Would love to put a exterior paint job on there to help keep the place up. But the staff lady there is a tough cookie.

Took my kids there to play. it was good.

I work down the street was interested in renting despite the details I know and heard of but when I walked in to inquire both women looked at each other and I took it as they did not want to answer then one says Im clocked out or Im off or something to that extent to her co worker so I apologized and left. They asked me to come back but that small detail told me enough because what good is renting a space if the front desk already cant answer questions, are unsure, and show no hospitality to potential residents I can only imagine what its like for actual residents. I know staff isnt perfect everywhere but it matters in terms of me finding a secure place that cares about the concerns of me and my child. The reaction I got from that staff is heart breaking especially considering how our culture should be helping and uplifting one another in everyway I can. They look nice but I guess its a no for me.

The interior is being renovated and things are happening to make this your home in Kansas City! BBQ grills, computer lab, close to entertainment district, great for Millennials! Olive Park is located in the Old Northeast Historical District. Come and see for yourself!

It is ok. watch out for the activity that is around here.decent place to live.but I dont really see a lot of work going on over here.it does beat Living in the projects. we at least have carpet.

I do like the apartment but the a.c. goes out every week and nobody seems to think to check the inside unit. Also if called for a service call we get promised we are on the top of the list and five days later the a.c. guy shows up and just adds Freon. Does not check of the pipes are frozen (because that tells me turn the a.c. off because something is wrong. And if you have any problem Friday, Saturday, or sunday you are screwed because no one will be there.

The management here is sad our apartment building have been leaking and collecting mold for months they sent someone who can’t fox the issue ! Instead of moving us to a new unit because the issue can not get resolved my kids at constantly getting sick from the mold !!!! No matter how clean you keep your house it’s not getting fixed our whole building was supposed to be relocated to new units it never happened! I’m fed up with these raggedy apartment management who does not care

They want fix the a/c they have no maintenance man its been a year n a half they want push they power to help the ppl the management lady dont care about ppl here she dont try to help at all they had me n my kids n the heat for three weeks I had to call the ambulance cause my daughter was too hot I went to the office to complain she call the police n they gave me a ticket n then put me out cause we didnt have no air

You never can reach anyone in the office they never answer the phone the bathroom tub constantly leaks, this was supposed to be a remodeled unit but the bathroom sink, tub was not new just sprayed paint over some of the flooring in the kitchen has sunk holes where they just covered the flooring with tileing, carpeting the same way in one of the rooms its really sad.
