes her time. I almost fell asleep in her chair. Her massage was so good. I’ll definitely be back. And the guy Tommy was amazing with my white nip gel nails. I’m so pleased today.

Leaving satisfied. I stopped in because my regular nail spa was short staffed. There was no wait which was a plus. Soothing music played and a drink was offered to me. My technicians were friendly and patient. I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews, but it was worth it to me. Ill return if I need to.

First time there and loved it. As you can see I like my nails done a little different and Tommy was patient and was able to do what I asked. I got a mani and pedi and loved them both. Definitely will be going back.

Nice relaxing place and the technicians do excellent work especially Tommy. I called an hour before closing due to a broken nail (not their work, another salon). I thought they were very accommodating to fit me in late on a Sunday.

I decided to try Prada Nails a few months ago because I couldnt get into my regular salon after returning from out of town. Horrible, sloppy refill. I had acrylic under my nails that she didnt even file off! Tech also didnt know how to use her drill to get the acrylic filed down evenly! Worst of all, I got fungus on my thumb nail from this place and never once got it at my regular salon! Serious issues here folks. So, not worth the money they charge or the health risk!

I wanted a simple fade from black to white full set of nails and it took 45 minutes and it looks horrible and it was stupid expensive for what i got i do not recommend them at all

I love this place!! A true nail spa atmosphere very relaxing, very clean! They have amazing customer service! I get a manicure,pedicure,and waxing and I am a 100% satisfied each and every time. I always see Nancy. She does exactly what I want. She so detailed and does a magnificent job each and every time. I definitely recommend this place!

I came to this place because of their good reviews but I was very disappointed. I only went in for a simple manicure to shape my nails and clean my cuticles and because they kept getting customers walking in, the tech rushed and did it under ten minutes. She didn’t even clean underneath my nails, she didn’t shape my nails, just used the filer lightly on each nail. The cuticle lotion was watered down and she didn’t even put lotion on my hand afterwards. It was only $10 but I am usually a big tipper, and although I still tipped her, I feel like I wasted my money. You guys should treat your small customers just like your big ones because you lost a customer today. I would have been coming back for more work. Just today, I wanted a clean up. My $10 is still my hard earned money. But it was wasted. Not coming back.

Been a frequent customer here with Julie for my nails & eyebrow. I dont go anywhere else to get my eyebrow wax as Im too scare. Will continue to come back & has recommended my work friends as well. Shellac has been my favorite thing to get here. I like the relaxing music & variety of color options.

Great place! Excellent customer service. Wife absolutely had to have nails done tonight, and they welcomed me and the wife in after the posted closing time without a second thought. Before hand we were at another nail salon and we were turned away 30 minutes before closing (disgraceful!!!)! Here at Prada Nails they sat me down in the massage chair while the wife had her manicure done. Wife loved the quality of service! Take note other nail salons, you could learn a few things from Prada Nails, because if you dont they will take all your customers, I promise!

My normal place to go was closed today and I decided to give Prada Nails a try since I pass through there often. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and felt very welcomed. They immediately sat me down for a manicure and pedicure. The two techs who helped me were very nice and detail oriented. For the first time ever, I was not pushed to do a different service that I didnt request and didnt feel like they were excluding me from a conversation in their language. I would definitely recommended it!!! Loved my nails!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HEREI have no idea how they get away with charging so much more than other nail salons IN KATY when their customer service is absolutely horrible.I was seated, no water was offered, not even a “hello.”Then I was trying to look for a specific shellac color. My manicurist got frustrated with me, and instead of asking for someone who spoke English to come over and clarify what I was trying to ask for, she seated me at another chair and walked away to go help another customer. So essentially she just handed me off without any explanation, and I was sitting there confused about what just happened.Then I had to wait AGAIN for another manicurist to help me. I explained to her that I wasn’t previously frustrated, I just needed help finding the color I wanted.This manicurist finished my nails, and then at the end started trying to pick off the nail polish that was left behind on my SKIN around my nails... which should NOT happen anyways if you are painting someone’s nails properly. My nails looked like a 5 year old did some shellac on them.After all that picking, my skin was BLEEDING from my nail bed and she didn’t even apologize and tried to play it off.Horrible skills, terrible customer service... don’t know why they are on business still.AND... there was a second customer near me who kept asking her manicurist to show her the color she originally picked bc the color on her nails was not the pink she saw on the chart. Her manicurist would NOT show her the chart and finally did, and when the customer asked her why the colors looked so different no one gave her an answer and blew her off. TERRIBLE

I will never go to another nail spa again. These are my ladies!! They give your nothing short of a relaxing experience. Open on Sunday, cant beat that!

Nice and clean.**Update**There must be new owners or managers because I went to get my nails done and they did a horrible job. I even went back for them before I wrote a bad review. I showed the lady the few spots I didn’t like. She remedied a couple of things but not all. Normally I do not allow myself to get scammed with my money like that but I had already spent way too much time there.

I am usually not one to write reviews, but I am SO glad to have found this salon! I recommend everyone I know to come here. They are VERY fairly priced, they accommodate if you have a time limit, and they are VERY professional! They will make sure your nails look EXACTLY how you wanted them and truly show they care about each customer. I would recommend their wax services also, for someone who has very sensitive skin.. THIS is the only place in katy that does not make me break out in hives when Im getting a facial wax. I wouldnt go anywhere else if I were you.

I should have listened to the comments submitted. They nickel and dime you for sure. They charged me an extra $7 because they filled the pedicure tub with water. A mistake due to a miscommunication on their end... Other than that it seemed like they were more concerned with watching the clock than providing the service they were charging for. Quality was below average for sure.

I have now come here several times...I have a major issue with the fact that my eyelash extensions have not cost the same every time. When I mentioned that to Julie she said o sorry & changed the price. I enjoyed the way my skin smelled after my pedi with oranges, herbs, & oils put in the water. I did not care very much for the design howeverOn another visit, I got a pedicure just to pass time while I waited to get my lashes done. They said it would be 30-35 min. Julie left the shop while I was waiting for her. Ive given them several chances, so I wont be back

1 star only because my pedicure was great. Everything else, terrible. I asked for coffin and received several shapes. I aksed for smooth finish and received lumpy clumpy work. I asked for the nails to be removed. A lady attempted to reshape and add more polish. Ive been there 3hours at this point. Im stated, Im not happy. I was charged $50! for some nails that I asked to be removed and they insisted on repairing. Heres a pic of repair haha

I get a pedicure about once a week and I like to try new salons I saw that Prada was a good salon so I went to give it a try. I got a pearl pedicure. I am not one who is very picky about my pedicures but This is one I have to say about this one. As the guy cut my cuticles he was just cutting my skin. Not cuticles and cut my nails all weird. I tried to tell him but he just okay okay. Then when scrubbing my feet he scrubbed the complete wrong parts as its supposed to be, scrubbed the top of my feet real hard leaving marks. Then he put soap on my legs I was thinking finally relaxing things. He put the soap all over my legs and pants. Not such a big deal to me. It dries. But for the massage he just threw lotion on my leg, patted it in and then threw a towel on my legs.The parffin wax was nice and hot. I loved it. But for the massage he puts water and lotion but keeps watering down the lotion. He Wont massage my leg but just rubs the hot rock on my leg as it is soap. I thought he might think I dont want a hard massage so I said I like massage that are hard and deep tissue massage. He said okay and kept rubbing my legs as he was bathing my legs. I let it happen then once he took the parffin wax off I thought okay maybe now he will massage. Nope, kept rubbing my legs as if he was bathing them. Once he started to actually do a massage he focused on my toes. He kept massaging my big toe..only the big toe. I did not trust him to paint my toes so I just left. It was the worst massage ever. When checking out he over charged me and once I noticed he asked I wanted another massage. I said no I just wont tip. Never will recommend that place or go again

The first time I went the service was great they were really nice and had great prices.. every time after that I am left sitting with my feet soaking in water till the water is cold before they ever touch me then they rush through the pedicure even though I always get one of the higher ones for the extra massage which is the shortest one I have ever had in all of my pedicures. After putting the paint I am always rushed out the door before it has time to even attempt to dry and they never seem to listen to what I am actually requesting, for example I asked for a pedicure and a powder dip refill and after being there almost 1.5 hours between waiting and finishing my pedicure the lady asked if I was ready to pay. I decided to go back because I know everyone makes mistakes however this time I asked for a pedicure and a finger polish removal but what I got was a $53 pedicure and manicure! I had no time to even tell them it was not what I asked for I did not complain at all and figured I needed the good manicure anyway no big deal... The last straw was when one of the girls walked up and said I was done and could go pay and I told her I was told to give my clear coat 5 min to dry she then touches my finger nail and smudges the fresh clear coat (I did not plan for a manicure so I had them put a clear coat to help my nails after years of fake nails and powder) she fixed it and had me sit at the table with the light/fan then proceeded to ask if she could get my card out of my pusre to collect the payment I got it out myself paid her and walked out! I will NEVER set foot in this salon again seriously unprofessional people! You should never rush a customer especially when they get to your salon an hour before you close and you rushed through everything they asked and or dont do what they asked for anyway!

This was my first time at prada .He Price guaged me an extra $15.00 . I only went for solar nail refill $30. Quoted over the phone but when I got thier it was suppose to be $35. I said no to a pedicure. but he insisted I needed, so I reluctantly agreed but told him only the $ 30 pedicure not the $45. For gel pedicure as I previously had. I asked only to look at non gel colors & picked my shade outta the choices he said arent gel. At checking out he charged me $75 for gel instead of the $60 for services i agreed on. He said he chose my colors & I got gel done very assertively & rudely walked off before I could even tip in cash.having to call him back to pay 20% tip. I hope i atleast got the gel polish that i payed for but didnt request .though it seems to me I paid an extra $15. For reg.pedicure.i will not go back !!

I didn’t even want to post one star! I am so disappointed, I’ve never had a nail experience like this in my life, worst nails hands down! I had to go to a second lady and show her the nails and asked her to just remove them multiple times, she just kept caking on powder to try and fix them.. and then continued to ask me why I wanted no shine or color that it is ugly and boring. Any ways I’m 35$ short and took the nails off myself.

The service was great Tina did a great job on my pedicure the massage the Polish the cleaning of my toenails the callus remover I loved everything about the service my only biggest turn off is that their prices online is not their prices in the shop everything is $5 + more at the actual salon and they do not honor their online price.
