They were more than willing to help me with a soak off, full set, and pedicure. Being a licensed CA, I was able to see the short cuts and service costs. Like I shouldnt have to ask the person to cut my toe nails down, if I make a note to tell him to get any ingrown nails because I wear alot of tennis shoes.Daughter was also with me, after waiting 2 hours; she was never serviced.

Not a fan of this place. The reviews arent accurate. The techs are rude, dont communicate well and I just rather not come back. She didnt have white so I guess that meant she wasnt doing my nails. Yet the other worker went next door to get supplies. Lol. Trash establishment in a trash area.But the pedicure was ok. Lol. Thats all Ill give.

Im surprised that my nails came out looking nice for $45 and it wasnt pricey even though I asked for diamonds. They did a good job.

I’ve been goin to this nail salon since 08’ Ive been a loyal customer since high school, and I lived in Independence MO, before them I’ve been everywhere under the sun, and no one comes close to these guys. Before GEL nail was even popular they were using it as a top coat for nails to last longer, they’ve always been ahead of the game who it comes to nails. And they are do really good design work. I LOVE JENNY & KIM y’all ROCK.

Extremely pushy and my particular technician was rude. I told them I specifically wanted square nails with regular polish which shows $20 on their sign. I asked for the price and was told $30. I questioned the price and was told “you need gel it lasts longer”. The technician continued to question me about gel. Once she saw I wasn’t going to change my mind she lowered my price to $25. She then tried to put diamonds on my nails. I told her I didn’t ask for diamonds and she said then $20. Then she tried to add $3 for the length of my nails. I said okay then cut them shorter please and she goes “I’ll just give you discount”. Once my nails were finished they were extremely thick and roughly painted. No business should be rude because a customer wants what they want. If they need money that bad then they should start by having an inviting environment and exceptional service.

This is the best nail salon ive ever been to . They are now the only place I go to get my nails and toes done. Thier designs are awesome and they have a ton of them. They are all very talented and nice. My nails stayed on for a long time when you get them filled they still look like the first time you got them done.

Went to get my nails done and I went around 6:00 when they close at 7:30. A younger girl who was very nice and professional did my polish change with my toes and they look okay. However, my nails look horrible. I told the lady that did my nails (different woman) what needed to be fixed and they still came how they did.

They are really nice and do an excellent job on pedicures. My nails had several flaws and Im gonna have to get them redone asap but I was in a rush today so🤷🏿‍♀️

I witnessed the nail tech take some flip flops out the trash that a customer just took off after getting her feet done. She took them to the back. I truly hope they are not going to reuse them. Red flag!!!

I go here about once a month to get a fill and a trim. The wait can be long sometimes. Go on off days; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday anytime or early Saturday morning... right when they open. I have never left upset or disappointed...they ask you what you want and they say if you are not happy with something tell them... your the boss.Also they are cash only. No debit or credit cards dont think they allow personal checks either.

Update!!! I noticed my 💅 started lifting which had me going back every week. I went to another 💅 shop & realized the products used at this salon is extremely cheap. I have sat down with at least 5 💅 techs there. Trying to give them the benefit of doubt. But every time I get a fresh set I always have to spend more to keep my 💅 from falling off after they lift. Highly irritating & will NOT be going back. 😱😠😫

I only get pedicures from them and they can be hit or miss. They also will try to sneak in the scrub on you and them charge you extra for it at the end so watch out.

Not a satisfied customer. Kim THE OWNER- did my nails. I dont want to come off rude but this is a review of my experience. You get what you pay for which yeah they are cheap and sloppy, and if you show them they messed up they make it worse or look at you dumb when they have to fix your nails. Normally I wouldnt say anything but I just have to.. They were really quick, and sloppy. They wont even clean up the edges for you. They say oh it will wash off: Heres what happened with that: Kim got busy with a customer (mind you I was in there first before this customer but I was rushed then pushed aside for a regular) so I asked another lady to clean up my fingers and put some white paint to fix the missing edges of white she said she couldnt remove excess dried clear coat because she already fixed the white parts (whilst she paints over my designs because she wasnt paying attention talking to another co worker in their language obviously talking about me or something because she didnt look happy when I asked her nicely & said please if she could help me) and said she cant do it. Well heres the truth she didnt want to do anything extra because she wasnt the one who did my nails, She didnt get paid for it. Wow wheres the team work. I didnt pay + TIP before she even finished it ( how they work they take your money then finish because they already got paid but I didnt pay to have to clean up my own nails or correct them Im the customer have some respect to say sure itll take just two seconds to remove the excess polish. I also had to drive back AFTER I LEFT BECAUSE I noticed the design was painted over, had to get them to fix my design, which was a whole other lady, but, If you look at my design its smudged and too thick. And thats the fix. The other design on my opposite hand same finger dont even match. And the tips of my nails were missing white paint still. I dont know what the deal was but Im not going back. Just horrible. Im out money because its not a good job done, not satisfied with my purchase and they look bad. =(
