The lady did an ok job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was about 80% close because the colors she pulled where darker than what I wanted.

I went here after waiting at a nail salon for nearly 50 minutes only for them to mess them up. when i came to this nail salon with chips and cracks in my nails, they fixed them. they where very understanding and very helpful. although i’ve only been here once, i would definitely recommend this nail salon.

2 weeks ago was my first time having my nails done by them. I decided to return from my knowledge I had a fungus on my nail. They guy was explaining how we would treat the nail and this other lady who had nothing to do with anything got up from her station leaving her customer to come talk to me rudely the went back to her station to talk about me in her language. I told her you dont have to talk to me that away. I was trying to explain I dont have a problem I just want to make sure we get it treated right. I felt like she was attacking me. Then she was rude to my husband which resulted in the cops getting involved. Never again!! We will be moving forward with further action!

Poor service just left out of there. I wanted to get a pedicure and a gentleman told me to come back tomorrow. What am I here for? WOW you dont money

There are definitely some techs I would not recommend however I would recommend Cho and Danny though he can be rough sometimes but since Ive been going there if ever Im not satisfied Danny fixes it. The best tech there though is Amanda, she is amazing. The neatest Ive had, extremely meticulous, not a drop of paint out of place.

Came here to do a pedicure, she did designs on my nails without asking me and completely ruin it. I was just like “eh” I was caught up in the moment with the excitement about getting my pedicure so I didn’t bother stopping her. I just hated it so muchAVOID HERE AT YOUR OWN COSTS

I went there to get my nails done for my birthday and they did not turn out the way they should have. I usually have Danny do them but he was busy( I love his work on my nails),so a lady did them and they turned out all bumpy not smooth and just did not like them. But it is a great place to get them done. Danny and Amanda are great!!!The lady was rude to me and on her phone a lot. Disappointed in this experience. She kept a telling me to relax hand and they were she was rude.

I was getting a normal pedicure and they up charged me $150 dollars because I was fat and my feet were ugly

Went in for a fill, and paint, 3 of my nails were off before a week even passed. My pinky nail wasnt crooked before I went in, but was when I left. Going to get them fully redone because they look like crap.

Love that they are truly looking to make the customer happy. Funny and Chuey did my nails completely awesome job.

I went here about a month ago with my 3 year old. I got acrylic nails. My daughter got hers painted. Service was HORRIBLE! The lady I had was rude to me and kept telling me to relax my hand even though it was. She would just shove my hand. She threw the nail samples at me. I didnt get a chance to look at them before she said pick this its cute and took it from me. She made my fingers bleed. And she kept getting on her phone. Every time she talked to me, she had a bad attitude. I will not be going back there.I even posted a picture of my nails on facebook and had SEVERAL people say I should go get my $40 back and that I shouldnt have had to pay for them looking so bad.

I went Sunday 8/14 to get the gel done in my nails and had googled a photo of a simple design. Got my nails done and manicured and a different lady came over to do the design and started and the colors were not even the same nor did the design even look similar to the photo. I asked her if she was doing more to the design and ahe shook her head. So I continued to dry and another lady came over and I asked her if there was more that she was going to do and she said no my nail bed was too small ( I did ask her when she was going to tell me it was too small) and I said I want it changed and she started saying it wasnt the nails tech fault because she doesnt speak good English and it was unfortunately at there closing time so my nails still are not fixed. It took me 4 yrs to find a good nail tech and i found him at regal. If youre gonna go here then i HIGHLY recommend Danny. When i say he is BOMB and precised, im so serious. He takes his time and pays attention to the smallest of detail and if somethn aint right, he will fix it with no problem. I know Ive moved a bit to fast before my nails dried all the way and smudged them before but hell fix it and I asolutely love that abt him. I wont let anyone touch my nails unless he does them. I went an entire month w/o gettn a fill (not on purpose, just busy) so u know i needed them done bad lol. There was a place across the st that was open on mothers day but danny wasnt...yes yall..i cheated on my nail tech and we all know thats a no no but anyway i went to only get a fill. Somethn told me not to but i tried to anyway. This fool had no freakn clue how to give me a fill and tried to tell me my nails were fake (which they werent. I just get overlays) so needless to say he cldnt do them. I walked out. I told myself id never cheat on danny again lol. I went the next business day and raaaan to danny lol. He hooked my poor lil nails up. When i say i walked out of regal with my nails lookn bomb..hoooooney u cldnt tell me nothn lol. So..if u decide to go to regal, take a chance on Danny, u wont regret it!

Horrible service... I got a pedicure and a fill asked the person who was doing my pedicure how much for both he said $30. I get the pedicure and they start my fill he tells me $52. The manager wont honor what the first person told me! Everyone one of them is rude. I will be contacting corporate!

Took my girl to do her eye lashes and they looked terrible, we were still at the place when they fell out. They refused to fix them or give our money back, dont go here its a horrible place.
