The apartment is fairly priced. The building is older so some of the doors stick, it has baseboard heating/cooling, lets just say dont expect new apartment quality. Honestly though, I like the imperfections, theres a certain charm to it. The five stars are mostly for Jesus, the property manager. I moved in almost three weeks ago and Jesus has been super accommodating through the whole process. Having his cell number makes it really easy to contact him and he always answers promptly.He made getting my apartment ready to move in to a top priority so I could get moved in when I needed to. There was a hiccup with the internet (mostly because I didnt plan ahead) and he allowed me to connect to the offices until I got mine set up later that day. He even agreed to help me get a big chair into my apartment but a neighbor happened to be there to help out.Its only been three weeks but so far Im glad I chose Indian Creek Apartments.

Worst place to live ever! Management and maintenance are the worst! Water is POURING FROM ROOF management states they cannot come over and fix it will have to wait till tomorrow waters coming through lightbulbs very very dangerous was told don’t have funds to fix the roof. Belongings are ruined due to this being the THIRD time for the ceiling to leak!!! Management has no care and states will take money off rent!!!😡Major health issues, carpet is molded and patched up ceiling has mold!! Health Dept will definitely be called and management was informed and stated go ahead, again WORST MANAGEMENT SERVICE EVER! 5 star reviews were probably given for a discount!!!

I have lived here for just under a year and I will say that management and maintenance here is the best I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex. Jesus is a great property manager. If he can help you he will. If there is an issue in the apartment Jesus will have Robert the maintenance guy on it immediately. Very quite and comfortable living in these apartments. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

This is wonderful place to live. They really care about your safety, especially Jesus. Jesus always answers the phone when I call and he gets to you within a quick and timely fashion.

My new husband and my experience here has been really great so far. Jesus is accommodating, kind, and honest. They seem to understand here that taking care of their property and listening to their people is how to run a good business and keep everyone happy. What you get for the price of these apartments is well beyond anything else we could find in a large radius, as the complex is small and quiet, the maintenance responsive, and the units are comfortable and clean. Of course, nothing is state of the art, but I think this is the best situation we could ask for in the 600-800 price range. Its a great place!

Indian Creek Apartments has been a huge step up from all the previous Apartments weve been in. It was a great move for my wife and child and I. Any issues that we have had the staff has stepped up and took care of it as soon as they possibly could. While the buildings are old, the staff is doing a great job working to renovate and update the facilities. Personally I think the staff is what makes this a great apartment complex and this staff has been exceptional. As far as the apartment itself goes it is what you make of it.

Wonderful property. Clean, safe, well-run. The manager has really done a good job fostering a sense of community and open communication. You couldnt ask for a better place to set up shop. Especially for the price.

Ive been a tenant since October 2018. I have definitely witnessed the improvements that have taken place with new management. I transferred units and Robert in maintenance was extremely responsive to my concerns with my new unit. Jesus has been very helpful and available as well. I enjoy seeing their team work tirelessly to ensure we have a comfortable environment to live in.

The application process to the move-in day was super easy. Jesus makes sure you know everything about what is going on from when you fill out the application to when you are moving your stuff in. Maintenance is super fast, Ive lived in other places where maintenance may take a few days to respond to a request (which is okay) but these guys are on top of it.

I moved in the first of March. It was a super easy process, with great prices. They had just went under new management when I moved in so I don’t know how it was before but since I’ve been here I’ve seen a lot of progress being made and hear about the progress to come. I’ve not had one problem since being here.

I am so happy I chose these apartments. Jesus the manager in the office goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. Anytime I have had a concern she has addressed it right away and resolved it. I could not have picked a better apartment residence!! Everyone is so nice and courteous. Everyone in the are great and the maintenance guys are always on top of it.

Jesus was very helpful! My family and I needed to move to KC last minute and he was able to get us all squared away in a day. Thanks again!

I moved in with my fiancé and he had already been struggling with roaches and bed bugs. I knew what I was getting into. These apartments have scarred my fiancé and I. We struggle trying to find new apartments because we don’t want to ever deal with me financial, physical, and emotional crises roaches and bed bugs can bring. Someone brought bed bugs to his apartment complex and when the managers were told, they didn’t do anything. Please don’t trust these good reviews. If they are good reviews, then they must be ignorant, because you can live with bed bugs and not even know it.

Not a fan to be honest, the AC leaks onto the hallway to get into the apartment, my apartment always smells like weed because of my neighbors, the manager wants to charge $150 fees to the tenants because of littering, when the lease clearly states $50 per occurrence. I have asked multiple times to have my garbage disposal fixed over the last 3 months, they come out and reset it then leave all the stuff that was under my sink on my kitchen floor. They leave the hallway lights on that are right outside your bedroom on all night. Make you keep the light right beside your door to the apartment on at all times and then when you try and enter into your apartment it lets multiple bugs into the building. Not a fan.
