I have loved every visit to this nail spa. I have brought my girls (3&4) multiple times and they have done a great job. This has definitely become our trusted nail salon.

I would give it the 5 stars but for me a big guy, the seats were a little small, which made it a little uncomfortable, but as far as the service, it was amazing, very professional, soothing and relaxing. Recommended!!!

Great service by Tina and her staff. Socially distanced. Masks. No more than 3 customers when I have been there.

I honestly do not understand the reason for the negative reviews. I have been a customer here for years, my mother has been too. They are friendly, reasonable and do a great job. Brian specifically gives the absolute best pedicure. I enjoy visiting this establishment.

I have never had a bad experience here. The proprietor is attentive if there is a problem will immediately correct it. The nail tech is very gentle with the nail application technique which is a plus, since I have very thin fragile nails. At this time I have no complaints and will continue to get my nails done at this salon.

My kids went with my sister to do her nails and the owner did a terrible job on her nails, when my sister asked for her nails to be fixed the owner attacked her verbally and asked her to pay and get out.... she said I am not paying until they are fixed after waiting 10 minutes she said she would leave and the owner proceeded to punch her in the face leaving her a swollen cheek bone and cut... this is all happening in front of my 12 year old daughter and 9 year old daughter...:: police were called and charges were pressed.... please do not go to this salon as the owner is a believer of punching women in the face. I will post photos shortly!

The people that work there are really nice and friendly. I gave it a 3 because the massage chairs are broken and run down so it would be nice if those were fixed so that you could enjoy the full experience

1st & last time!! My pedicure was okay, hence 1☆. Completely destroyed my Moms nails. She had very strong nails, always did gel dip, this time tried shellac upon their suggestion. Dipped her hands in acetone to remove previous gel entire time while doing her pedicure. She told her that her hands were burning, still did nothing....no English. Looked decent when done, but started to peel and break from day 1. They broke so bad that shes in pain. Price was very reasonable (almost 1/2 of anywhere else), now we know why. Tried to go to place close to home, but DEFINITELY not worth it!

I was totally impressed of the job they performed and the professionalism that I was handled.

This is a wonderful place ! Me and my daughters and my granddaughter have been going to them for 6 years. They are always so friendly and my nails last a long time. The lady that posted the bad review is a liar cause I was there the day of her incident and she was mean and very nasty to the owners wife, she insulted her and treated her like she was a nobody. She actually swung on the husband first and her behavior in front her own children was saddening! Katy Nails & Spa is a great family business. You should give them a try dont believe everything you read. They also left out the fact that the police did not find the owner at fault! No charges were filed and a restraining order was filed against her.

I have been coming here for years. Good deal on Mani/pedi.Very clean, friendly and attentive.

Terrible service, dirty, won’t speak English- makes fun of customers and prices are too high! Never going back- I do not recommend this place

Poor service

I came into this place with my mother and daughter ; all of which were getting services. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I’m never coming back! It took them 30 minutes to acknowledge my daughter didn’t have her hands or feet together. The only one who walked out of the establishment fully serviced was my mom. ONE OUT OF THREE! We were there for all of two and a half hours!

My shellac nails last over 2 weeks every time I go. I usually watch movies on my phone and just get away from life for an hour. Prices are the same as everywhere else. I Go here frequently.

I will not return, my tech was not sure what she was doing. Next place i will ask for an experienced tech.

Not good, bad service, not a clean salon and the personal in my experience was terrible.My mom pay $35 for nails and omg they were ugly . I don’t know if the lady has any idea of working on nails it was so bad .They said paid before we fix it and my mom dit it and you know what happens, the men kick us out from that place . Went with my daughter. My nails werent even and my daughters broke off within 2 days....

Owner gets very hostile when you complain about his work and think it’s okay to get abusive and hands with women in front of children! Please shut this place down or get this guy out of business!TERRIBLE! Shame on the owner!

I almost fall asleep during my pedicure, very relaxing.

Not very experienced techs im guessing.my nails are bulky and different lengths. I cant wait until my nails grow out and i can get them re done else where.

They charged me twice for a service. The store owner refused to return my money even though i showed it to him from my bank statement. He said “they don’t refund money.”
