My car is decent when leaving here but my floors are always left with grass on them. My floor mats are still wet, which cause a smell after so many times. Its quick and decent enough when you need a quick clean.This car wash just dont give a darn about anything but a dollar. Just DO NOT waste your time or money. I tried it again just to see and my mats are still soaking wet. I took pictures by his time. I nicely ask them to make sure the Mars are dry. This can lead to Mildewing! Car was not cleaned I the cup holders. I asked for the cup to be thrown out . This is ridiculous. Im. New to the areas so its hard to find a car wash but I will not return to this slop of a place. Ill drive 80 miles back to where I came from.

Theyre all wonderful people and do wonderful cleaning on my car. If you want your car/truck to go from dirty thing to new diamond ring carry it right here. They will make your car/truck look brand new, like you just bought it and smell new too if you ask. Just go on by and get it done. They will show you the prices for the services that they offer and you get to choose. They give you a ticket take care of your car and come get you when they get done. So go on by and get it done.

Got the $52 VIP wash on my truck and expected a little better. It would have looked about the same with the standard wash.

They are the only place I trust with my rides. With the exception of getting them ceramicoated, they have washed and took care of these cars since the day i owned them....No exceptions! Chris and the detail team are A1 professionals. I would trust them with anything. If they make a mistake or even if it is questionable if it was them or not, they take care of it to your satisfaction. The service is as beautiful as the women who work there.

Beware!! Save your money and go somewhere else! I spent $50 on the VIP service yesterday. I had to clean it myself after they were done. They didn’t vacuum everywhere, my windows were streaked, dust was still all over my doors and console after the interior cleaning. The greasy spray that they used on the inside I am assuming is where all the fingerprints and smudges came from where they touched it on the outside after washing it. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

My car always looks great when they are done, I like that there are 8-9 people that gang up and quickly dry and clean the windows and interior! Very efficient team!

So this was my first time, and I was not impressed. The outside looked better than the inside. I had to finish it myself. I was too doggone tired to even complain. Ill just continue drive farther

Do not arrive 25 minutes before closing and expect them to provide quality service. My car still had crumbs in the seat and they failed to place air freshener in my car. The cashier was so rude, she didn’t even say you’re welcome after I said thank you. This was definitely my last visit.

I was expecting more for almost $60. They dont clean the seats or try and get spots. I had to pull someone to the side to show them the horrible vacuuming that took place and they went over it again. Still was crumbs and trash particles in the console and they didnt get in between the seats. Not worth the VIP price that I paid for.

Service was fast, and great job. But is it me or do they not clean trunks? Especially when thats what I asked and paid for,Ummm.

They stole money out of my car, said they would review cameras, never called back but when I went up there they said the cameras could not be viewed. They swore they have a regular crew (all look like illegal migrant workers) that would never steal.

I came out here for oil change and car wash only to find out they dont offer oil changes anymore. Care wash was okay. Not bad but not great.

They were average....customer service is what gave them the 3 stars....for me to be a 1st time customer, i felt uncomfortable because of the first impression I received...went in and receptionist was people friendly and told me the services I was receiving for the price which was good for $19.99. (Basic detail interior and exterior and get a free air freshener to go with it and a little tire shine). What turned me off was when she told me where to go to get started on my services. I got into my car and I got around to the Bay Area. Nobody tried to stop me or ask me if I needed any help and it was several people out there so I continued to go around until I heard one of the crew member saying hey stop that car stop... that car..thats when the lady came to me and told me to backup and another crew member brought me the services poster and wanted me to point to the services I wanted and what kinda of air freshener I wanted. Thats when I told one of the crew members Ive never been here before so I didnt know what was going on and that I was going to continue on around the Bay Area cuz nobody said anything to me. yet and still didnt nobody apologize about that they just wanted to continue on to do my services. thats when someone told me I had to get out the car so they can start vacuuming. Remind you I did not know which way to go so when I got out the car. I saw another crew member and ask him where do I go cuz I was told I had to step out the car and go inside and thats when the other member replied and told me where to go. The price for the simple Services I feel like its pretty decent and acceptable but being a first-time customer and coming in with that type of customer service I did not like that. Its not that they were rude... its just they didnt have the hospitality to give customer service to a first time customer such as myself...let alone ask me if i had been there before...I HAD TO TELL THEM I WAS NEW to their company and didnt know how they do....so overall, OK👍

The first time we used this service it was great, we only used the car wash. This time the interior and car wash. When I stepped in the vacuuming was not done, I asked for it to be revacumed. When we returned home the back and back seats also was not done, even the interior was not dusted. We paid 21.00 for what a car wash. We will not be back.😐

I usually go to the Car Wash on Woodruff rd. But today I came to Hwy 29 and I must say they did a better job. I definitely will be back. The only thing is I wish I could leave the tip on my debit card. So I will make sure to have cash next time.

My car looked great after spending 22 dollars on a wash. This same wash would have cost me 11dollars in California.

The team at Hwy 29 Car Wash did a GREAT job! This was my first time going there and it wont be my last. Their service was very professional and quick! My vehicle is hollering Thank You! and so am I.

They didnt even clean out Candy papers and old receipts! They were in the back seat. Tires were clean though 😆

They left mulch everywhere in my seats, did not clean my gear shift or where my emergency brake is at. They definitely rushed on my car, very disappointed.

The outside windows on my car were spotty with soap and the inside of the windows were not clean. They made a poor attempt to clean the inside. There were smudges all across the windows! I DO NOT recommend this place and will never spend my money there again.

I took my truck with open bed to be washed. There is a sign posted as you drive in that no debris is removed; however, there is another sign near the vacuum area that said to say something if you need special attention. I told the young lady who completed my wash ticket that I was unable to sweep out the bed and asked of they could do it since I have shoulder issues. After the wash I noticed that nothing had been done to the truck bed. The small amount of pine needles were left and just swished around in the car wash. When the manager was called he asked me if I had read the first sign, and I replied YES, BUT HAD UNDERSTOOD THAT THE WORK WOULD BE DONE. The manager said that I had only paid for the standard wash and they do not clean truck beds. I left and do not plan to return due to poor service toward a handicapped customer. Rick and his crew washed my vehicles for years and always provided excellent service.

I went there yesterday (6/17) only 1 other car was there, not busy. I paid 19$ for a wash, window, vacuum n wheel brite. I made the mistake of not checking the result on the inside before I left or gave them a 5$ tip! When I got home, I noticed my center counsel was not wiped down and there is no way they put a vacuum on my rear seat, there were crumbs, lint and still some dog hair in the seat! I won’t be going back... I was wondering why I was outta there so quickly! If you choose to go there, do not leave without looking over your car...

Visited this Car Wash a few weeks back. Paid $32.99. For a completeCar Wash and Vacuuming. My Car wasnt vacuumed which I requested.They put a paper mat down on the floor on the Drivers side. A few days later when I removed it. UNDERNEATH WASNT VACUUMED. LEFT THEDIRT AND LEAVES. And the staff member really didnt know how to drive a Straight Drive. Kept Jumping and jumping along. Maybe they gave mebad service because Im a Senior Citizen. Who knows. I will never return. The one star is only for the friendly staff.

The fact that I had to wash my car inside and out when I got home from it being “washed” and “detailed” was very disappointing. Soap was on my windows and dirt still in the car. Nice people but not the best cleaners.

My husband took his car up there today to get cleaned. They did a terrible job. They half way wiped down the inside and we were on our way to Greenville tonight and had a hard time seeing out of the front window bc of the film on it. Streaks everywhere, I would give a zero if I could. No one should have to rewash and clean the inside of thier car out after paying to have it cleaned.

Ill never go back had to take my truck to another car wash just to get all the armor all off the outside and plainly told them just to vacuum the inside and they sprayed armor all everywhere on the inside. If you want some good advice stay away from this place.

Wow is all i can say just wow! Tried to come speak to u all about the mats that you put in my car said yal open at 12 but yal were closed. And yal did not get out trash bc when i picked the car up i went to do that b4 i brought it to u guys.... But when you pay for a service it should be provided maybe i should have read reviews first!

Clean vech for the road

For $15, the exterior of the car was cleaned as well as a competitive wash did for $5. After interior was vacuumed, there was still leaf litter on the floor. One of the cleaning crew stole my parking meter silver from the vehicle change drawer. It was less than $2, but enough to make me regret the tip made before noticing the theft.I wont use this service again.

Also while the guy who was begging for my number went back to wipe out my car he and 2 of the other employees got into a verbal argument using profanity in front of me. I will never go back there!
