I moved in 5 months ago and from day one had issues with hot water turning off randomly, sometimes for an entire weekend. NOTHING has been done about this, we have called and emailed this office as well as Prism Real Estate to our exhaustion with no response from anyone. I was recently a few days late paying rent (first time ever) due to being hospitalized with Covid-19 and was told I had 3 days or would be evicted, when I asked about hot water I was shut down. We give so much grace with these difficult times but have been given zero, as for the hot water, or lack thereof it’s not on anyones priority list, which is apparently 5 months long and counting. Sad to be treated this way.

Absolutely terrible place to live. Im moving from this trash soon. Theres tons of kids that have neglectful parents and theyll just bang on your car and mess with your stuff. The apartments are also terrible. Very dirty, and the ceiling of my shower has a hole in it from water damage from the people above me. Terrible. Do not move here.

It is a horrible place to stay please do not move here the plumbing is bad And whoever they pay to clean up the apartments before you move in it’s horrible it still looks nasty and when it rain It’s floods, My townhome been looking like this since a week before Father’s Day and they said nobody come out till August 3 but remind you my apartment flooded in May and they came and did all of this in June because I had mold and the plumbing is horrible and with all this going on they still want me to pay $1300 in rent

Been here since Fall 2016. Have lived in 2 apartments due to changes in household size. The buildings have been around a few decades so take that into consideration. Maintenance has always been timely, dedicated, and efficient. Office staff make every effort to resolve tenant issues quickly and equitably.We feel like family here. There is great diversity among the tenants and neighbors run the gamut from quiet homebodies to gregarious and socially active. Like all families, there will be one or two that upset the rhythm and flow, but the dangerous ones dont last long here.The biggest hurdle is probably parking. Guests dont park in the overflow area so depending on which lot you face, you may occasionally have a walk to your car. Also, if you have a mobility scooter you will want a unit near N Holmes because the hills are too steep to drive your scooter safely. (N Holmes may be too step depending on your model)Bottom line: maintenance and manager rock, you will get back what you put in, and the hills are rough for those with mobility issues.

The townhomes are very spacious and reasonably priced. They have washer and dryer hookups, which is very nice. Maintenance is very responsive and the office staff is friendly.

Im a college student who was only coming down here for a short term lease. I wasnt expecting to have to endure such terrible management from the leasing team. Constant change in management lead to miscommunication and were never on the same page as me. If you are young and are coming for a short time, just know that they will try and take advantage of you for not knowing any better. Because I didnt give 60 days notice on a 3 month lease that I paid in front, I now have to pay 5 months of rent for a 3 month lease. They knew the whole time that I was only here for the Summer for an internship. I shouldve been made aware of this explicitly... just shows the morals of the company. Profit over happiness of their tenants. They couldnt even meet me halfway for it being partly their fault for not being responsive with me when Id call if I needed to do anything and there end up being no answer. The apartments are also not the cleanest, roach infested and a bat even flew into my room! I wouldnt lease from this establishment ever again, but it is your choice if you want to get taken advantage!

I have been a resident of Timberline Apartments for the last year. The office staff has always been courteous, helpful, and resolves any questions/issues quickly.I have several co-workers that reside at the same complex- some for 3 years plus.A few specific shout outs are:The grounds-keeping is well maintained. My son and I have spent lots of time with the community kids out in the large open yard.Their maintenance staff is awesome. Quick responses to all weather conditions. I have often seen cleaning crew in our hallway.Pool is very clean and well maintained!I also have never really heard my neighbors!Great value, awesome staff, nice place to call home.

Was told if denied id get a refund still waiting Noone will return my call having to dispute it with my bank

I live here with my 3 mo old and my boyfriend.. I was dealing with misty when signing lease and things I was supposed to move in the 5th they didn’t even know about it!! Gina found a apartment for me to go into but it is flea infested and there are burn holes in the carpet and stains WHEN I MOVED IN.. nothing looked clean! I have pictures. I was 9 months pregnant moving in and had the baby a few days later after I got home and settled in with the baby I addressed these issues.. I said we had FLEAS! HOW I HAVE NO ANIMAL! The solution they gave me was to vacuum 2-3x a day everyday.. now, I’m supposed to replace my blinds that weren’t new when I moved in.. the pictures advertised are not what you are getting.. and I’m honestly hating living here

My wife and I have been living her for almost 2 years and we LOVE it!! Amber and Gina are amazing women and get the job done. Location is really good for us, quick highway access. Maintenance is quick even for little issues like putting screens back on the windows! We haven’t had any issues with A/C, heating, water! Pest control comes very frequently! They are always vacuuming the hallways and entryways into the building! Lawn care is done weekly, trimming of bushes are done regularly, pool (when In season) is beautiful always clean and a good place to relax. Also must I add, VERY LGBTQ+ friendly. We love Gina and Amber! Good work ladies!!

Timberline was perfect! The property is well kept up. When you contact the office about an issue in your apartment, maintenance is there to fix it the same day. Gina, the property manager is AMAZING. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is done right the first time and she keeps the complex running smoothly. So much has changed for the better since Gina arrived! Her office staff is fantastic as well. I would highly recommend Timberline!

Dont move here. The management says one thing and then does another. Promised return calls never happen. Maintenance issues go unresolved. Crime etc.At least all the phone calls between us are recorded.Management used to be great. Then they brought in Gina who literally cusses at the tenants as if she is employs them. Perhaps she might understand that without tenants she doesnt have a job. 68% occupancy speaks volumes. The previous manager had 96%.

We have been living at this place for 6 Months in a Town home dealing with a very noisy neighbor who is loud from morning to morning. She lets her kids rip and run through the house, bang on the wall, and make other loud noises. Weve tried to talk to the neighbor and she less then cares at all. However, we did talk to the office who said that theyve done all that can, basically told us that there is nothing that they can do, and told us that we can move into another unit. Nobody should have to go through that nor move because the Office is negligent and has no remorse nor sympathy for any of the tenants that live here.

Nice 2 bdrm space

I recently called to ask questions about an apartment. I decided to go in and see if I could arrange a viewing of the apartment. Within 30mins of speaking with the woman on the phone and upon my arrival, the apartment had been rented. Realizing there was nothing more for me to do there, I got up and left. As I walked out, the person I was speaking to told me I was rude. Now, I never raised my voice, I never got angry, nothing of the sort. I simply walked out. I guess if you go in to rent an apartment they dont have available, you have to stay until you are dismissed, otherwise they will insult you on your way out. I have never had this experience in my life and HIGHLY recommend never wasting your time trying to rent an apartment from there. How incredibly disrespectful. I tried to email the management about the disrespectful woman at the front desk and my email was undeliverable.

I paid a deposit in the amount of $541 with the application. I wasnt approved and thats fine. However I was told that I get my deposit back ($500) minus the $40 application fee. Misty has given me the runaround. She told me that shed call back and she never did. I had to call her twice. Misty noticed that the amount in the system was wrong. They had the refund as $400 and it should have been five. Misty agreed and stated that she was going to email the corporate office and ccd me and she lied about that. I just want my money back. Someone needs bv contact me today or Im contacting the Better Business Bureau and Im disputing it with my bank.

Management is obviously used to getting their way and are hard to work with. They are quick to come in and fix problems, if you call the duct tape method fixed. The AC units dont work so in the summers you start cooking on the inside. I had to take my children somewhere they had air so they would suffer from heat stroke. Kids in the complex scratch cars. Every week it was something else wrong with the unit. Whoever they got to paint left splatters everywhere, making the floor constantly look dirty. Gina was the worst and will talk down to you. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere.

Timberline has been my home for almost 7 years and yes, it was bad 3 yrs ago before the current Manager Gina cleaned up shop so to speak. Maintenance is pretty good here as well and you never have to wait long to get something repaired . I will say one of these terrible reviews was my neighbor and their toddler year old set the town home on fire with a torch lighter while the parents were who knows where!! I suggest you come give Timberline a visit before you believe any of the bad reviews. THANK YOU Timberline for being a place for me to call home for so long!!!

The office staff here is amazing & very friendly! The apartments are spacious and affordable. The location is fantastic not far from the highway, but far enough that you cant hear the traffic. I highly recommend!

Never have I ever been insulted when going in to look at an apartment until now. I went in to see about an apartment I called about 30 mins prior and it had been rented. Upon leaving the receptionist told me I was rude for leaving. Not for saying the wrong thing, not for raising my voice, but for simply getting out of my chair and walking out. How INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. How can anyone in there right mind insult someone who comes in to see an apartment for simply walking away when they have nothing to offer you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually had a great experience living here. maintenance was on top of my issues. (I was on the bottom floor and it flooded from all the rain. they were very quick to get the carpet out and not let it mold.) the ladies in the office knew me by name and I wasnt there too often. they even knew what bldg. and apt # I was. the only issues I had-there was an issue w my deposit check returning at the end of my lease. they had system issues. but after climbing the ladder to figure out what happened, I finally got my deposit check back. also, I hated how I would have rent ready, but I didnt know how much it was bc water needed to be added on top of the rent check. I didnt like not knowing how much I owed. overall, id live here again.

Havent had any major issues since I moved in about 7 months ago. The kids can be loud at times, but they are kids, so I cant complain too much. The only thing I had an issue with was that someone spray painted all down the hallways a few days ago. Other than that, AC works, heat works, water works. Amber has always been very professional and nice!

My daughter lives here and her building is horrible! They are always having a flood in the basement area and nothing gets done about it! They dont replace the carpet, just run high powered fans for days. While it doesnt have to be perfect, they could take a little more pride in the place. It may help those who have lower income or just starting out, but get with it and take care of problems! Bandaids dont work on broken bones.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PROPERTY!!! (OWNED BY PRIZM REAL ESTATE SERVICES, LLC) We lived here for 1 year, we just moved out when our contract ended this May(there was no way we were going to extend our contract here). First of all the apartment building was never maintained, police were frequently called cause the neighbors kept kicking doors down and constantly fighting. Reported incident to the office mgr Gina, whom told me that the neighbors were going to move out as soon I wouldnt have to worry about them... Yes they FINALLY moved out and ended up with the same issues with new neighbors down stairs! In the spring(we had just moved in) and our AC wasnt working properly. The temps inside got into the 90s and they kept telling me that there was nothing they can do about it and blamed the spring heat and us living on the top floor. We kept complaining as they would claim they fixed the AC, but it never cooled, at all! We suffered all through the summer time, it was absolutely horrible. They just refused to spend money on the repair or replace the unit with an actual working one. Now that we left, we were told by the office manager Gina that everything was okay with the apartment and that we would be mailed some of our $450.00 deposit back. After couple of weeks of waiting I finally call back and speak to Misty, and she claims we owe them money for carpet cleaning, holes caused by nails (which my husband covered back up) and carpet shampooing so what they mailed was not a deposit refund but instead a bill!!! Freaking ridiculous! They straight up lied to us about it being a refund and asked for our forwarding address just to give us a bill instead. We cleaned the apartment from top to bottom!!! But my sister in law who lived here and had moved out a few months before me warned me that I wasnt going to get a damn dime back from them no matter how much cleaned it. She warned me! She said her deposit refund was $30.00 and they still never mailed that out to her! PLEASE take my advise and all the others who have reviewed this place and stay clear from here!!! If I could I would give 0 stars as a review since we first started having problems at Timberline....*** Sunday06/08/2019 @JennyShipman, I did reach out to your corporate office (PRIZM REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC) and I spoke to your assistant Cara. She wasnt of any help either and sided with Gina from day 1. I asked to speak to her boss (which I am assuming is you from your response) and she said she had the final word. I pressed the issue and than she stated that she did have a boss but was out of the office(which was exactly what she said about Gina from Timberline apartments...) but either way she said even I had spoken to her boss (which is you) that you were going to agree with her (Cara) so didnt give me your information because you were out if town like Gina In other words, whats the point!!!

I live here for 11 months and was moving my stuff out on the 12th month paid up on rent everything was kosher came in my apartment and because of somebody had told them this evening moving boxes out it took the liberty to clean up was behind except it was my good stuff my apartment flooded four times within that 11 months stay away from here possible mold Plus rent increases every year youre there

This is the absolute worst place to live, management is absolutely horrible. The old property manager Rose was great then this new chick took over and the place went down from there. They tow residents cars, they have all kinds of bugs (roaches, bed bugs, etc), and MICE someone was literally shot less than a month ago in one of the complexes. When we first moved in several things were broke and after we requested maintenance to fix these problems they claimed theyd came out while we were at work but the problems still remained. Things fall apart very easily (handles, cabinet covers, hooks, vertical blinds, sliding closet doors) so they can try to keep your deposit when your lease is up. They would get 0 stars if that was an option. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT LIVE HERE!

The lady in the office Kim told me my administration fee was refundable if I was denied. I got denied and was told Id get my administration fee back by May 29th,2020 and havent received it. I have called the office several times with no answer.

I would give them a flat out 0 but the lady had me fill out my money order to them and I didn’t get approved but now I’m not able to get my money back $100 off the money order cause it’s made out to them.

Town homes are a lot of space for the price, but their maintenance is shabby at best.

Worst place to live. I lived there for a while and then suddenly they brought in a couple with some kids. They running to the first floor 24 hours a day. We called the manager and they told us they talked to them but the truth was,these people never stopped running and they even got worse. I would never recommend that place to anyone. Worst place ever.

People always speeding through the parking lot my car was parked in parking lot and at 4am someone did a hit and run and I was never notified so now I have no car a daughter with special needs and is going for surgery and I dont have anything for my kids for Christmas we got bed bugs when we first moved in my stove keeps going out my basement flooded with raw sewage and they never cleaned it.The list goes on. Terrible place
