Don’t use this place for hair coloring. My daughter went to get her hair colored. The stylist did not have enough color to complete it. My daughter’s hair was so uneven and the color did not take. I called to complain and was told they could only give me $ 30 out of 151.00 to refund. I had to go to a real salon to get it done and believe me it took . Stay away unless you want to waste your time and money. Honestly you would get a better color if you bought stuff from Sally’s and do it yourself. You have been warned !

I went here for my first silk press been natural now for bout 4 years and was a bit scared but they did an amazing job and I will be going back soon.

Never disappointed by Rosa’s haircut. I live 15 miles away and keep coming back to get the haircut from her. The Manager at the salon was very attentive too, to make sure I get the service in a very timely manner. Very fair pricing.

Neisha did a fantastic job on my 5 years olds protective style. She was professional and personable, timely. I also had my hair done (no pics), but Im still receiving compliments some 4 days later.

Rosa did a fantastic job on my hair. I have long hair and she was careful to ensure how much length I wanted removed and how to shape cut from back to front. My hair looked great! Rosa was efficient, personable, and professional. I wlll definitely return.

Very nice staff. Reasonable price and clean. Both my daughter and I got our haircuts and the stylist did a good job. They also do mens and childrens hair cuts. Would recommend it to others.

My mother and I came around 6:45pm yesterday. Only one stylist available so she immediately let us know that it would be about a 25 minute wait as she had one appointment ahead of us. You may shop at the Walmart and they can let you know when theyre available yet we decided to just sit and wait.I wasnt sure which style/cut to get done as I had long hair and needed a much needed change. She was extremely professional and gave advice on what she thought would be a good look for my face structure. I wanted to dye my hair (from a box) as it once upon a time was jet black naturally. She advised me not to dye it black again as it would not appear natural. Highlights were suggested as were techniques on how to add tremendous volume to my thinning hair without pushing her products upon me. Absolutely loooove my new cut!!! My mom loves hers as well. She chatted with us the entire time which made the vibe of this salon very welcoming!We will most definitely be returning. I highly recommend this salon for any and all your haircare needs! Fantastic!

I called this salon this morning to ask about prices, once the woman told me the price she immediately said ok and then click.. hung up on me, I was about to ask for an appointment but wasn’t even given the chance to reply. I thought maybe she was busy, so I just went to the salon. I got a wash and a simple trim, the woman (Rosa) who cut it did a good job and was very nice and professional. I went to check out and was charged $10 more than what they initially told me, when asking about the price I was told it’s because I have long hair even though I got a simple trim. I got a coupon online for $2 off at that specific salon and they refused to accept it and told me they can’t take it because they didn’t want it to “mess up their computer” and they don’t know about any coupon. The woman with a thick accent is the one who hung up in my face and refused to accept the coupon. Really disappointed in the company for giving coupons that can’t be used, and not giving me a correct price or a consultation before hand.

Expensive and I told her to trim my hair leave it long enough to cornroll and braid so of course she makes me look like a guy. Its going to take me another 3 months to grow my hair back enough to braid. I regret going there.

I would give no stars if I could! I went in asking for a lob(long bob) I should of known from the beginning it was a bad idea..she didnt know what a lob was so another stylist explained it to her which she then acted like she knew. After she got done, I had to ask her to fix the front, one side was longer than the other. AFTER she got done fixing it, it was worse than before but I didnt want her messing it up even more so I just left. She COMPLETELY RUINED the back. It looks like a toddler got a hold of my hair and just went crazy with scissors. Nice lady, doesnt know what the heck shes doing!

If I can give this place -5 star I would, my husband when there yesterday March 4, 2018 to get a hair cut & the lady (Alia) made pass the credit card 2 times because the machine did not work then told him that the payment never when trought and then he show her that on the app of our bank (wells fargo) it show that the payment was made 2 times the amount of the haircut, she refused to give the money back until I got someone from the bank to confirm the payment was charged twice, then she refused to give us a recit. She gave us the money back in cash. She treated us like we wanted not pay for it we just wanted the double charge to be reimbust to us. Never go to this place super rude & trying to scam people of their money.
