They always discourage you when you have a claim. Have had water damage and roof damage that I had to repair on my own even though I have had State Farm for maybe 30 years. A tornado touched down on my block and all my neighbors who had other insurance companys had repairs done. i called two roofing companys who both spotted the same damage and said I needed repairs. State Farm sent out a claims agent/roofer who said that he could not find any damage. My roof is still damaged and I still pay monthly to State Farm. Trying to find a new insurance company as soon as possible.

I have been a customer with Joe Nowatzki for over 15 years. He runs a a great agency! The people are knowledgeable, kind and truly concerned about you and your insurance needs. Him and his crew are willing to jump through hoops to get you what you need quickly and without breaking the bank. Hes like a trusted mechanic... he might not be the closest to your work or home...but you will drive out of the way because you will be taken care of and your issues will be fixed correctly.

Joes staff always gives me as much as needed to answer my questions and concerns. They also are reliable sources of information. If I need to talk to Joe, he always remembers who I am even though I rarely have a need to talk to him. Ive never had a negative experience with the agency which says a lot considering how complicated insurance provisions can be.

I have been with State Farm insurance for over 20 years. I currently have auto and renters policies. Fortunately I have not had to file with my renters policy in all these years. However in the recent past I had to file a claim with my truck insurance when someone damaged my truck in a Walmart parking lot and did not leave a note. Needless to say I was livid and very upset. AllI had to do was make 1 phone call to my agent and they handled everything for me, and I mean everything. They made arrangements with the dealership and the car rental agency and anything else I needed. They made the whole process as painless as possible for me and alleviated all of my stress. They kept me informed during the whole process with timely updates. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated which is one of the reasons, along with the value I receive, that has kept me with them all these years. Awesome job everyone!

Joes office and staff are great. They go above and beyond with what is needed. Anytime I have a question I either call or email and they respond quickly. Its good to know theres an Insurance Agent that will give you wisdom instead of advice. State Farm, in general has good pricing. About every 3-5 years I comparison shop other insurance and yet, SF is within $50/6mths of the comparisons. Ive even checked with USAA and found SF to actually be cheaper. Between the Discount Double Checks that Joe finds and just educating yourself on insurance you can find some good pricing. Always impressed with his office and staff.

Do not use state farm been a customer with them for 15 years with no claims and because of speeding tickets i got delivering pizza they say they cant cover me anymore. Then when they say they can refund my last payment, they wait a week only for me to call to see whats going on and get told sorry we arent gonna be able to refund that like we said we would last week. Anne does not know what she should about state farm and needs her hand held thru just about anything. I will warm anyone i meet not to use this place. Progressive cut my insurance bill in half for all of my vehicles compared to state farm
