Do not leave many reviews but I really need to give this review base on my experience at HD. Gene is my barber nothing but professional barbers at West Little York location. Greeted as I walk in and when I’m walking out.This is one of the cleanest shop I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend HD to anyone.

First visit here and Im very impressed. The shop is very clean and modern on the inside. Not only that, but the prices are low for such a nice looking shop. Big Keith gave me my best cut since Ive moved to Katy. Will definitely be back.

I have been here 2 times. The first time I got attended by a gentleman called Big Keith. The experience was pleasant and the job was well done! However, the second time, Eddie attended me. Lets just say that the experience was painful as I felt he was trying to get rid of the skin on my head. Due to this singular experience I can not recommend this place to anybody.

I went in today to see if my barber was there after what happened a couple days ago. When the owner was threatening my barber for no reason. And created a big problem in the establishment. He kept threatening my barber saying he had a gun on him, threatening to fight my barber, he even moved my barbers barber chair out the way to engage in a fight right in the middle of the barbershop. My barber (Midas) professionally and respectfully left for the day. Now I come back to find out they had gotten rid of him. I saw the whole thing and the dude they called Dre was the one who started this whole mess. I hope this review gives everybody else a chance to see how this business is being managed. Very disappointing !

Its only my 2nd time visiting this barbershop but Ive had a pleasant experience both times. Mr. Scott is so kind and nice. Im new to having short hair so Im still unsure about everything. Both times, I had pictures for reference. He made sure that he understood what I wanted, gave me the mirror throughout and continuously checked to make sure he was doing what I wanted. He is awesome and Ill keep returning.

Very bad customer service. I booked online with them and they considered me as a walk-in still. Not very good with dealing with new customer.If you’re a new customer, don’t expect your appointments to hold. They will take their regular customer over you.Made me wait 30mins saying someone will be with me and then when I asked how much longer afterwards, I just got a response saying “I don’t know”.

As a visitor to Texas I have to admit I was expecting so much more. The atmosphere was nice but the cut well I cant say the same . To anyone out looking for a cut I dont recommend this place unless you go to the old man on the right side in the back ..Or unless you want to waste 25.00 and time.

Great barbershop, clean and great vibe. They check temperature and have mask which is very important to me. I definitely recommend Midas, he’s very professional and had great skills. I’m definitely coming back again.

I came to This location today to get my son hair cut and this place is very unprofessional. Some bald guy at the receptionist desk came in arguing and charging at my barber Midas (best barber) and picked a fight in front of my child as he was getting ready to cut my son hair. Not only did he pick a fight but he had the nerve to start moving his chair from his station! Very unprofessional.. I think the guy was the owner and if he was he need his license revoked.

Cijii is so good at what she does. She’s detail oriented and takes her time to make sure your hair is perfect. I just started my “locs” and she corrected mistakes that other locticians didn’t care to correct. She feels like family. I’m confident that I will probably only go to her to care for my hair. Everyone in the shop is also down to earth and made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a complimentary glass of wine with my service. My drive here is 40 minutes but so worth it.

First time bring my fifteen year old son to this location. Mr. Jesse unfortunately missed the mark on what my son asked for. He showed him the image on the left before he started and he got what you see on the right side. After he was done my son told him thats not what he wanted and showed him the image again. Mr. Jesse then told him he was sorry but that it still looked good. My son was growing out his hair and was upset in the end result. All he wanted was a little taken off the bottom but instead he went all the way up taking all of the hair off from the sides and giving him a high fade.
