This place is very safe with 6 ft distance protocols and hand sanitizers in multiple locations since you enter, the workers here are very friendly. At the end of every haircut they give you hot towels to clean your face.They can make grey hair into black hair very well. One of the workers named Helena is a very friendly worker and she does a great job. I trully recommend her and this place if you are looking for a safe haircut place these days.

I absolutely love this SuperCuts location! I have only had one stylist, Lea, and she is amazing! I usually just get a haircut & style with the shampoo before the cut. I have been to a couple SuperCuts in the area and this one is by far the best. Now that I found Lea, I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location. Everyone is friendly, it’s always clean, the manager...I think her name is Maddy, is always helpful if I call and Lea isn’t available. My cut always turns out how I ask for it & I LOVE the shampoo massage. I’ve had less than good experiences other places (not just SuperCuts) and I will be going to the one on Nelson Way forever! Called in for 5pm cut, upon entering my son and I had our temp checked. The seating area where very clean. The barbers were polite and did exactly what we wanted.

My husband and grandson have been going to this location for about 2 years now. They have experienced several different stylists and have had no complaints but Maddy is their hairstylist of choice. Highly recommend her.

I just relocated from Boston to Katy and I have found my new hair stylist. Gabriel gave me an awesome color, highlights and cut. Totally professional and fun at the same time. Prices are great and out come wonderful. Overall an excellent experience. My hair has volume but as they say “ Everything is Big in Texas.”

Got my haircut here today by Larisa. Extremely pleasant lady and an enjoyable experience.

Halfway through my haircut I was told that their credit card machine wasn’t working and that they only could accept cash. The lady cutting me hair probed me to see if I had cash and I told her I didn’t care any. The rest of the haircut she seemed very agitated with me and gave me a sloppy, bad haircut. Oh and I get married in a week so this will look great. AND she proceeded to tell me to go to HEB to get cash to bring back, where I had to go and BUY something in order for them to give me cash back. I am very frustrated and will not be going back. They did not deserve my money for this haircut.

I made an appointment with and saw a highly recommended stylist and I showed her 4 different pictures of the exact same length and cut of a medium bob and thr style. I have extremely curly hair, so I was quite nervous if she had experience with curls and the layering. I dont understand how I ended up with a barely layered bob and the lowest point of hair ending at my ears with a horrible style.How does that get misconstrued?First hair cut in 4 years - its atrociousShe actually told me after she cut majority of my hair off that it would be much shorter than expected because I have curly hair.WHAT?! 😡

For a long while, this place was my go-to barber. Changing schedules means I have to go to other places, and thats disappointing. The staff listened to what I wanted and acted on it. They were professional to everyone that came in the door. Different owners had different loyalty programs, and I would expect them to continue having one. There is hot towel service here. The location is great because before or after you get your cut, there are fast service restaurants nearby and an HEB.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I absolutely love Supercuts. I used to be a Sports Clip person but ever since I tried out Supercuts on Nelson Way Ive been going ever since. Every time I go I ask for Kia, who is the manager, & a great stylist! There has never been a time Ive been disappointed with a haircut shes given me. I dont see how people can complain about this location. Look, everyone has a bad day & maybe the people that left these one star reviews came on those days. Well Im sorry for your luck of the draw. I can guarantee that those people have had bad days too & if the place of business they work at have google review & they worked one on one with a client or guest or whomever they do work on or with, that they have a bad day, theyd get a crap review too & they would know how it feels! And I get it, you work for a company & you should reflect that company no matter what but people were all human & we all have those days. One of the worst places Ive been to. I will never recommend this place even to my enemies. No one knows what they are doing, the prices are really high. I paid 45$ for absolutely nothing. Better if they shut down this place or change the management. And the management didnt offer me any discount even after I expressed my dissatisfaction.The worst place!!

Was scheduled for two straight days at the same time and neither time slot was available when I arrived. Waited in the parking lot for one after I was told they could see me in one hour and again they scheduled over me.

Very nice lady. I should have walked out when I asked for a taper fade and the lady looked at me confused like I was crazy. This was my 2nd time here, my first time was a bad experience as well. Im convinced this is not a place for mens haircuts. I will not be returning.

The girl who cut my hair does NOT know how to cut curly hair. My hair is uneven all over after my hair was somewhat styled it look ok..tiday I wash it and realize how bad if a hair cut I git..wish I can post pictures....so freaking upset and disappointed right about now.

I believe the stylists name was Stacy. Could tell she did not want to be there, missed a ton of spots have to get my hair redone. Also had the aprin half while cutting the top of my head so I had to take time off work to change my clothes because I was itchy.
