Evelyn, or whoever the blonde woman with the tattoos is. SHE CANNOT CUT HAIR! I asked for a simple fade with about 5 inches on top that I throw to the side. A basic undercut. Even when she asked me if I wanted any off the top I said just trim the ends, about 1/4 inch she showed me and I agreed. Then turned the chair away from the mirror, and for some ungodly reason proceeded to not only cut 1.5 inches off but almost completely hack-up the fade and when the hair is down ends up to what seems like a bowl cut just above my eyebrows. Will most likely go to different location. Its a shame, because all the other ladies in there seem to do an amazing job

If you need a different haircut from the basic do not go there. My son has been trying to grow his hair for a long time and I asked to just cut the sides and do not touch the top of his hair. Guess what? She cut half of his top hair and the other half not. Poor boy has to cut all his hair to much the rest of his head. When i told her that he didn’t want to cut his top hair she said that She had to blend it. Nobody asked her to blend half of his head. Never again.

Came in and checked in. My approximate wait time was 34 min. Needless to say I was there 2 hours! 3 stylists and at about an hour of waiting...we were next in line...we were skipped and 1 of the 3 started closing procedures 3 hours before closing! The chairs are not meant to be sat in that long to say the least. Very very disappointed, however the stylist did a fantastic job on my sons haircut.

Shoutout to Amanda for the cut! I came in and waited no more than 5 minutes and she took care of me. Everything went smooth and she was very competent. Definitely returning back in 3 weeks to get my hair right before prom! Keep up the amazing work Amanda!

I came in and signed in for a haircut. Played on my phone and waited to be called. 25 minutes later I see Im up next for a haircut. The hair stylist looked at me, then to the list of clients and decided to call the person after me. Not sure what the deal was. Having not interacted with anyone surely it wasnt something i said. It must have been my skin color. Not professional at all. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Pretty good place for quick and typical haircuts. If you just need a regular haircut with no special instructions or high fashion then this is your place. But if you need special cut or style, i would make sure to research your barber and communicate with her/him to not get disappointed with the results.

Alyssa was my stylist, she did great. Very friendly and did what I asked. I have some what long hair style and am particular about how i wanted it. She answered styling questions I had and gave me some tips. Will come again.

Haircut was ok. They charged me twice for the haircut saying the transaction didn’t get through. I checked my credit card statement and called them. Looks like this is routine thing that they do to customers and there is a process for how they ha for it! Oh and this cannot be resolved without the manager who is impossible to reach.

Great friendly service and Haircut / Fade on point.

Moved to this area about a year ago at the start of COVID and was very hesitant to go into the public...especially a salon but was pleasantly suprised that they take every precautions to keep masks on and social distant with other clients. Also, they wipe down the seats after each person and they ask that you keep your mask on the entire time. Needless to say thisbput my mind at rest and I have now been able to get some quality haircuts!

Amber is a consummate professional. She and her team provide great hair cuts and related services and awesome customer service. If you have not tried the MVP you are missing out.Highly recommended

Amanda is amazing at this location! Although, all the stylists seem really nice and knowledgeable.Very good, very convenient location. Parking isnt great but most shopping centers arent good for parking. All n all, go see Amanda! But not so much that I have a hard time seeing her too

Had a haircut with Isamar today and as always (my 3rd time with her) it was a great experience. She was friendly, conversational and did a great job also the shampoo was really nice as well. I would highly recommend her!!!

Probably the worst haircut I’ve had in 10 years. My stylist Alicia was extremely rude. Very rough when cutting my hair. Didn’t say one word to me the 20 mins cutting my hair.Went to check out, paid, still gave her a tip because I know people have to make a living and she didn’t even say thank you for coming in?...It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review somewhere but Alicia definitely earned you this one!

Clean facility and friendly staff. I brought my young sons here and it went well. The ladies were quick and gentle when cutting their hair. Sports are on the tv so my boys were busy watching basketball.

I got the cut I wanted (4 all over) with only a little grief. Generally, when you go a lot shorter, they want to make really certain that you understand your choice. This is good, though I think they need to only ask once. Love the shampoo, too. Next time I think Ill go all the way and do the steam towel too. It was my first time there and it was way better than I expected.

Ive been going to Sports Clips Haircuts of Katy-Morton Center for about 8 months & I was fortunate enough to get one of the best hair cutter/stylist Ive had in a very long time. Chassidy not only takes into consideration my input of what I want but also provides great suggestions on other styles that might suit me but also great product suggestions. As quiet as she may seem shes a great conversationalist, not too much, just enough & engaged. Her area is always clean which puts me at ease. The shop itself is pretty well kept & the rest of the staff are friendly.

I would definitely recommend Sport Clips at Katy-Morton Center to anybody!!! I love all the TVs playing sports and the staff is super nice! Ive had Kay cut my hair the last few times and she always does an amazing job! She is also very easy to talk to! Will definitely continue to go to her!

Took first available today for my sons first visit at Sports Clips and glad we were assigned to Chassidy. His fade was blended so nicely and she did it just like I wanted. Hard to find a good stylist that doesnt rush through and can fade evenly that sticks around at a professional establishment. Being that this is much closer to home than going previously to Lady Janes and having gone through 2 stylists within 1 month, we decided to try this place out and happy we did. This place is a joke! I asked for simple low fade and even showed a picture to the guy to make sure he understood the haircut. He said yes! I know how to cut that. I would think any barber or stylist who went to a profesional hair or barber school knows the meaning of a low fade. After my haircut, I end up with a high fade. To top it off, it wasnt faded or blended correctly. He just simple used the clipper and shave it off really high without blending. Now I look like I just I got haircut from a blind person! This is second bad haircut from sportclips. One would think paying $19.99 would get a descent haircut but no, its worst than going to those $3.99 haircuts! Even those places knows the meaning of low versus high fade and most of those people that work there dont even speak great English. Come on sport clips. Whats your excuse!!! The employees here are also unprofessional, they make jokes and make fun of customers. Even my wife who was waiting for me, Heard the employees making jokes about customers. Be warn, not unless you want a clipper bowl cut shave or make fun of, dont come here!!

This place sucks! I took my boys to get a cut here twice the first time the lady in the first left chair did great the 2nd time the lady on the 2 or 3rd chair did horrible! I was so upset I had the other girl in the 2nd left side fix my sons edge up bc the lady did a horrible edge up. She immediately snapped and asked the girl what was wrong w it. So i replied and said you didnt even give my son a even edge up. Never going here again they suck only the 1st chair lady is worth seeing here.
