Love our house…. Any issues I send to maintenance is never acknowledged unless I email twice. Even if a response of acknowledgement is addressed, it is difficult for management to see it through. Upset with the management company and wish they were more responsive and helpful. But then again the house is quite quaint and homey ;)

We moved into Plaza Terrace over two years ago. We were moving from Memphis and worked with Kay Kay over the phone and email and was met with nothing but professional and attentive customer service. We were blown away by the quality of the space for the price and have loved living there ever since. Plus, you are so close to everything the location is amazing. The maintenance team is so friendly, helpful and quick to answer any request and always go above and beyond. Margo and Kay Kay are extremely responsive and helpful at every turn especially considering how many properties they manage. We are renewing our lease for our third year and cant imagine living anywhere else in KC! I cant recommend Plaza for Rent enough!

I moved into Plaza Terrace in April of 2019 and have lived here for 2 years now. I love everything about this place.. the location, the reasonable price for newly remodeled apartments, the lack of noise from neighbors, the gated parking, the responsiveness from management, etc.I honestly havent had a single issue in my 2 years of living here that required maintenance or caused me any sort of stress. Things are taken care of promptly on the property and if I wasnt purchasing a house I would have happily stayed here longer. If youre looking for a cozy spot to live thats worth the money, check it out!

I lived at this leasing company for 2 and a half years. The management KayKay and Margo are very responsive and friendly. Also the maintenance was great such nice people! They were very hands off and answered any questions I had. The resigning of my lease the move out and move in went swiftly. I cannot recommend them enough! And their properties are such great location!

I moved to Kansas City two years ago and sort of stumbled upon Plaza for Rent. My two years of renting with them have been tremendous and very professional. The very few times I have had maintenance issues, they were prompt in their response. Plaza For Rent was also great being proactive in communicating with tenants about issues that would be pertinent to know. They set a really high bar for landlords and I will be sad not to have them anymore.

Margo and KayKay are hands down the best property managers I’ve ever rented from. Very professional yet personable and very willing to help. Maintenance crew is incredible too. Kind peeps all throughout this team. Have loved renting from Olaza for Rent

Plaza Apartments manager Margaret, AKA Margo, was incredibly helpful in helping me coordinate the removal of furniture and other items from my elderly friends apartment recently. What could have been a difficult move was done quickly and efficiently thanks to her and the two individuals of the maintenance crew. Well done!

My hot water had been slowly going out and Margo made sure to have a new one purchased and replaced in no time. Very appreciative and glad I found Margo and Kaykay they make sure you’re taken care of👍🏾

My fiancé and I loved living here. The management team (Margo & KayKay) was always very nice and responsive. Any maintenance request submitted was responded to in a quick and timely matter. We lived on the third (top) floor in a corner unit and it was perfect- no one to one of our sides or above us. Always very quiet. The community there was great and often we would sit on terrace sharing drinks with neighbors. Only leaving because we bought a house. Would recommend to others!

I rented an apartment with PFR for two years, and everything about my living situation was ideal. Maintenance was responsive, helpful, and kind. The office managers and staff were cordial and attentive. Not to mention, the apartments are BEAUTIFUL. They look like something you’d see on an HGTV show. If I ever move back to the Plaza, I’ll absolutely be renting from Plaza For Rent.

Signed my lease almost a year ago and I’m about to sign for another year… Professional, clean very well-kept apartments… Maintenance gets there within 24 hours and management is super helpful and kind. Also great area to live

I’ve rented from Plaza For Rent for the last 3.5 years and it’s been the best renting experience I’ve ever had! Living at Plaza House has been especially nice. The maintenance staff responds very quickly. Typically any issues I’ve had have been fixed within a day. When I had A/C issues in the Summer they were able to fix it in a few hours…on a Saturday! I also appreciated the communication I had with the office staff. KayKay and Margo were always fun and helpful to talk to. They actually got things done efficiently, which is different from other places I’ve rented from. I know there are some negative reviews from people who lived in these buildings before the renovations (before Plaza For Rent took over), but things are pretty nice post renovation. Thank you for everything! It was an added surprise to get my full deposit back. I didnt expect that. If I wasn’t moving to be closer to work I’d be staying here for much longer. It’s a great place to live in the Plaza area.

During my time renting from Plaza for Rent, I lived in the Broadway 46 apartments and I was thoroughly please through out my entire time. In my 17 months living in the apartment I had service orders that were handled in a respectful time/manner and the bug control was spot on. Not a whole lot more you can ask for in my opinion. As for the people you will deal with, both Margo and KayKay were on top of things and awesome to work with. I would genuinely recommend working with Plaza for Rent and renting at the Broadway 46 apartments for a modest 1 bedroom.

I highly recommend this community. Recently, there was a fire, Margo kicked in and was very reassuring to my fears. Maintenance is great and my requests are always completed same day or in less than 24 hours. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and warm. Margo makes me feel more like a part of the family than as a tenant. I have no intentions of moving. This company and my apartment are my forever home. Rent here and you wont be disappointed!

I just moved in almost a month ago and it could not have gone better! The apartments are so well kept and super cute, management is amazing and super helpful, plus maintenance has amazing response time.

COCKROACHES!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Had dead cockroaches in my food and all over the apartment for months. Management made the problem only worse. Terrible customer service. I would NEVER rent from this company again!! Much better options on the plaza compared to this poorly ran rental company.

You get a place to live, but everything else is a scam.

This will be one of the worst experiences you have renting. And you’ll over pay for it.
