I lived here for a year and I am thankful to Westside Housing for giving me a chance to live here great neighborhood beutiful KANSAS City view the home of the Chiefs Nation lol awesome restaurants 👌

Management has no clue what they are doing. Would not recommend or trust this organization to do any kind of housing project.

I have been living in a Westside Housing Organization apartment for over one year, and I really like it here The office staff are all very nice and considerate. Some of the properties even have community gardens for the residents that they help out with.The maintenance is pretty good, and the maintenance men are nice and not creepy like in other apartments that I have lived in. They even exterminate every 90 days, which is nice. I have never once seen a bug here. If you have ever lived downtown or in midtown, then you know that is rare. Overall, the properties are very well cared for, and in good condition with many updates.The application process is not hard, they do require extra documentation because there are income limits to qualify to live in most of their apartments. To me it is worth it considering the amount of money saved in rent compared to nearby properties.

They receive many thousands of dollars from the City residents in their area ! More than almost any other neighborhood except the $10 million Center City is getting

My Mother-in-law was abandon, from her daughter in 2010. So her Oldest son, my husband for 18 years, stepped up to plate and ask me to help. We had a small studio at the time and could not move her in. We were waiting for a place @ Knuttingham Apt. that is 2 blocks away, finally we went to Posada del Sol. Lupe and the Office Team, were Awesome. My Mother-in-law and I bond together as Mother and daughter. When you have a great team like Posada del Sol does, life just seems easier. Unfortunately my Mother-in-law landed in the ER and the the ungrateful daughter came and took her. Thank You Posada del Sol, I Susie will always be GRATEFUL.
