From the moment I stepped foot at The Retreat at Tiffany Woods I knew I had made the right choice in apartments. I am a government contractor and I had a quick turnaround/move time for a new job position. I explained this to Amanda before I move there. When I arrived Amanda had selected a apartment for me taking into consideration in a single mother. She picked a perfect corner apartment located on ground level. When I arrived she had a house warming gift for me.The apartment itself is beautiful with a very generous kitchen, beautiful cabinets, granite top counters, and spacious rooms. The community is very pet friendly. Anytime my daughter and myself go to the main office we are always greeted by name. The staff has always always been helpful. The amenities are really great as well. They have a nice gym, nice pool, a tanning bed, dog park, nature trails, and so much more.The only time I ever had a maintenance issue was for a light bulb that needed replaced. I put in a work order and by the next day the issue was resolved. The staff here is just amazing. I have been living here for 8 months and have yet to find a single thing I don’t like. Between the professionalism of the staff and the amenities and beauty of these apartments I would highly recommend The Retreat at Tiffany Woods.

My husband and I happened to be driving around in August looking for a nice apartment. We stumbled upon The Retreat and are so glad we did! Brooke and Amanda helped us, and they were so positive and friendly! Once we saw the units and the amenities, we never looked back. Once you see the units, youll be surprised and sold. The maintenance team is second to none. Fill out a maintenance request and they are here quickly. The parking lots have been in great shape from the winter storms that we have had. Ice melt has been down before dawn. Well cant wait to try the amenities in the spring.

I have lived at The Retreat at Tiffany Woods for 5 months now and I love it. The office staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful. The guest events that the staff plans have always been very creative and a fun time. My dog enjoys going to the dog park and there is always other dogs that he can play with there. On Thursdays they have free yoga classes for residents that take place in the yoga studio at the club house. I have yet to have one negative encounter here and so far I love this place!

New renter just moved in. This place really stands apart from any other complex Ive found in the NW quadrant of KC by the airport. The apartments are brand new (wired with fiber so you can get Google/AT&T fiber). Appliances, fixtures, carpets, all new and high quality. The entrances are key fob controlled so security is excellent. The apartments are virtually sound-proofed, which is nice if you value peace and quiet. Maintenance and leasing office are quick to respond to any concerns. Highly recommended!

Well maintained and cleaned by the Amazing Amy.Maintenance: Mike and Tyler are always around helping people out and taking care of the property.Leasing/concierge: The new front office team of Amanda, Brooke, and Kristine take their time to look after EVERYONE as fairly as possible. They host great events and put a personal touch on all their projects.

UPDATE: After a year and a half at The Retreat, my wife and I moved to a house. But we were legitimately sad to leave this complex and the staff. We really loved our apartment.My wife and I just moved into The Retreat at Tiffany Woods, and we absolutely love it! Our apartment is quiet, the amenities are wonderful, and the best part is the office team. Theyve answered all of my 1,000 questions and never seemed annoyed by them. We could not have picked a better place!

I lived at this apartment complex from May 2017 through May 2018. If this apartment was closer to the city, I 100% would have extended my lease for years to come! These apartments are clean, comfortable, and beautiful! I never had an issue with noise while living here. Maintenance requests were fulfilled within 24 hours always. The amenities are also amazing for the price - I miss the pool!!

Just love living here! The staff is wonderful and attentive. The maintenance men are top notch and very friendly. I am a disabled senior and I feel very safe here. The amenities are terrific and our neighbors are very nice. I have been here 6 months and I am enjoying every day here!

I love this place it is close to everything you need and it is a safe place to live and its like a small community of people that look out for each other. Was needing to expand my living arrangement and could not find a place I loved more then here so just moved to a larger unit and absolutely Love it! The girls in the office are also awesome and help you with anything you need. You will not be disappointed.

We have lived here for almost 8 months and this is, by far, the most enjoyable and worthwhile living experience we have had with an apartment property. Any time we submit a work order, they have it completed within 24-48 hours, and then call within another 24 hours of completion to ensure the work order was completed to our satisfaction.In addition, the maintenance crew ensures the clubhouse and every apartment building is entirely cleaned. It is such a great feeling to walk into your apartment building and smell a clean environment.

Lived here for a little over a year. Loved all the amenities, super friendly staff and great location!! Also- very prompt about getting this fixed and taken care of if need be. I was in the middle of baking cookies once and my oven just quit-- called the front desk and had the old one out, a new oven moved in a working within the hour!

We moved into a 3 bedroom apartment in January 2019.The staff has been more than helpful and accommodating!My kids love this place and love to visit withy Amanda, Amy, Brooke, Christine and Chelsea that have been amazing!We also are impressed with Mike and Tyler on the maintenance team that go above and beyond to be there when needed!

I have had such a great experience at this complex thus far. I moved from Alabama to KC, Missouri and believe me when I say you will get your moneys worth. The apartments look even better in person than they do in the photos. I was hesitant at first due to not actually seeing the apartment in person but was very impressed when I got here. Sanita has been a great leasing agent from the application process to the move in process. Also really great amenities, and close to grocery stores, shopping centers and the Interstate.

Very very cheap built apartments. The noise you hear from your neighbors is outrageous. It sounds like the neighbors above host a jogging class in their apartment all hours of the day the constant stomping on the floors all day long gets very annoying. Highly recommend getting an apartment elsewhere.

My wife and I loved our stay. The staff is always kind, responsive, and fun. The amenities are amazing. No apartment in this price range has this many amenities. We searched for months for an apartment by my work with a similar price, quality, and similar amenities and we could not find its equal. We had to settle for lower standards for more money. We could hear the neighbors above us walking sometimes and sometimes our next door neighbor (which for apartment living is extremely minimal for wood floors), but beyond that there wasnt a lot of noise. Not sure if we had the best built building or if everyone else reviewing is too critical. My wife and I were sad to give our notice. My only wish is that we could move this place to the area we moved to. This place was our little retreat.

My husband and I have lived in apartments around the country/world the last 11 years. I will say the management here is the best I have experienced. They are always so kind and very responsive. The amenities are great and we really do love our apartment. We are lucky and chose the building closest to the trash which is great. If we picked one of the other buildings I think it would be such a pain to put the trash in the car to carry over. Now for the cons, unfortunately the apartments are not very sound proof. Like I said we have lived in several different apartments over the years and our current neighbors are the loudest we have ever experienced. In the last few months we had neighbors move in with small children upstairs. The amount of noise is almost unbearable and my husband and I are in survival mode at this point. We have asked the management to give courtesy calls to ask our neighbors to reduce the amount of constant running, banging, and screaming. And for some reason the children are up at midnight several nights a week and wake us out of a dead sleep. When I called to complain this last time I was told not to judge the children being up in the middle of the night and I swear I am not judging Im just awake when I want to be asleep! We even sleep with a loud box fan to drown out the noise but that doesnt even help. We talked to the neighbors who live above them and they have had problems with the noise level and they live above them! Of course theres nothing else management can do, we just have to live with it. Its very sad because we would probably renew our lease if we werent experiencing these extremely noisy neighbors. Now we will have to deal with moving again. If you are lucky and have respectful neighbors I would highly recommend living here!

My husband, 2 daughters, our puppy, and I moved in this week and we love it! The pool is amazing and our dog loves the dog park. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. We are very excited to meet our neighbors and be a part of this new community.

This place looks really nice but Id stay clear. Where to start? When I moved in they said it had been open for over a year and everything was completed but there has been non-stop construction going on over the summer. Apparently they had issues with lower level apartments and garages flooding. The area around the pond and pool was being re-done over the entire summer as well. Speaking of the pool and hot tub they never clean them or just do a very poor job because they are always filthy. There is algae growing on the sides of the pool and you can tell they never clean the filters! The apartments themselves are nice but very cheap construction. You can hear everything in the building. Your neighbors above you, people closing doors in the hall, and outside in the parking lot. Parking is also a mess. They try to justify it with paying extra for a garage or carport. Like I said they seem really nice the first time you see them but dealing with all the hassles is not worth what you pay for this place.

Gotta say, one of the better apartments Ive lived in... management was great, pool was top notch, and nice apartments. Rent was also reasonable. Not that it was the managements fault, but there are a lot of dogs... and most of them bark/yip all day. Thats just apartment living for ya...My only criticism within the control of the management is the lawn care people they hire... They start around 7AM it would seem twice a week and the noise doesnt stop around the buildings until noon.I would definitely move back given the chance.

I wish that I had saw the reviews before I moved in. When my lease is up I will be moving. I was told that noise wouldnt be a problem but I hear noise all the time. I can barely sleep in my room in the morning because all I hear next door is loud noise, banging on the doors, the floors, and kids crying. My front door doesnt have a seal on the bottom so the heat doesnt stay in, and the light from the other side can be seen because of how far apart the front door is from the floor, and I was told to go purchase a door flap or seal rather then them doing something about it when this is something that should have been taken care of by them before I moved in. Im pretty sure they did me like the others who have left a comment about this place in just telling people whatever to get them in here. Buts its OK I will not renew my lease thatch for sure.

Optimal location for anyone routinely flying - the property & units are beautiful, staff exceptional, and maintenance always completed quickly!

This was a mediocre apartment with the rental fee of a luxury place. Apartments are build of low quality materials(broken google fiber line in my apartment, terrace door seal came off after two days,...) and I had a projector installed on top of my master bedroom window so I had to install two layers of curtains to reduce the intensive light inside the room to be able to sleep in my bedroom during nights!! The management is so greedy and pushes you to renew the lease or pay lots of extra fees, and keeps charging unreasonable hidden fees. I had lived in apartments in big cities and nowhere was like this. not recommended.

The buildings are poorly designed and cheaply put together. The amenities (a decent clubhouse, 2ft deep pool, and movie theater) are okayish. Parking is a joke - seriously, if you have more than one vehicle just dont even try. Also, you better enjoy walking your garbage bags half a mile because they only have one compactor on the corner of the property. They will up your rent every year, which is insane to me because they started out way too expensive; I guess all your money goes to lawn care because the apartments arent getting any improvements.

What an Awesome Place... Not only completely friendly and helpful with any and all issues, with a manager like Saidee and leasing agents like Meridith and Amanda, you cant go wrong. From the moment I signed a lease with Meredith, ive had nothing but the best of customer service. Saidee specifically was amazing with my move out notice and work order/ noisey neighbor complaints always handling every situation with speed and great expectation. As well as having Amanda as a notary public, who will sign documents for residents for free. Wish I could live here longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place with a great staff, not to mention the pool and members lounge.

Unfortunately my experience here was the worst Ive ever had with an apartment complex/leasing company. We had multiple issues upon move in with electricity and water damage and those same issues continued to cause us problems during our entire lease.On top of that, parking was a really big hassle for us and I was constantly reporting excessive noise from my neighbors after hours.While the leasing agents and maintenance staff were always super friendly and helpful with us, I sadly cannot say the same about the property manager or any of NorthPoint management staff that we encountered.I think it is important and fair to mention that I had a number of friends that lived here and thoroughly enjoyed it so it may have an exception of sorts with my particular unit/leasing situation, but still a shame overall because we were intentionally so excited to be apart of this new community. Sorry, no recommendations from me for The Retreat at Tiffany Woods.

The staff is awesome. The clubhouse and pool are nice. The apartment is aesthetically pleasing but thats where the good ends.The construction is never ending. Theyre constantly coming in my home. The drive and parking lots are a muddy mess. PARKING IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Theyre of course more than willing to lease carport or garages. The building noise is also insane. Even on the top floor you hear everything from the hallways, stairs and floors below. The windows are also so cheap you hear everything outside.I will be leaving after my first lease is up; definitely not renewing.I SPOKE TOO SOON. The staff WAS awesome when I first moved in. Now that the cheap lousy construction is having problems, theyre not so responsive and dont seem to understand why this place SUCKS!!!I wish I could change to a zero or even negative star rating.

I rented a 2 bedroom apartment labeled as an ADA wheelchair accessible unit that does not meet ADA guidelines. The bathroom is not wide enough and a walk in shower is not accessible. I made it work while I house hunted, but I could see where others would struggle. I was lucky enough that I moved in on a special priced at $1299 for a 13 month lease. Had I renewed this would have went up. Upon the walk through, I noticed the carpet was stained in the Master. I requested new carpet which was denied and cleaned instead. Upon moving in, the carpet in the second bedroom was notably stained so bad the texture was different. My dogs went crazy on it as well. Again, they would not replace it instead cleaning it. The corners started shredding in the doorway of each room. It was stretched, but never truly fixed. My time there was relatively pleasant. I loved most of the neighbors and all of the dogs there. If you are NOT a dog lover, this is not the place for you. The walls are thin and I had a neighbor upstairs who never slept. After I put my notice in, I received quite a few complaints about my dogs barking while I was out during the day. Dogs tend to bark so again if you are sensitive to that, I would not move here. Upon moving out, I was charged for the carpet that should have been replaced to begin with due to urine stains. They will always find something to charge you for. The parking was awful at night. Most people park along the curbs or make their own spot. Well maintained area with a nice club house. Cool events held throughout the year and the washer and dryer was convenient. You have to take the good with the bad. A lot of construction going on across the street as another complex will be opening.

Great Community, Practical amenities and friendly staff. Salt water pool is simply amazing. Amenities include 13 seater mini theater, dog unleash park and gated buildings.

I had the unfortunate time of staying here and lucky for me it was only temporary for a month. The place looks nice but that is it. I have lived in apartments previously and understand noise levels, but this place is the worst! There is stomping at all hours of the night, you can hear the baby crying next door and if you live near the entry way forget it! The door slams all the time and even shakes the pictures. You can hear everything in and outside. The parking is horrendous and people dont care and I had damage to my car and all the staff said was ooh I am so sorry. They say the appliances are stainless steel and by description they are, but they are the lowest grade GE appliances one can buy. The dishwasher doesnt even have a sprayer on the top rack. DO NOT rent here would be my advice as a person who has been renting since 2011.

The office manager is so rude!!! I have never been made felt so low class as she did. My ex wife didnt treated me nicer then she did; and it took four years for us to get divorced when there was no house or kids.They really need to look at who they have in front welcoming people in. Im not no street bum off the street either. I have a good job and dress nice. But lady went above and beyond to make me feel uncomfortable!! I will for sure make sure i never send anyone here

I just completed my lease at the Retreat. If I had written this six months ago it would have been four stars but my walk-through during the exit with Chelsea was less than pleasant!

Great place to live. The best thing about the Retreat is the staff. Savannah and Sanita gave me the tour and knocked it out of the park. They are very professional and great with kids! Ive lived in four other appartment complexes in the area, toured most of the others and nothing compares. Everything is nice and new. They obviously spent alot of time and money on this place. Best apartments in the area hands down. Also the events they have are actually fun!

I have a question do they charge for guineapigs who don’t leave there cage and always in it 24/7? I have a friend from work who wants me to move in with her but if they charge for my guineapigs it won’t be happening cause I can’t afford 400 for them and then 60 month for them.

My experience started off rocky, but they was great to work with and very responsive and accomodating.

Parking is a joke. They have more tenants than parking spaces. The lease states 2 spaces per apartment, but then they send an email stating only one or pay for a carport or garage. If not your second vehicle will be towed. Garages are only for parking. Well I know what the lease agreement states i dare them to tow my car. The shoddy construction never ends, and yes it is shoddy. The floors have humps and low spots everywhere its a joke. No sound proofing at all you here evetything in the hallway, doors closing,windows are cheap so you get all outside noise as well. I cant wait until the lease is up. Yes the staff is nice. So what it does not negate all the issues this upscale place has it is not worth the money. The buildings look nice yes, but thats where it ends. I would never recommend this place to anyone. STAY CLEAR. If you choose to move in anyway you were warned. A 1 star rating may be high....!

FIRST AND FOREMOST IVE HEARD PPL COMPLAIN ABOUT THE APARTMENTS BEING LOUD, AND I THINK ITS BASED ON WHICH BUILDING YOU LIVE IN, I HAVENT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH NOISE FROM THE INSIDE OF MY APARTMENT I CANT HEAR ANYTHING, ONLY WHEN WALKING THRU THE HALLWAY, BUT IN OTHER BUILDINGS I THINK ITS A BIT MORE NOISY, THEY GOT BETTER WITH THE SOUND AS THEY MADE MORE BUILDINGS.....BUT....I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ABOUT A YEAR, THINGS IM GOING TO TOUCH ON ARE, THE OFFICE, THE ADMENTIES, THE AREA!FIRST THE OFFICE, THE STAFF IS AMAZING THEY ARE POLITE, HONEST, TRUTHFUL, AND MAKE U FEEL LIKE FAMILY! IF THEY DONT AGREE WITH SOMETHING THEY ARE VERY RESPECTFUL BUT WILL TELL YOU THEY DONT, THEY ARE NOT JUST TELLING YOU SOMETHING JUST TO GET YOU TO LIVE HERE, IT BLOWS MY MIND HOW THEY CAN SHOW THIS PLACE OFF EVERYDAY AND NOT MOVE IN. Absolutely awful experience. Moved in for a short term lease after a tragic house fire and when we moved it they told us we had to pay for 60 extra days. No exception. Even though we only signed a 4 month lease. Beware of the scam.

Club House is spectacular!!! Includes outdoor pool & hot tub, full gym, yoga studio, tanning bed, pool table, and full kitchen. Now that the entire complex is complete parking is terrible.

The leasing agents here are phenomenal! Not only were they able to help me finally find the apartment that I was looking for, but they were able to complete the rental process all within ONE day! After days of visiting other apartment sites and not being impressed, it is such a relief to find The Retreat at Tiffany Woods and be able to call it home.The atmosphere within the complex is very friendly and smiles and laughter filled the front office from the leasing agents and the residents as well. The amenities are terrific, the apartments look wonderful, the landscaping is beautiful, and best of all: the community consists of the most friendly people you will ever meet.Special thanks to Sanita G. for all of her assistance with making the transition as smooth as possible, and the front office staff for all of the additional assistance! Be sure to visit the Retreat at Tiffany Woods! You will not regret it.EDIT (06/2019): After spending 3 years at the Retreat, I have now decided it is time to move on. The new management is very disconnected and they do not seem to care about retaining residents. Dont let the newer reviews fool you, they havent loved there long enough to fully notice the conditions. Management is also alot more lax with the new tenants as well, allowing loud parties and outdoor yelling at late in the night with no warnings given. Also if moving in, be aware of surprise additions on to your monthly rent like the random additional water bill that was tacked on because they missed a meter so suddenly there were two charges for water every month.On to the staff, maintenance is very laissez-faire, but the office staff is generally very pleasant and fun to be around. The only exception to this is Chelsea, the property manager, as she is very blunt, lacking in people skills, and clueless how to resolve minor issues. It is unfortunate since The Retreat could really shine under proper management. The apartments themselves are somewhat shoddily built too, so expect cracks in the ceilings/walls after time and make sure to check for water leaks if you do decide to move in.All in all, there are better options for apartment living nearby in the area, your money is probably best spent at any of those places. Unfortunately, the quality just isnt fit for a long term living situation. If you plan on living there, it might be best to just stay for 1 year tops. Otherwise, keep up the good search.
