My son and I went to see Isaac on Saturday and he did a great job! Exclusive Cuts feels like the old school barber shops my dad took me too, but with more Conjunto!

Great environment (family friendly, bilingual, and multicultural), great barbers, great prices, great entertainment, easy to find location, and the establishment is very well maintained. Issac is the man and my personal barber, but rest assure no matter what chair you sit in, you wont be disappointed. I came in to get a cut.I spoke with one of thebarbers their.He told me to wait for for the other barber to finish.After waiting 1 hr.I was then told I had to make an appointment.I was the only on their besides the 2 guys waiting on the 1st barber.

I shared already that Travis was great but theres too many workers just hanging around thats not doing anything, no one is there to greet people when you come in, no one knows whats going on, nobody no nothing.

Always satisfied when i come here great company good people.

Don’t waste your time or money

Came here a couple of times. Definitely not a place for walk-in. Most good Barbers are always booked. Normally have to wait for the inexperienced one (waited 3 hours one time) Also, inconsistent on what they charge. Had one charge me $15 and the other $30.

Best barbershop in the area. Michael and the guys are great, very respectful and awesome skills with the clippers and scissor.

Always get my hair cut here, never disappointed, ask for Jay whenever you can

Excellent performance for the best

This place is a great place to get your hair cut. I started bringing my child here first and they love it. I myself am not one to usually get my own hair professionally cut I usually either keep it shaved bald or wild long but after repeatedly seeing the great job they kept doing consistently with my children I decided to give it a whirl and man they nailed it like the pros they are. Mike the guy who cut my hair did a amazing job to the extent I even pressed my luck and asked him to clean up and trim my beard which I never let anyone touch but me and to my surprise he nailed it again. I wont go anywhere else with my family after meeting these guys. They are awesome and take pride in their work. Its almost like every cut to them is an original piece of art work they want the world to see!!!

Ive brought my son here a few times and they did a good job both times, he got different barbers each time. What I can say is that their customer service is so bad. We walked in and said my son needed a haircut, there were two people getting haircuts and no one else waiting but my son and I. We waited about 20 minutes and still nothing, instead the guys were playing with a basketball and not one time did they acknowledge that we were still waiting. Needless to say, I will NOT be coming back here. Its so close to home and they do a good job but i cant get over their bad customer service skills.

Attention to detail and Not rushed at all! This is probably the best haircut Ive had in my life. Mostly Spanish speaking barber shop but the owner speaks good English. I had the guy in the second chair on the left cut my hair. I think his name was Marcos. Couldnt communicate with him at all but his skills speak for itself. I will definitely be back.

Ive been getting my haircuts over here for over a year now with Nelson, hes the best, the other barbers are great too and theyre all very nice, they all work by appointment and take walk in customers too depending on their availability. If you dont like to wait make an appointment and sometimes with appointment you have to wait a couple more minutes thats pretty normal to me. Definitely recommend this place.

Im not a regular customer but go there once a while when I need a Great Haircut. Owner is one of the best in Houston! Yes you might have a to wait a bit if you just walk in; but it is expected for a great barber. Usually youd schedule your time slot prior.Plus prices are fair.

I have gone to this place a few times thinking, hoping it would get better and the service is horrible. They dont greet you when you come in, you have to wait for a while and thats with an appointment. Dont know why we have to make appointment if there not going to follow them. I speak Spanish so I understood everything they would say. Didnt say anything when they would talk about people behind there back. Exclusive cuts dont even deserve a one star. NEVER GOING BACK! I do not recommend it!

Horrible service. Hours and hours of waiting to leave with an overpriced uneven haircut. If youre new and dont know any of the barbers, dont waste your time. Theyll only cater to those they know and others are less fortunate. Couldve at least made you feel welcome for being a new customer. No thanks... On to the next one!

I’ve been coming to this place for a while because the first few times were great. I don’t speak Spanish so making appointments with my barber is difficult. After spending $40/week($20 for cut $20 for tip) on a hair cut for the last year, I WILL NO LONGER BE RETURNING. If you don’t speak Spanish you’re treated differently. The barber who cuts my hair (Nelson) would take 40 mins of which only 15 mins he was actually cutting it. The rest of the time he would pause to converse with the other barbers around him. After coming here for some time the barber started putting less detail/care into my haircut, I guess he knew it was a quick $20 regardless of the quality of the cut. Not to mention he would cut the back of neck EVERY TIME he was cleaning it up.Mike the owner of the shop is cool and gives a quality cut everytime. If you can manage to get in with him then go for it, if not I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Made an appointment and showed up early cuz time was limited . And they made me wait 30 mins just to have someone get they’re haircut before me . Super mad dawg . Thanks for helping out exclusive cuts for wasteinv my time .

Been getting my hair cut here by a couple of the barbers. They always try to open up a seat when you come inaudible and get you good quick professional ser CV ice.

I made an appointment 8/10/18 for my brother for Saturday at 5:30 I show up today 8/11/18 at 5:25 and they guy that was supposed to be the barber wasn’t in...the guy in the front was rude and seem not to care when I told him I had made the appointment yesterday he said that that barber that was supposed to help me had an appointment for 6 but the barber shop closes at 6....all I can say it’s lazy people a guess but will never take my brother back...WORST COSTUMER SERVICES and I was recommended to this place by two people I will let them know hopping that they don’t go there no more
