Just moved to Piper. Ive had Alan do my nails here twice and they look great!! The people who work there are cool and social too which I like. Shop is clean and comfortable

Tiara Nails is the only nail shop I rock with. My nails be on point every time I go. I cant vouch for all the techs because I only go to one particular tech. Book with Tee, shes the bomb!!

They were so accommodating and friendly. Not only did we have great service, the comraderie and vibe was great!

Had an appointment, waited long after to begin services & was not able to get what was truly desired due to time. Nails were good when all said and done just not a great experience, people set appointments for a reason.

They were helpful and friendly BUT got dipped nails for the first time. The design I showed the nail tech vs what I got don’t look alike. The design is terrible. My pedicure is chipping, I got gel. Paid $46 for this pedicure and it’s chipping. Every other place I’ve gone that hasn’t happened.

I got a full set done a week ago and every single one of my nails are already starting to lift and the gel polish is also chipping (even though I paid extra for gel). After showing my nail tech the reference photo they said it’d be a lot of work and they were still leaving by 6… I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes ahead and waited an extra 15 after my scheduled appointment time. Super rushed and wouldn’t recommend getting acrylics from here.

I love going to get my pedicure & manicure done by Tiara who is actually the owner. She does an magnificent job and she always picks the most amazing colors for me. I always get compliments on my nails every time I get them done. Tiara’s staff are all courteous, polite and professional, as well. I will never go no where else but here because of the wonderful services and friendliness establishment.

Instead of greeting me and stating that the appointments were full for the evening. The lil frail woman didnt even speak. Allowed me to sit there and waste time. Ignorance is so unprofessional.

My nail tech was nice my dip nails just came out too thick and a few days later the color started yellowing..

Loved who put my acrylics on.. Emy.. But the lady that did the painting was in a huge rush so it looks awful

Went there as a referral from a friend. The person doing my nails wasn’t paying attention because they were too busy talking and was filing my fingers and knuckles. Went back to get the gel polish taken off and again there was no attention to detail. The cotton was on my fingers and not my nails. But they were polite, so I suppose that is something. Won’t be going back, they can keep the $45 I gave them.

Emy is amazing. Shes funny to talk to, seems invested in every client she has. However, it seems like she always has to pick up for others. the man who works there is really rough on the nails, he doesnt take his time perfecting the shape, etc. His main concern is getting money it seems.
