All you have to do is look up canyon Creek apartments December 2020 in the news section, thank me later. if thats not enough to sway you the communication between staff and residents are horrendous. Mail boxes broke didnt say a word to residents about it, just figure it out yourself. You better not work during office hours so you can actually have things done face to face. Put in a maintenance request and they brush you off even though its an emergency. These apartments are cheap for a reason.
If I could give this place a 0 I would ! Very unprofessional and GHETTO the staff is rude. My mailbox was broken for almost 2 months. Maintenance takes a long time before they come fix emergencies. The office misplaced a garage key that I rented and now they are trying to charge me. Refusing to give me corporates number. Overall worst place I’ve ever lived. Save your money guys and go somewhere else !!!
Had some poison ivy growing across our backyard and others. We all had to individually take care of it as residents. The washer and dryer is broken in our building and has been for 2 months. Theres roaches and mold growing from our pipes breaking twice and each time they do patchwork that later just caused more damage. When we leave here, we are not paying them anything if they have to fix it up weve been requesting maintenance for the past 4 years at this point. Horrible complex, do not live here
This place is absolutely horrendous. It’s moldy and roach infested and staff do not care. They refuse to answer the phone and refuse to respond to maintenance requests. My apartment has been broken into (window smashed) and 4 people have been murdered here since I’ve lived here. When my hot water heater went out they refused to send somebody until 5 days later even though it is stated by them that this is an emergency request. My air conditioner has been broken for over a month and they refuse to fix it even though that is also stated as an emergency. I have put in 9 requests and counting and the office refuses to answer my calls. Literally pick any complex but this one.
Apparently I have a balance, due to not signing a new lease before my old lease ended at the end of June. No one told me of the outstanding balance. I get a notice I owe $100. I call, they need to talk to manager and hang up. They don’t call me, don’t explain anything. Same thing the next month. Then the next month they tell me I owe $50 late fee. Finally in October, Maria in collections tells me I have an outstanding balance of $100 for July. But then tells me I don’t owe anything. So I think it’s taken care of. In November I get a late fee of $50. Call to find out I now owe $250!!!! And that it will continue to go up if I don’t pay it.
I have been living here for almost a month and could not be more impressed with my new home! For the price it is more than what I have ever gotten with any other apartment complex. Little things like not being able to hear my neighbors (even though theyre very nice) and not having a squeaky floor walking around is something I never would have noticed until I was living in a place where that happened. Everything is just built well and maintained properly. Maintenance is so friendly and willing to help me whenever I need it. The women at the leasing office are some of the nicest people I have ever met and they have really personalized this entire experience for me. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a safe complex, this is the place for you!
I have been a resident of Canyon Creek Apartments since March of 2019 after a few months of staying here I began to notice a dripping sound so I called maintenance they concluded the it was water coming inside from outdoors so they put some cox to repair. However a few weeks later the same problem occurred. I contacted the office to report the problem they sent someone else out to take a look, that maintenance man applied more cox to what was suppose to be the problem. However the same problem was still happening so they sent out another maintenance man and he went outside I had to point out to him the clearly the problem wasnt outside but more than likely from the above apartment. The maintenance man went to check and found a frozen condenser that had caused a leak to my apartment. I was told that day in July 2018 that they would be back to fix the damage done to my apartment. Today Jan 6, 2020 my apartment still hasnt been fixed. I have made several requests.
Called to schedule a tour, had to pick a 2:30pm slot on a Saturday because the agent says shes at lunch at 1pm?! I drive 2 HOURS (Im moving to KC from out of town).... no one in the office lights off doors locked. No one answering calls nor emails?! Waited nearly an hour thinking they were showing someone else the property. Emergency maintenance Keith told me the lady in the office had a family emergency and had to leave early. Fine. Come Monday, no call no emails, I had to call them and no one in the office even realized they had missed an appointment?! Now Im a week behind my move in schedule date and they want me to reschedule my tour, so I do and they give me a time slot but they dont even take my number down in case theres another issue and office lady just hung up on me. Terrible customer service, no offer to make it right to me or anything. You dont need my money that bad, huh? If youre looking for good management, it isnt here! Maintenance guy Keith seemed nice though, he handled this poor management very respectfully.
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and things in my apartment have not been fixed. My stove goes in and out, the dishwasher is broke, the closet door in the second bedroom is broke, the drawer in the kitchen keeps coming off track and I only have 2 fully functional vents. I know there are other units that need work and that we are in the middle of a pandemic but I been trying to get these issues fixed months before the virus was even broadcast. It’s been almost 2 years and the ventilation only blows in the kitchen and the bathroom. To top it off, I have a newborn that’s only a week old. The temperature peaks up to 90 degrees but it can’t get cool in the house cause of the vents not working. Just recently, maintenance came to change outlets in all the units, yet I’m still waiting on year and a half issues to be fixed.
Absolutely Garbage,I am in a hot apartment, and they didnt fix the AC for more than 2 months.I was late for rent 3 days because I lost my income because of COVID-19, they charged me 50$ extra immediately. They are late for fixing the Cooling AC more than 2 months carelessly about me. WOW
I currently live here. The staffs are very nice and amazing over the phone and do their best to help but this apartment is the worst nightmare ever. The roaches in this apartment are driving me crazy. Everyday I see roaches and bugs at every corner of this house, especially at night my kitchen area becomes a living hell. I have started taking pictures of everything I see in this house. I literally vacuum these floors 3rce a week cos I don’t know what else to do. Believe every review u see online cos they are true. I moved in during the beginning of the pandemic so I didn’t get to see the apartment. I literally sleep with one eyes closed cos everything keeps creeping around. I can’t wait for my lease to be over at this point cos I’m loosing my mind. Probably someone else isn’t taking care of their apartment and has caused this terrible situation. They need to give everyone a notice and clean out everyone’s apartment! This is my first apartment and it’s been a terrible experience so far. If you can stand roaches and all, well this is the apartment for you otherwise look else where.Once again the worst apartment to live in I promise you. My packages keeps getting stolen. I can’t wait to move out at this point cos this is hell! I’m ready to moveeeeeeee
I had the most unfortunate and disturbing experiences moving to this complex last October. I had to move out less than 4 hours of me moving in, due to a roach infestation that they neglected to express to me. They even had me sign off on extermination paperwork, just for me to see roaches crawling from the walls, floors, ceiling, cupboards, and fridge. And I have yet to receive my deposit back or ANY form of compensation. Management has been completely useless in solving this manner. I even had to quarantine my belongings in a storage unit for 3 weeks to avoid bringing roaches back to my parent’s home. If I could rate this place at 0 stars, I would. Do not waste your time or your money with them.
Do NOT rent here hidden valley is one of the most dangerous neighborhoods of KC the staff is extremely rude and when you ask them questions they’ll have this aggressive attitude like you did something wrong I had to cancel my lease due to personal reasons and they told me I’d get my deposit back it’s been 2 months and nothing has came in these people are scammers!!!!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND DONT BE SORRY.1. Meanest, most dishonest, most careless, worst attitude office people I could ever imagine. We arrived at the apartment luggages and a 7-month baby around 12 but they said it will be ready after 3 PM and they even did not let us sit inside the office. My wife and my 7-month baby had to wait outside in the sun for 3 hours. But the apartment should have been ready in the morning as I paid rent for that day, but we did not receive the apartment until 3 PM.2. All buildings have very bad ventilation system. other tenants in my building smoke MARIUANA from early morning to midnight and all the smell come to our apartment from Air conditioning systems. I ended up blocking all the ventilation with tape and we are living without AC in 100 F. Now we including my 7-month baby are being passive MARIUANA SMOKERS. I complained in the office, but these people don’t do anything other than playing with their cell phone. DO NOT RENT APARTMENT HERE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO BE PASSIVE MARIUANA SMOKERS. After 4 days I sent my family to my mom in VA. I will rent another place next month and bring them here.3. While I talked them and confirmed for short term lease. but after signing the contact form I found that they made the contact for 1 year and now I will have to pay early termination fee just because I trusted these lairs.4. Dirtiest, filthiest, ugliest apartment I have ever seen. May items are broken, water leakage from toilet flush, all closet doors are falling apart, balcony is not usable, water blockage on all basins......... I complained multiple time they kind of ignored me and kept playing with their cell phone.
If there are 0 stars, it is more suitable for them This is a very bad place to manage the apartment, the deposit is deducted, and I will not tell you before sending me a blank check! I havent refunded the remaining deposit until eight months, liar!

Ive lived here for 3years and had a very good experience maintenance is always on point, staff is very friendly, my one and only issue is not letting me down size, Ive been asking about it and told from previous Management that I couldnt, I have to move completely out and start over as a new tenant and just recently told theres new management and dont know if it can be done and to check back a month before my lease is up, Im a good tenant have no one complaining about me, I dont understand why. If theres a 2 bedroom 1 bath available, why cant that be offered to me? All other competitors allow down sizing, if I have to start over that means I have to put my belongings in storage and find somewhere else to live and go through whole process which makes no sense. Also when I first moved here they were letting people downsize, and also told if you want to upgrade to an larger apartment you can, so if that can be done what is the issue from 3 bedroom to 2 bedroom? And its available.
I’ve lived here before like 5yrs ago. BELIEVE. The reviews they are true!!!! The staff must be diff because they were ok. But I will say when needing something fixed, I had to call multiple times sometimes. AC kept going out so maintenance would come and rig it to work for few days then back not working. Went out of town and came back home to my carpet soaked and apartment smelling HORRIBLE!! Called office, maintenance came out and placed freaking buckets to catch the dripping of water from the ceiling!!! That was like that for some days! I called office to ask for number to corporate and i was so nice about it and they told me it’s against policy. I researched and found the number and email myself. I messaged them and before you know it, someone from office called me ASAP to PROPERLY fix what the issue was with the raggedy AC, it took all day to fix and it made me realize they were avoiding to fix because they didn’t want to. And yes the apartments has roaches! I only saw a few in my complex, they came and sprayed and that was it. They took forever to send deposit, i had to call about it! Then when i got the check it was for like $11! Sad sad sad! Do not move here! They need to update the appliances, everything so freaking old and gross!
I have lived here for 2 years now and LOVE IT! The ladies in the office are very nice and attentive to my needs. The maintenance staff is very nice as well, anytime I have to call in a work order it is done with in the day I call.
I just moved here and it is nice. Staff nice helpful and friendly. Maintenance comes quick to fix anything. Where are the wash rooms? Im in an apartment lol
Ive been living in Canyon Creek Apartments for almost a year so far. I have been nothing but impressed with them. The facility looks nice and the people that work there are committed to keeping the place clean and in good repair. Whenever there is snow and ice, the grounds, pavements, parking lots, and steps are treated immediately. In the Summer the pool is always sparkling clean and there is someone there early in the morning preparing the pool for the day. In my area, I have had no problems with disturbances/crime and my neighbors are all pleasant and quiet. I also have not seen any bugs, rats, lions, or bears.; just cute dogs being walked by the neighbors. Shout out to Daryl who works in the office; hes the best!
The staff were very patient with me when I had to scramble for all of my paperwork.The apartment I moved into was exactly what I needed. Very affordable and clean. Love the neighborhood.I cannot type out enough on here to give them better praise.
EDITED REVIEW: I’m gonna try to be as honest as I can. These apartments are old. The buildings are old. There’s a lot there that you just can’t help it. I’ll give them this tho: they’re maintenance team is on it. Very responsive- I had to call emergency services a few times, and they respond within 10 min, and arrive within the hour. I had people work in my apartment until midnight once. So they will try their best to help.Erika the manager is very sweet and polite but she can only handle so much. If you live towards the back of the complex, you’ll see cops all the time. Front ones, as chill as it can be. Also, we haven’t lost power, or water or anything in the area, regardless of the bad weather. So summing up, it’s an option if you’re on a budget and need cheap rent, but you can just come home to a flooded apartment or have squirrels living on top of your head and they can’t do anything about it !!!!!!******Original review-The apartments are under new management and it’s only fair enough to say that you won’t encounter any of the issues mentioned in previous reviews. I was assisted by DAISHA and since my first visit she’s been amazing !! The whole process was smooth and easy.
I called today for information on a two or three bedroom townhome and the representative that I spoke with was not friendly at all. When you are looking for a new place or researching your options the atmosphere must feel friendly and welcoming. I didnt get that feeling at all so Ill be passing. I read through all the reviews and thought maybe Ill get a different experience but that wasnt the case. Always remember first impressions are everything!
Bridget (Resident)- Family oriented property, I can speak with anyone from the property about any issue and they are very helpful and supportive. They are very realistic people and you dont find that very often. Lets not forgot John whom I call Elvis Presley I love him too although it took a while for him to get to know me. I have lived here 3 years and love it and the new staff Florence, Collette, Daisha, and Allison!
The staff here is wonderful. I got approved for a 2 bedroom 3 days after applying. Diasha was amazing and helped me the whole time. I would definitely recommend these apartments to other people.
I have a horrible experience with this place. I already applied for a 1 bed apartment, signed and paid my deposit. According to the term, the room would be ready to move in on July 22. However, some days before that, I called them to confirm the date to move in. They told me the room is not ready until August 5. My lease in the old place ends on July 28. As an international student, I now have no place to stay and put my stuffs. Since they are the one not follow the terms and do not notice or call me about any change, I ask them for my deposit back. They refused it. It is a mess. Please do not get tricked by the appearance of the place and their price.
Recently moved into a 2 bedroom. Price is very affordable and lots of space with washer and dryer hook-up. Definitely would recommend Canyon Creek Apartments.

I lost my car because of the lazy staff in the office. They kept $1200 in my account and wouldnt refund my money back to me because of some policy here. Housing authority started helping me out toward the last 2 years of my stay. When they paid my rent I was over charged out of pocket for 2 months. I had plans to get my car tags renewed, and to fix my car but instead canyon creek eventually towed my whip. I moved after 4 years of putting up with the bats coming in and out my 2 bed apartment but I would still recommend to friends and family.
In Response to Suzann Collins Post-We are shocked to have read this post as we have treated Suzann greatly and continue to do so. That post was malicious and the result of a tenant upset that she caused an infestation by bringing used furniture into her apartment as declared by a pest control company and asked to pay exactly what they would have charged which was much cheaper than any company around.-There are no outstanding work orders nor were there any that took more than 48 hours to complete.-This is simply the result of a tenant who caused an issue for herself, wanted to make the apartment complex pay, and was told No. We also were willing to put her on a payment plan for the issue but she didnt want to pay.We will continue to try and make everyone happy, but clearly even when your in the right, your wrong.

Ive been going to Canyon Creek since spring 2017 checking on 1 bedroom apartment. Been told several times they would call me when unit was ready to see. Already have my ID, income,etc. call, stop by abou that unit available recently and manager reminded me she would call when apartment finished and ready to see, then I could put down deposit and select move in date. Its December, so I decided to call one more time talked with someone different in office. Everything has changed. Now must pay deposit before will begin getting unit ready.?? Already have all of my income info, etc. From 2016! Ive only been told no deposit until I see unit and CHOOSE unit. I saw one, I liked it but a little more than I want to pay, why I chose next smaller unit that is still large enough. I told woman as long as Ive been coming out there, manager never asked for deposit to get unit ready. And then if I dont like or want I lose my deposit, BS! Im way too grown for that hustle baby, no maam. And after reading the reviews here, Im out! No one takes money from me without a lawyer getting involved. This lets me know for sure this is NOT the future home God has chosen for me and I will stop trying to force what obviously is not The Lords Will for me. As a single man this place and the space is great. For the most part its quite and the staff always is attentive when I need something looked at in my apartment.
While there are many issues here, I believe there are more positives than negatives. In Dec. 2017 I found out that my rent would be increasing by $55/mo. I began searching for other options, but my search revealed that I should remain where I am (Im sometimes too frugal). Id like to thank the maintenance, grounds, and leasing departments. I used to clean my building grounds and pick up paper (etc.) nearby. The last 4-5 years, Ive not had to do the cleaning. I might add that Im a 71 year old resident here. I plan on leaving this Earth from this address (God willing). God bless!!

Is a terrible place to live. The staff is very disrespectful. Anything that breaks is your fault. If any infestation of anything occurs it is your fault and there is no way that another unit could have caused it. They treat you like you are a moron. It takes months before they fix anything. Very money hungry, they will not pay for anything that could be their fault. They do not know how to treat people. Just do not live there. You will regret moving there if you do.
I have never written a review or believed any review. But I just called this place right now and the lady that picked the call didnt give me her name buy she was so rude and unprofessional. I told her I was an international student and I saw some reviews on Google. And Ill like to know if Ill have such problems. Could you believe she got defensive and her tone changed. She told me, if Im going to be reading reviews on Google and believing it, that means Canyon creeks isnt the place for me. Then I told her I was just asking a question. But she kept on being rude. I had to drop the call. Because with a representative acting like that, it sure buttress all Ive read on here. And I really do like the apartments because theyre close to my church. But honestly she scared me, cant imagine asking her for help, if I have any, if I ever happen to move in

Dont do it. Roaches and rats infested also dont count on getting your deposit back . They Will find some way to keep it.. couldnt get in my complex twice due to Yellow Tape because of murders. Central air broke down twice took two weeks for them to fix it temperatures was well past 100.. not safe.
The Only way I can describe this apartment complex is by calling it the portal to the Gates of Hell! I had rats the size of cats in my bedroom and my kids bedroom. One of my kids got bit and I stabbed the rat and it got away. I had Mold on my ceiling in the bathroom. Roaches in my kids cereal boxes and the office manager was sleeping when I came by and never unlocked or opened the door. U move here its ur funeral, I was lucky to survive and get away before I died...
Just moved in and paid first month rent to get key to unit. Tried to pay via echeck but was told their computer would kick it out and needed to run it as debit/credit because I’m a new tenant. I said ok. They didn’t process it for over a week, I had to call them to remind them. When they did they charged a 3% convenience fee that I was never told about because I paid by card. Not a good first impression canyon creek.Update...Talked again with Diana in the office who apologized about the mixup.On a good note the apartment complex is a nice place to stay. Fairly quiet neighborhood and that surprised me.
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. One of the worst places to live. Weve been calling them constantly about fixing our AC and theyre sending out techs with no experience with Hvac. And your belongings are likely to get stolen living here cause thats what happened to us, and we never found out who took our stuff. While waiting to speaking to a manager who I never go to speak to in person, I overheard a conversation between another resident and another employee that their stuff was stolen while they were trying to move out. I didnt have many problems with these people until the beginning of this summer and my thermostat will not reach 72°. While to the facility manager of this place, she tried to belittle me saying the technicians know the the unit is working. But when I have the thermostat set to 72 and it is 77-78° in the house, there is a problem. (Will update if anything changes)
Omg I absolutely love these apartments. They are always so professional! I was moving from out of town and Daisha Sanders helped me to easily transition to their apartment complex. She was so nice, helpful, and very professional throughout the entire process. I am grateful to have had her as my leasing consultant. It was very unwelcoming The staff at the time that I tryed to apply had no knowledge of a lot of things, that they should have been educated on before receiving their job . I asked to speak to higher management. And left several messages to try to get clarification and understanding Of why I was told several different things I got a Sense from an employee that I was unwelcomed, I personally felt my opinion, That I was discriminated against especially when I was told one thing after I paid the deposit in a cashier check, put in the application fee, that they did not run my application but then instructed me to take everything back because they felt that they needed to get more information from the owners, A few days later they told me that I could not put in an application because it will get denied, due to some new information that they was told in a quote meeting, then I was called a couple days later by same manager whom remember I did not give my number to, I called upper management who never returned my calls. (johnthan his name) to get clarification about all the wrg info I was given and provided . So this other man was told by this manager that he was instructed to call and tell me to stop calling them because it was harassment remind you i have never called and harassed anyone, I have not made any threats to this company just informed lady there how very unprofessional they was. I called and left a message to upper management Jonathan )but they never called. I wish the owners in the west coast knew what was done to me and cared to know and resolve the issue. . And the fact that I have great rental history never been a evict no felonies, and had the 1200 for the rent, and was told I could not put in an application because it would be denied. But its ok this is the world we live in. (Update I tried to come speak to someone ask I was told I could, person I spoke to said she would leave my info with him. He was not available to speak with me. My info was left I ll see if the owners was really responsible for responding to my review or if it was all for show on here to look concern. As of now no one has contacted me.
The reviews are TRUE. The MULTIPLE points made about lack of professionalism here is TRUE. This place should have a half star rating. It starts with FLORENCE BATAGLIA the property manager and has spread like an infection down to the staff in the office. She hides behind her staff and enforces where she sees fit. They will lie, withhold information, and use intimidation tactics against residents. They dont give a DAMN about their tenants or their families when rent is due. They are rude and very mean spirited. Pretty much all the residents here are people who cant afford to live better. If you the person reading this can, avoid this place like the plague.
Had enough of it 5 minutes of walking into the office. Staff is unfriendly and they seem to not know what they are talking about. Went ahead and looked at 2 apartments...and I would be embarrassed to show them to anyone. Not somewhere I would want to raise my grandkids or even live if I didnt have them with me fulltime. Very dirty, run down, and half assed put together. Pool isnt even open. After the wonderful tour and going back to the office the lady never even asked if we wanted to fill out an application.. Which is fine by us.

As a Cosignor, I am very disappointed by their poor service. They changed the move-in date without notification. We only found out when we contacted them 3 days before moving in! Threaten me that they have attorney and refused to pay back our safe deposit! We finally get in contact with the first employee that we talked to. After weeks, she still saying that she has not get in touch with the owner. Definitely avoiding this place. As a matter of fact, Im talking to my friends attorney and considering filing a small claim with Jackson County Circuit Court just to get back my safe deposit!
The space was suitable. The structure was outdated. There were abandoned vehicles left on the property for months. The carports are raggedy. The lighting in the parking lot was God awful. Youre taking a chance with your life if you move here. There were three or more homicides the 1 1/2 that i lived there. The surroundings are dangerous. There was sqotters living in the basement. The laundryroom had holes and mold left for months, from the flooding of the apartment above. The room where the water heater was, was left unlocked giving anyone access to tamper with it. There was piles of human fescies in the basrment. I had to put on a mask to go down to the nasement to wash my clothes. I eventually had to go to the laundromat to was my clothes because the facility became uninhabitable. I suggest that you ask for a printout of all transactions because they cant keep up with filing or your paperwork suddenly disappears. Keep a copy of all maintenance work orders cause they will make up charges on you. They have no sympathy for the handicapped and ecpect you to make provisions should you need any services. The stairs and railings are dangerous do to poor maintenance. They will find any reason to keep your security deposit. They are currently still holding my deposit for no reason, leaving me no choice but to file a small claims against them. Its been two months. They cant keep office staffed. In the 1 1/2 that i lived there they employeed at least 10 different front office staff. The basketball court never had a goal on it. The clubhouse was never rentable. Only one pool was opened. The maintenance crew wasnt certified. They would send anybody to your apartment to fix things. They didnt have any id. They have caller id on their phones and wont answer your calls lraving you no choice but to go to the office. The office staff got into figjhts with the tenants and were allowed to keep working there. Racoons or roofrats ate holes in the wood. There was no asdigned parking so sometimes you had to walk from the end of the parking lot. I took pictures to backup these statemstatements. I suggest anyone living there do the same. They wont give you the corporate office telephone number. Theres no heat or 😎 air in the hallways. They will raise your rent every 12 months or they wont renew your lease.

The staff is very nice and understanding they always help with my problems
Been here less than a month and I hate it already. Walls are EXTREMELY THIN so if you’re ok with that this is the place for you 😪It sucks and I’m stuck here until December 2019. Only perk is the price.
Quite an comfortable feels like home
Theres a lot of moving in and out, its my opinion that there is a price gouging on the late fees. On the 5th of each month rent is due, on the 6th day there is a $50.00 late charge and on the 14th there is another $50.00 late fee charge. It is my opinion that there trying to recoupe the cost of the tenants that are moving out.
TRASH TRASH HORRIBLE.........I just called to check the pricing of the units they have available and the meanest old woman answered the phone with an attitude. I knew I was in for a treat!!!! I asked what 3 and 2 bedroom she had available and she responded with ghetto slang and street talk which didnt surprise me from how she answered the phone. She was rude cut me off and finally said I told you what we got we have vacancy but you can’t move in until Feb they aint ready? Makes no sense unless they are holding units for the rate to fluctuate. I read reviews and they are TRUE!!!!!!!! The office staff are unprofessional rude and new assistance with what customer service is and what you should do if you are answering the phones representing the company. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LOOK HERE FOR A PLACE TO STAY.I never time TAKE OUT MY DAY TO WRITE A REVIEW EVER BUT THIS WARRANT A REVIEW TO WARN ANYONE WHO WANTS TO OR CONSIDER THIS PLACE AS THEIR NEXT RESIDENTS. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!

Very affordable Ive been for 5 months now never had a problem
May 31,2017 Warning!!!! Never rent from them I had rats and mice in my apt I had them when I moved in they fixed it they said and the same issue came bk they told me it was my fault because I kept plastic bags after this last time I had to break my lease and get my children and I out. I am getting punished and fined for breaking my lease because I cant live in a place with mice. They said I was the only one that had them, that was a lie the whole building had them.
I was thinking about renting at this location since my job isnt too far away. After looking at all the bad reviews, I cant say that Ill be stopping by.

Place was great when Adam ran it over the years with new owners it sucks . They find the cheapest way to fix things. Place is old and they dont keep the upkeep on rundown items .Place is a big complexs they should spray for bugs the new owners only spray if you complain which means one place gets sprayed bugs go next door . Even the swimming pool in the summer gets disgusting. They keep trash right there in the parking lot swimming pool near it . Yea thats lovely to sit next to in the summer time sun. I laughed when they offered us to rent the building out next to the swimming pool . Yes I want to invite people to come park next to two trash bins by the pool and have a party . NOT.Chairs there are so old you have to watch which ones you sit in they are old and frayed and fallng apart. Got rid of our good security and now have a joke of one whose only here partly at night by the time you call anything going on is done and over with . they dont patrol the area like our old security did we had a security here full time at night . They patrolled area you felt safe. The new owners put in camera saying that should do . Uh like how that the camera gets the action but does not stop it ? I seen first hand how old security stopped many things as it was happening . Security is not even on duty till late evening so when you call and see something they tell you call back when someone is on duty / HOW does that help??? Old security was here during the day and then two at night and patrolled on four wheeler and on foot . I have not once seen new security patrolling ever . every year now they raise rent with NO improvements to this place. The new owners are money hungry cheapskates . I have no problem with raising rent if we saw improvements I have seen this place go downhill since it was bought by new owners. But every year our rent is raised.They are even not as picky on new tenants moving in and out of.The place over the YEARS has gone downhill count me in as one moving out even though I have lived here for a LONG time . sign me as waiting for lease to be over with .. In fact I happen to know several of us who are waiting on that .... My advice if you want a place with good upkeep, good security and feel safe in a big complex. and feel your rent is going towards a place where they keep and take care of where you live go elsewhere this place is not that.. If you want to live in a place that is getting rundown sure move here.

Looked online and saw that they had a 2 bdrm available, called to set up an appointment, the woman who answered was very rude. Said she wouldnt have anything until March, asked if I could come and check out the neighborhood she said she had nothing to show. She was then hung up in my face even though I had more questions. I felt very disrespected.

Anita,I have been here for over a year,I lived her14 years ago,I decided to move back because of the area.I have only one problem with my unit my neighbors above me let their daughter runs around,til about 10:30 11:00 .Not respecting the person who lives below them,they stomp when they walk all threw the night,Ive tried knocking on ceiling to let them know they do have someone living below them that dont work,I have called security to ask them to control they daughter,I have contacted the office,the say they will speak with them that didnt help.What else is there to do.
Women in the office not good, she is unprofessional and lier . I made appointment to see one bedroom and drove 45 miles to get their office, she said I can not show you today come some other times
They are horrible. dont fix nothing when asked just all around a dump.
First let say theres no perfect place . The best maintenance staff and the office personnel are always there to resolve issues . I have been here for a little bit .
