I called the agency this morning because its insured backed into and damaged my car. The agent that answered the phone said his name was Max but he refused to give me his last name. He then lied and said his name was Max Smith. I checked the agencys website and learned that his real name is Max Pilsl. I do not appreciate being lied to and plan to report his lie to the MO Department of Insurance. I give this agency the lowest possible rating.
