Unfortunately I am not a tenant with this company, yet, but we are neighboring to Penn place in a house. I contacted the property managers, Misty and Mindy due to an issue with a dead tree on their property that caused us a minor issue in our backyard. Misty and Mindy were both SO helpful and responsive the day of - Truly exceptional management and are fixing our issues ASAP. Definitely will look into their properties once my lease is up.To the owners - These two deserve a raise!

Summit Penn Place offers gorgeous finishes throughout spacious floorplans. Apartment living is at its finest with an exceptional location near the Kansas City Plaza and midtown areas.
