Pretty clean dog park and area. Haven’t run into any major problems with utilities or appliances not working. Front office staff is nice and helpful! Always fun events to look attend or look forward to including food trucks at least once a month! Maintenance is also very fast. My requests are usually taken care of the day of or the day after. They may be a tad overpriced but overall still a good place to live. The washer/dryer in the bedroom makes it worth it!

Disappointed in the misleading floor layout..the ratios seems to be off. Thus, some things are just inconvenient: the dishwasher and fridge cannot be opened at the same time, the pantry (which has no light) is the smallest width pantry Ive ever seen (if youre plus size this is not the pantry for you), and the door NEVER stays open due to the doors to the washer & dryer. So digging through the pantry is super annoying and frustrating. There are light switches in every room, however, only lights available in the bathroom and kitchen... So bring your own floor lamps and lamps. I would LOVE to see these apartments get updated with ceiling fans and ceiling fixtures! That would be AMAZING! Bathtubs and sinks are indeed just repainted over versus actually cleaned. Such is life. You get what you pay for and its 2021.Theres worse out there folks and theres better out there. Good Luck!

I recently moved into these apartments and so far I am very pleased. Yes, the apartments are older but they have updated options. The rooms are very spacious. I love my large, private deck and so far it is very quiet compared to other apartments I have lived in. The staff are kind and do not micro manage and get into your personal business. Taisha in the office is super sweet and efficient, we highly recommend her.

I moved here a few days ago. Overall, the experience was a very positive one. Only a few minor concerns about things in my apartment, but Ive let maintenance know and one of them has already been resolved. The staff here are SUPER helpful and open to any questions you have. I think Im going to like it here.

I’ve been living here for 6 months. Just like any apartment you live in you always notice thing that you feel need to be changed or be fixed. The response you get from maintenance request is so fast. I would like to give a big shout out to Tashia she has been so helpful and very informative.

I wish I could give a 0 star to post this review!Be aware that buildings look nice from the outside and their website has beautiful pictures of interior but actual apartments are outdated. We lived there for almost 2 years and paid the overpriced rent. Master bedroom bathroom barley worked. When we moved out, only about $100 security deposit was refunded back to us! Management needs customer service training and needs to be a little flexible with the lease. The most disappointing thing we discovered is that we were charged $200 for lost, never seen pool wristbands...pool was closed the entire time we lived there due to COVID! Stay away form this apartment.

Ive been at The Reserve at Barry since September. I know my experience is different because of the pandemic but Im content. My apartment is pretty quiet and the people Ive been able to interact with have been kind and warm. Parking where Im located is good and traffic is light. Im liking it a lot. Caitlin Fete has been very helpful as well. I appreciate the time all of the staff has put into responding to my questions as a new and current tenant. Caitlin has been exceptional. 😊

I would just like to share a story that I believe shows how great the people are here. We drove quite a bit to get to The Reserve and with 5 minutes until the staff were to go on a lunch break, Caitlin asked if we would be able to come back after lunch. Unfortunately, we had a busy day and we werent sure if we would be able to make it back after their lunch. Caitlin then brought us inside, talked with us, and showed us an apartment when she should have been on lunch break. We tried not to take too much time from her lunch. The compassion and willingness to help us out really meant a lot to us and after moving in, that compassion and resourcefulness continued to show when the maintenance workers came to fix some issues. With Caitlins help and guidance we were able to apply, get approved, and get the keys to an apartment within two days. Everyone here has been amazing and you would be hard pressed to find a more kind and helpful staff. Our apartment is beautiful and maintenance is always kind and quick to fix any issues.

I recently moved into The Reserve, but my experience over the last month has been fantastic. Caitlin Fete has been my primary contact and has always responded with compassion in a very timely manner. My move was unique, so Jamie did get involved and was able to work with me on requirements to get me approved and ready to move. Upon move in, my apartment has had some issues that needed fixed. Caitlin has responded well to all requests, and the maintenance staff has been very efficient in getting the issues corrected.

I love living here! Ive never lived at an apartment complex where I have no complaints before The Reserve at Barry, and Im so happy that I chose this place. The location is excellent and the apartments are of a great quality. Maintenance and the staff is exceptional at responding to any worries or complaints you may have. Definitely not moving anytime soon.

I would give The Reserve at Barry 0 stars if I could, but I have to give at least one star to leave a review. I moved in here March 2020 during the start of COVID and moved out April 2021. My entire stay was HORRID. The first day I moved in, there was a ROACH infestation. Mold was EVERYWHERE in the apartment. Mold around the tub which caused the casing around the tub to peel. They never came to fix anything. December, the maintenance team drilled a hole in my bathroom wall by the tub, which led to more roaches AND RATS, literally rats, running through my apartment. They covered the hole with a plastic bag and blue tape. From December-April 1 2021 I lived with a hole in my bathroom, taped with a plastic bag. *pictures with dates attached for proof. I also had to pay out of my own pocket for pest control because maintenances pest control stated there was “nothing they could do” without seeing rodent droplets 😳 like wow. I paid $10 shy of $1,110.00 and change every month to live here, only to be completely disappointed. Anything associated with BH Management Company, is complete TRASH. The apartments are not worth the money. The apartments are NOT updated, they are filthy. I was told I would receive pool and fitness keys when Covid lifted and I never received either. Check the date and times of the pictures. I would never, I mean NEVERRRRRRR!!! Recommend ANYBODY in their right mind to live in these apartments. If you live in these apartments, you might as well live on the street.

The Reserve at Barry has been a great experience. The front office team took amazing care of my fiancé and I while looking for our new home! We highly recommend others to come look at all of the living options they have to offer. The Reserve at Barry team and community have been more than welcoming and considerate to our family. What a great place! If you either a college student, start-up professional, or a new family this is the place to be. Staff is friendly and very attentive. The apartments are luxurious and spacious. You will always feel at home when you come to The Reserve at Barry.

My fiancé and I just moved in this week and we love it! The staff has been amazing and very helpful and everyone is super friendly! Caitlin helped us through our move in process and she was amazing and answered all our questions very quickly! We have loved our experience so far and our new apartment!

The office and maintenance staff have always responded extremely quickly to anything that has came up. Tashia, especially, is always quick to answers any questions Ive had or help in any way she can. Overall it has been a very nice place to live and will definitely be staying here longer.

The staff and maintenance staff at The Reserve at Barry Apartments are amazing. Tashia Rogers was our first point of contact when deciding to move to the Community. She was super friendly and helpful and still to this day is who we will reach out to with maintenance request. The Maintenance Crew is FANTASTIC as well. Presley and the rest of the maintenance team show up fast and usually solve problems same day. Thank you all!

Apartment has a good layout, but even being in a updated apartment the apartment still feels old. The updated portions are only the bathroom and kitchen counters and cupboards, they rest of the apartment hasnt been updated. Our apartment as an old smell that weve be unsuccessful in removing. There is a lot of dog poop on the grounds, particularly large poop. Office is generally good at responding. Mailroom is inconvenient far away and there is no outgoing mail box. We were surprised how different the apartment actually looked from the pictures online. We enjoy how close the apartment is to the freeway and shopping.

Tenant beware! Moving into this place is moving into a drug ring problem that ownership turns a blind eye to, failing to address the issues.

I’ve lived at the reserve since October and disappointed would be an understatement. The rent is a grand for a one bedroom with literally no lights except in the kitchen and bathroom, despite there being light switches in every room. I live in a first floor apartment and there are no locks on any of the windows and instead of cleaning the bathtub they painted over it and the fixture that came on it broke within the first week.... I’d advise you rent else where.

We just moved here and this place has been much better than our last apartment by far! They take care of their properties. The maintenance responds to requests very quickly. All of the office employees are very nice and friendly. They keep residents updated on community events. The apartments are spacious and very nice. It’s been great living here so far!

I just moved in last week and I have to say that even though I have not lived here that long, my experience with The Reserve at Barry has already been exponentially better than my last apartment. The staff has been amazing at answering all of my questions and have been very welcoming to me & my pets. I had a few things that needed taken care of after my walk thru and they were all done by the next day. Even with so many residents, it was nice to feel taken care of instead of feeling like just a number.

I contacted the office about getting my locks changed and they completed everything within an hour and it was the same day. I love living in this community!!

I’ve happily signed 3 leases at this complex, and it’s constantly trying to improve for its community and I really to appreciate that. The rent does keep going up.. every.. single .. year.. The grounds always look very nice, they do get a little stingy with their salt during winter so be careful, it’s slick!Maintenance is always fast and respectful. Presley is due some serious kudos. He’s a great maintenance guy and has fixed a lot of our issues when the others couldn’t. The office is always super friendly make really fun entertaining public events for tenants. They can sometimes a bit unresponsive when guests walk in though but that would really be the only thing.The hospital is right across the road ( at least where I’m located) so you will hear a lot of sirens but overall it’s not too bad. Almost entertaining actually.Over all we’re still loving it and totally would ( and do) recommend to friends.

The Reserve at Barry is a tolerable place to live. However, the management is horrendous and frequently disrespect the residents and their wishes. Noise concerns are rarely handled with in a timely manner, and there is very poor communication between management and residents concerning corrections. I, personally, have received significant disrespect from the management.

The Reserve at Barry has been an excellent and safe community to live at. The staff are professional and caring. Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance staff are so kind and are very willing to help you with whatever issue you may have. The property grounds are well maintained and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Definitely would recommend residency here.

The windows need to be replaced, you can hardly see outside. Rent continues to rise but Bush and tree trimming are not done enough.

Just moved in a few weeks ago and I really love it. The staff are very friendly, it makes it feel like a community. The maintenance staff are timely, efficient, and most of all - they care about the service! The grounds are impeccably kept which gives me a lot of pride living here. All and all, a great place to call home!

Overall this is the best place Ive reside in out of all the apartments that Ive lived in. Staff is always friendly, consistent in their communication, great amenities, and very timely on their maintenance work. Only thing here is that the pools are always experiencing some type of repair every year, making it feels like it is never open. Ultimately taking away days of the year for the residence to enjoy this amenity. Im positive this can be improved.

I absolutely love working here! Its been such a joy to see everyones bright and smiling faces every day. I also lived on property before I started working here & still do. Its been such a joy living here! The amenities are great, the staff is great, and the location is amazing!You just cant beat the location and the price value they offer. You have four major stores, (Hy-Vee, Aldis, Target, & Walmart), Zona Rosa Shopping Center, and plenty of restaurants to choose from! Its by far the best place Ive ever lived.

After looking at many, many apartments on the Kansas City, MO area and The Reserve at Barry was by far, the best fit for us. All their staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and overall exceptional. The maintenance crew have continually responded to what few issues we may have within a couple hours at most. I have to say 100 percent better than any of the other apartments we looked at; most taking 3 months or longer to respond to regular maintenance calls. We moved from a house to an apartment for the first time in 15 years. The option we chose was the Villas. So we have 1501 square feet with plenty of room for storage so we didnt have to get an additional storage unit. This was important to us. Another big plus of the Villa is that we have no neighbors above or below us, only on one side; a Villa is just one level. We are at an entrance, so even with the additional traffic, our area is quiet. Noise is not an issue. We feel quite safe here. Weve had several packages dropped off at our door with no problem of theft even if we have been out of town. Parking lots seem to be roomier than other places we looked at. Its quite easy to find parking near our apartment even when the lot seems full. Ive seen no issues with parking. I think thats covered everything I can think of that were all concerns to us when looking for an apartment. We are very happy here. I highly recommend checking out The Reserve at Barry if you are apartment searching. You wont be sorry!

Just recently moved in and I love it so far! My neighbors are friendly and some of them introduced themselves right away. The staff is friendly as well and they helped me get a place with 3 days notice. I unexpectedly had to move quickly and I inquired on a Wednesday and moved in that Saturday! Highly recommended!

Amazing apartments even more amazing maintenance and management! They have everything to offer over other surrounding apartments. Ultimately, I went with them after searching all over the city for a place to live. They had the best price to amenities ratio. They even have a Dog Spa! No more wrangling my sweet puppy child into my shower. They are responsive and helped me get everything in order for move in. Alex in the office was particularly helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been a resident here for several years and I have watched this community truly change for the better. I only have amazing things to say about the office staff & maintenance. They are attentive, caring, and most importantly, QUICK! Whenever I report an issue in my apartment it is fixed before the week is up! Honestly the best apartments in the Northland. Also whenever you stop by office for your tour ask for Amanda she’s the best!!

Food trucks come by once every month or so, hot cocoa and treat bags for Christmas, and so much more (all safely and with masks, might I add). Can’t wait to renew my lease!

Loved our last visit to this complex. Very clean and beautiful grounds. The buildings themselves are posted clearly and easy to read. Workout facility is top notch.

UPDATE:I’ve since been moved to a different unit and am much happier. This new unit is INFINITELY better. Nothing has fallen off on me, it smells great, everything works fine, and this one seems to have much better insulation too. The entire staff has been helpful but I would particularly recommend Ms. Caitlin Fete for any of your concerns. She has been a huge help for the entire process and seems to really care. The maintenance team is still very quick and thorough. Overall this is a much better experience and I’ve adjusted my review as such.—————————————————————-I would very much like to love this place. It is located in a convenient area, however the apartments are absolutely terrible. I received a different unit than what was showed to me, which is fine, however, the one I received absolutely reeks. It smells so horribly of cigarette that it smacks you in the face as soon as you open the door. The stench is actually absorbed in all of my furniture and clothing so I smell like cigarette smoke everywhere I go. My car even reeks of it now. Tar pours from the vents and cover the walls in goo and the fact that the apartments stay humid no matter what is done to it makes the oozing more frequent. This place is absolutely disgusting and is completely unacceptable.Disregarding the stench (and its incredibly hard to do so) the apartments are very old so many things are falling apart. Pretty much every sliding door has fallen off on me, the windows come off their tracks enough that I dont bother opening them at all for fear of actually having it fall to the ground. My windows are covered in a white film thats unclean-able so Im looking out the window through a haze. There is absolutely no soundproofing in the apartments as I can hear people simply speaking outside clear as day no matter where I am in the place. Finally, items have been stolen from this place numerous times.Ill give credit to Ms. Caitlin Fete, as shes been incredibly sweet and as helpful as she can be. The maintenance team does come out pretty quickly every time something falls off, but this does not excuse how horrible this place is. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

This is a very long story of my time living at the Reserve at Barry Apartments in Kansas City, MO. I first moved into a 1 bedroom apartment and shortly after another company bought the apartments and took over. Soon after they took over my granddaughter wanted to move in with me so I needed to transfer to a 2 bedroom apartment. I followed the rules and paid a $200 transfer fee plus a $200 deposit and they wanted $50 for each me and my granddaughter to fill out to see if we qualified for the two bedroom apartment, although it was only about 7 months since I had filled out one for the 1 bedroom apartment. I paid that entire amount and the lady in the office didnt show me any apartments, took the money and I was loosing patience with her so I went to another lady in the office. Finally I was making headway with her and we decided on an apartment. Then they told me to pay the money again, I told them I had paid the amount and showed them proof. Well the first lady stole the money and was fired. I still had to pay all that money again. Then I scheduled 2 men and a truck to move and showed up to pick up the keys and they said, didnt anyone call you that apartment isnt ready. We wont have an apartment until Monday, I threw a fit; so they finally found an apartment for me and I got moved. Then they said my granddaughter couldnt live there because she didnt qualify on the back ground check because she had never worked and didnt have a job. I said I told you that when I paid for it. I was the only one paying for the apartment. They finally agreed to let her live there. We stayed in that apartment for 2 years, then I moved to Oklahoma. I did everything that was asked of me cleaning that apartment and getting moved out. I even gave an employee the washer and dryer and another employee and kitchen hutch. So then I waited to get my refund check of $200 and had to call to find out why it hadnt gotten to me and they said it should have been here. I finally called the corporate office to find out why I hadnt received it and Reserve at Barry didnt give them my apartment number on the address so it was returned. I finally got it today and it was short over $50, so I called the office. No phone call back so I had to call corporate again and they called the office to tell them to call me. When they did they gave me an excuse that I sill owed money for water and sewer. I wasnt even there, I was in Oklahoma. DONT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE EVER!

The staff is always very friendly when I go into the office with questions and do whatever they can to help. This goes for the maintenance crew also. They do a lot to keep the grounds looking very nice and clean.

THE BEST PLACE EVER!!!!! I love the feeling of having the sun coming through my big windows! I have been living here since February 3,2019 and love coming home from work ! The neighbors are so friendly! Caitlin Fete at the office is incredibly helpful and the whole process in the beginning was smooth and friendly. She made me feel at home! Im never leaving this place! Not at all worth the price they charge especially for rent to keep rising! Maintenance people have stolen from our apartment Twice!! Furnace filter is extremely hard to change, no wonder they make us do it ourselves. I do LOVE the washer and dryer hookups. Maintenance does respond quickly and efficiently; just one white guy who is stealing. Dishwasher has never worked but all else is in good working order. Pretty much stuck here for lack of lower prices for the Northland area. Just too expensive to live up here.

Just moved here and I’m really happy with this place. I moved from a luxury apartment, so my standards were high. Moving in here, all the ladies made it super easy to apply and get everything I need for it. Even though Caitlin was our girl for everything, everyone was more than happy to help. When we did the walk through, even Caitlin was happy to help us find any flaws for us. Every time I send an email or call, I get an answer right away. I also needed Maintenance to Fix something and they came that same day and fixed it.Please choose the reserve for your next home. They are fantastic!

I love these apartments!!! These are the best apartments I have ever lived in! Very fast at getting things fixed and if we ever have issues things get taken care of immediately! Honestly this is the best apartment I’ve stayed at! I’ve been here for four months and I can’t complain. It feels like a safe and quiet area, my neighbors are friendly, Caitlin at the office is amazing! She is always friendly and asking how my daughter is.The whole staff is welcoming and maintenance gets recognition for response time!

I cant wait to move from here Windows are outdated dishwaher leaks out water and soap i was asked what kind of pods I used? ReallyDishwasher hardly works I filed 3 complaints about dishwasher since Nov 2019 its now 08/2020. Closet doors swings two directions, laundry door fell off again. Maintenance employees have been in my apartment more times then I can tolerate. Electric bill is over $200 a month windows are in bad shape .. #paymyrent

MY wife and I have been staying at the Reserve for almost a year now and are quite pleased to rent here. The location is great for North Side Kansas City and with quick access to highway 29 we can get about pretty much anywhere in no time flat. The staff here has always been super friendly and responsive to any issues weve had come up (shout out to Caitlin Fete in particular for helping us square away our temporary renewal). My only complaint, at no fault to the staff, is that some of the residents require a lot of extra policing as far as cleanliness is concerned. If you are one of those people that dont care to pick up your rubbish in the parking areas please practice doing so so everyone can enjoy the property.

We love our experience at The Reserve. From signing our lease with Caitlin in the office to exploring the grounds with our son, we have really enjoyed what The Reserve has to offer. Caitlin was amazing during the application and move in process and the maintenance team has addressed any and all needs in a timely manner. The office staff is always smiling and friendly. This winter has been rough and the lots and sidewalks are always treated and cleared. Ready to see what spring has to offer!

I drove all the way from Illinois to see multiple apartments in KC because I have to start medical school. And people believe me, this place is the BEST!!! On the one hand you have awesome office workers like Amanda who is helpful, patient and very professional with property management, she is willing to walk you through the application process carefully and answer all other questions you might have; and on the other hand you also have amenities availiable like fitness center and in unit washer/dryer(which is great consider we have this COVID pandemic and need to keep things sanitary). Nothing can beat the services provided by both the office staff and maintanence team. Service requests are addressed within 24 hours, and if there is anything that might require more complicated solutions I am always told what steps are being taken to proceed and never feel out of the loop when it comes to my apartment

Ive lived at Reserve at Barry for about 5 years now. I was looking into moving elsewhere until new management came in. Theyve been making great upgrades and improvements. I LOVE that theyre pet friendly and have put in the dog park. My only complaint is with the laundry facilities. I dont have a washer/dryer hook-up in my unit and our laundry building never seems to be in good shape. Pedro is always so positive and helpful!

Almost 10 months living here and my experience is great. Maintenance team is top notch, the best I could say. The location is strategic. I could give it 5 star if only for the price. That being said, I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a quality place.

I have been here a year just renewed because Lisa and Pedro have been awesome. I had a hose fall out back of the washer I put in a maintenance call they showed up super fast and fixed it. Funny how all recent positive reviews sound exactly like what a salesy apartment worker (or poor management and maintenance) would want you hear, isn’t it? This place is scam city!!

I love the kitchens in the renovated apartment, they are finished to a high spec that makes me feel like they care about the people who live there.The staff were friendly, they took their time going over everything with me, they were very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions.I would highly recommend meeting with Alex Melo.

Caitlin Fete was amazing from the beginning of our application process! She was so accommodating to us and our kids and answered all our questions making us feel so comfortable. And we love our 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Its so new and fresh feeling. It feels like home already!

Nice apartments and friendly employees.

I have had a great experience here thus far. The apartment is very spacious for the price and the maintenance crew is very quick to jump on work order tickets. The staff in the office is very friendly and always willing to help.

These are nice cozy apartments. It is calm and quiet. The staff is great as well especially Amanda and Caitlin. I have had no problem at all living here .

I love the apartments. The only thing that is tough is the cost they are really expensive. It is in a great location. Walking distance to everything you need. All of the staff members are awesome but Omar I believe is the one who came at the end of the day when my baby was crying in the bedroom and the door was locked. He also gave me the thing to unlock it. The price is high and i truly hope we will be able to switch to a two bedroom.

Caitlin was amazing. She answered every question I had throughout the entire process and had everything in order making my move in the easiest I’ve ever had.

If there was a button for zero stars this place would get it. The management does not care about its residents so do not let them fool you. After making several requests to not have anyone in our apartment while we were not home, they came into our home with out permission. All we wanted was our cabinet fixed and it didnt even happen. That was the tip of the iceberg for me. Not to mention when the weather is bad they are more concerned about closing the office than salting the side walks and plowing the roads. Not to mention making sure the areas are safe to walk on. To add to all of that. We had no hot water for two days practically and after putting in multiple emergency maintenance requests in it still never got fixed. our unit is falling apart at the seems and the only thing the management will do is move us units at OUR expense and make us pay for all the damage that was done before we even moved in. We have only lived her for less that 8 months and will be moving out and never coming back. These people are rude and inconsiderate. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I urge anyone considering to live here to read the reviews and run the other direction.

I have lived here for a year and have had nothing bad to say about it. Neighbors are super friendly. The apartment is clean and in great shape. The one this that was wrong was fixed promptly after I put in a request. The staff is super nice and helpful.This apartment couldnt have a better location! The fitness center was just remodeled and is quite nice. Parking is readily available and the area is much more quiet than you might expect for being so close to so many things. Resigning my least today.

We have lived here at the reserves for 1 month so far everything is great. Met a few neighbors this is a great community so far.

The changes that the new management has made are really great. The updates to the apartments are nice. When you walk into the office they are very friendly. I’ve enjoyed living here.

The process of getting the apartment was quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and competent. Ive been staying here for about a month now and havent had any problems with the apartment or neighbors.

We love living here. Its close to major highways, all our favorite grocery stores are nearby and yet it feels like were in a peaceful place away from the city, too! Also Alex is always a huge help whenever I stop by the office! We plan on staying here awhile.

My wife and I recently moved into the Kansas City area and The Reserve at Barry was just what we needed. Everything is close by and convenient. The staff is great as well. Caitlin Fete was extremely helpful in getting us set up.

Its nice here. Mostly quiet, maintenance is fast, and all my appliances work.

This place is perfect, staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance response time is swift. The location puts you 5 minutes away from a large variety of stores and restaurants. Id give it 6 stars if I could have a fiber internet connection.

The staff, specifically Caitlin Fette, is appropriately friendly and effective in meeting needs in a timely manner. I have no complaints about my living quarters. I recommend the reserve to anyone in the market for an apartment.

Amanda and Jamie were very helpful with our questions. They have been very caring and want us to love living here so much. It is a nice place to be.

There is no apartment complex in Kansas City that compares to The Reserve at Barry. Have been here for four months and the last two apartments I lived in couldnt come close to compare to The Reserve. Caitin has gone above and beyond each and every time Ive asked for help . She always has a smile on her face and has been very kind and caring. Everyone in the office and on the maintenance staff has given excellent customer service. I look forward to living here for several years.

Getting in was a breeze! Caitlin was a tremendous help with getting me set up with a wonderful apartment with great amenities. Close to everything you could need, the Reserve at Barry is in one of the most prime locations in the Northland. I highly recommend the Reserve for your new place, and ask for Caitlin!
