Theyre doing fine for our business insurance... Havent had any complaints... I do wish the wait time wasnt so bad on the phone when you need to update your policy... But other than that... Great!!

Sela is literally the worst rep you could have. If you get her ask to switch immediately. She won’t answer your calls. She won’t return them either when you leave voicemails. She won’t respond to emails. She is literally no help whatsoever. It’s ridiculous.

Dealing with this company was a nightmare. I got in accident, that was not my fault. I had full coverage on my vehicle. The day of my accident i called my claim rep Sela i called her maybe 3-4 times with no return call. There was no sense of urgency. This woman never answered her phone one time for me. How can you be someones rep if you dont even answer their phone calls. Their response time was horrible. Pick literally any other insurance company over Progressive!!!!!!

Customer service was excellent. Communication was good but the process in which the repairs were to be made were a little misleading. I was under the impression Progressive had there own body shop that would complete the repairs. They dont. They actually use a local dealership to perform repairs. The quality of work is poor at best. Word of advice, take the check and find your own repair shop.

I am really impressed with my care by Jorge. He took the time to really investigate my claim and what my coverage was and ensured that my family and I were taken care of as well as my car. I felt like he was caring for my family and me like we were part of his family. Thank you for all your hard work Jorge, it was notice and greatly appreciated.

As a State Farm customer who had to use Progressive to get my car fixed after an accident, I was very happy with the experience. The facility was clean and big. The service was efficient and my service rep, Heidi was friendly and communicative. They made the whole process easy.

Great experience. I had an appointment to talk to a representative. The person was available right away. It took 45 minutes just like they said it would to get me an appraisal. As I waited another representative spoke to me about my claim and helped my through the process in order to get the best possible result as quickly as possible.

The drop off was quick and pleasant, but they were pretty uncommunicative after that.They gave me a date, but went past it without an update call.They told me it would be ready when I called the next day. Apparently that afternoon, however, they found a repair problem (which is appreciated), but didnt let me know they were sending my car back to a body shop.When I called to ask what was going on, the rep. assured me it was coming back that day. It wasnt until the next morning that I finally got a call that I didnt have to initiate to know the status.I know the speed of repairs wasnt in their hands, but the lack of communication was a bit unnerving by the end.The work they brokered was good, however, and they were quite pleasant in person.

My vehicle was recently hit by a progressive client. Although this entire situation has been very inconvenient for me, progressive has been great from start to finish. The other party took full responsibility and within an hour of the accident, an appointment was set up for the following week (due to my schedule) to have my vehicle looked at. It took about an hour from the time I went in to the time I left. The woman I dealt with was very friendly and they have a very clean and nice waiting area.

Never heard of real-life Progressive employees before visiting this center for a claim. Staff was complimenting of my vehicle and friendly, quick, and straightforward. Snacks were provided and the wait time for assessment was not bad.

Progressive is not my insurance agency but I have been dealing with them through someone else hitting my car and filing a claim through his insurance. I already had a police report and quote on my car which the damages were only $1,344.45 so I did not think this would be a hard process seeing that i didnt need a whole lot of money. The agent assigned to my claim tried to make me in some way say it was my fault by saying that usually in my situation both parties are at fault and asking me what kind of lights i had on. Thankfully I already had a police report stating other wise. It has now been two weeks and I have received one phone call from Progressive in total and they would not return my phone calls or emails. This process has been such an inconvenience. Not only were they giving me terrible service but they also never contacted the other party and made me contact them to call them to give them his report on what happened. I will NEVER switch to Progressive nor recommend them. I am glad i pay more money to have my car in the hands of a personable insurance agent at Shelter Insurance.

Always thorough service, just recommend to check all aspects of car when its returned to you. Mine had a large locust thorn in the sidewall when we were there to pick it up. I mentioned it and they covered it, just took longer yet to get my vehicle back.

Long story short - Progressive customer ran a red light and hit my car. After they agreed its their fault, I filed a claim with progressive. the person who attended me first was very rude and treated me as though he is doing me a big favor. He said he need not provide a rental when they keep my car. Another online customer service representative was not ready to talk about the diminishing value and right away told it is not covered in MO state and asked me to go-ahead and file a case with local court. Guy who handled me when I pick up was nice to me. Again it depends on who you are going to get otherwise fast service and organised place. Due to my experience I will never consider progressive in future.

Rudest people... dont know if it was because of my race, I really dont care, but a business needs to employ persons that can deal with diversity regardless of their personal feelings. I really liked Flo from the commercial, even though I know its just P.R., but it really annoyed me more, I think, because of that expectation of excellent service. I no longer carry Progressive.

They are criminals! They only fix cosmetic damage to your car and lie to you about any other damage to your suspension or drive train. Once you drive off and find that your car is shaking or making noises. You cant take it back so you will have to pay out of pocket for those repairs. In my case I paid 500.00 deductible and had to turn around and pay almost 1300.00 to fix the suspension on my car. They simply cant be trusted. Take you car to the dealership you got the car from.

If you have any mechanical damage to your vehicle dont dare take your vehicle here. I received the response below in quotations through email explaining why they were not going to cover my damaged hood and broken engine mounts... The estimator spent roughly 15 minutes looking at the cosmetic issue and put no effort looking at any mechanical issues caused by the accident. What is the point of wasting your time going here for them to have a look and try to screw you around. Before he even started looking at my vehicle he started telling me how old it was. I feel he spent little time with me and my vehicle because it was the end of the day and he wanted to go home. Below is the email that was with his less than adequate estimate. I have included what I can relate to the accident at this time. The engine coming up and striking the hood is not a normal issue with a frontal impact. The motor mounts need to be check and verified if loose or dmg or old, etc before we can consider hood at this time. Everyone else I dealt with at progressive was great. They had to send another Repair Representative to the shop who approved all the additional damages. He was great and so was my claims representative. The shop had great things to say about the the mobile Repair Representative and I only have good things to say about my claims rep. The estimator at the progressive service center was nice but right away made excuses to why they were not going to fix certain things on my vehicle that were not damaged before my accident. I was told my engine mount bolts were probably old and rusty, I had to prove that they were not damaged before the accident. He spent maybe 2 minutes laying on his back looking under the front of the car and said he couldnt see anything wrong. This is a Joke!! Dont waste your time bringing a vehicle here to be looked at. Take it to a real collision center or repair shop. The estimator at the service center will not put forth any effort to look at mechanical issue and will then try and write you a check for a 3rd of the damages to your vehicle.

Bait and Switch!!! Went in for an estimate and they converted the appointment to an OK to fix while there even though our rep was there and new that was the only reason we went there.(yes we messed up and signed), but left expecting and estimate. I had 2 other estimates that the GM stated, you know how they do.... they will do whatever.CROOKS and BAIT & SWITCH with unfair and deceptive practices!!!Wife was hit from behind on the LEFT side and the right back window fell out. THEY DID NOT INCLUDE THE WINDOW>>>>EVEN THOUGH THE OTHER 2 DID.*** I spoke to the manager and he said he would definitely look into it and call me back. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK AND REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE.They gave me a car back without a window...stating it was not the cause, but they could not tell me what they assessed the Value of the Car???TOTAL SCAM, UNACCOUNTABLE, and RUDE!!!!!!!

Terrible place. Id give it zero star if google would allow it. Before taking your car here after an accident, take it to a dealer and have them write up an estimate and a list of what needs to be fixed from the accident, also request your own shop (not sure if they take it to someone in their family or getting a kickback, so best to take it someone you trust). Only been in two accidents, and both case the other drivers rear-ended my wife, the last one caused her to ram into the car in front. and in both cases progressive took care of it. the last one, afterwards, I noticed a few days later that their was a crimp in the door frame (between the door and windshield, took it back and progressive said that was not caused by the accident. I explained that there was only two accidents and in both case they fixed it, so some how that happened from the last accident. He still claimed it couldnt have been from the accident, I explained again that my wife was rear-ended and was crushed into the car in front so with forces from both end could cause the crimp. but he refused to do anything about it, in the end (after filing a claim with progressive insurance) nothing was done. next I noticed a whistling sound coming from the windshield, took it back to progressive and showed him the rubber was flapping and coming loose, he said thats the way they are and that they self vacuum overtime. took it home and still had the noise, then later we got a rock that cracked our windshield took it to safelite auto to replace and when they were done, they put the rubber under the shield, not on top like that progressive agent said. only proved what I expected, that they are lacking in auto knowledge. then in november we noticed our car wasnt getting hot air, only cold when parked but hot when in drive. Called progressive again, but instead of asking me to bring it in to take a look at it he just said it wasnt from the accident, turns out they (the shop they took it too) never filled the radiator reservoir (that needs to be filled to a certain level) only the radiator. Once I added radiator fluid, that fixed the issue. then I called that my passanger door isnt closing all the way to on the top (next to window). again got the whole not from the accident and that I must be hanging on the door or slammed it into an object. UNBELIEVABLE. protect yourself before going here. Im in the process of changing insurance company. and warning all my friends and family and anyone who listens to stay away from this location, there maybe better ones but this is the only location near me. Either find another center or insurance company

Progressive does not deserve any stars but in order to write a review its a must anyways this company is worthless they take your money every single month without isssues when you have an accident they run around like a holes scratching theyre heads trying to figure out how not to pay your claim . Was with progressive for a year with a premium of 209 a month full coverage for just one car. I had paid every month on time this particular month I had fallen behind on bills. I was worried about my policy being cancelled I had reached out to progressive and spoke with a rep about avoiding cancellation and about what I could do to avoid a relapse I was told as long as I had dated and mailed out my check before or on the due date I would be okay and they would reinstate my policy without relapse no matter how long it took for the mail to get to them I swear I repeated my question to the rep three times because I wanted to assure that everything would be ok I even had to go to a pantry for food because I needed to make that payment even with money being tight . Anywho working full time and being a mother of little ones I was not able to drop the check off in the mailbox on the 12 the date I was given was the 13 so I wrote a check on the 13 and placed it in the mail drop off box on the 13 . I had just checked my bank and the money was withdrawn on the 19th well on the 20th my car was parked outside and some loser reversed right into it and drove off I called progressive reporting the claim which was easy I also had to make a police report . on the 21st I am called and told that my policy did not reinstate that my check was received on the 19 but it wasnt postmark until the 14 so I asked how this was possible the rep told me well maybe the mailman at the drop box had already picked up the mail before you dropped yours off and and unless I had any proof that I dropped it off On the 13th they were not going to pay my claim but she was going to investigate and acted real helpful I then get put on hold for an hour when the claim rep returns to the line she says oh well all we need you to do is report a no lost statement she then transferred me to a progressive customer service where Im asked have there been any accidents from the 13-21 in order to reinstate no aciddents are to be reported during that time frame, I then explain to her that I am confused because The accident occurred on the 20th but my payment was received on the 19 and mailed and dated on the 13 my policy should have been reinstated during that period and during that period I had no acidents I then get put on hold for another hour when she returns to the line she explains that because of the postmark issue that they cannot reinstate nor approve my claim and that I need to purchase a new policy and offered me services to buy a new policy being furious I just gave her thanks for her time and the call ended shortly after the call I then get an email update from my bank that my 209 dollar check had been returned so now progressive shows that my coverage ended for a nonpayment they made sure to dot all there Is to Not pay my car damage Do Not trust this company!!!!!!!!!

I got with progressive the 21st and canceled the 23rd of April while the money was still pending in my account and have yet to receive a refund. have called multiple times just to get a run around.. i was told it would be here the 3rd which today is the 7th of May. very frustrating. bad business.

I was injured out of state in a car accident. My health insurance is state specific and didnt cover me in the other state. My 2 month old car was declared totaled and it left me stranded in another state where I lost my job back home and had no car. Per state law, Progressive had $4500 Personal Injury Protection that could have gotten me treatment for my injury. They could have sent me the money, but instead, my progressive agent Meaghan Mooney sent it to pay the hospital bill. It screwed me financially. Meaghan Mooney and Progressive Insurance did very little to help me in my time of need. Thumbs down!
