I lived here in 2017 and I had a horrible experience. It took months for them to fix my air I never received a utility check from the manager( it was me msJudy) at the time. She evicted me on false accusations because I knew bout her messing around with the male tenants. but when I asked to fight in court I never received the paperwork for court dates. But some how now I owe money for damages that was never recorded on file once I return my keys and signed paperwork. I really would just like to know how I can get this fixed or come to an agreement so I can be able to get a home for me and my baby boy.

I have been calling for the past 2 weeks to find out what the process is to submit an application due to this COVID stuff and I have not received an answer and don’t get the opportunity to leave a message. Everytime I call it rings, stops in the middle of a ring as is someone picked up and then you hear it hang up and the line disconnects. Is that how business is being handled now? It’s just crazy to me it takes all this just to find info out about any units that may be available when the apartment is the one advertising they are “Now Leasing”.

This is the most ghetto disgusting place a person could live!! The landlord is NO GOOD, she doesnt get anything fixed! It took them 1 month and a half just to fix my peep whole in my door. Then the neighbors are loud, annoying, and irritating! The building stinks, they have mice! One month a move was lying dead in the lobby for the whole months. Ewwwww! By the time I moved out roaches and nice where running around my apartment like they paid rent there. I could literally had the mice chewing through my wall. My door had an crack about 2-3 inches wide at the bottom where I could see roaches coming in and leaving my apartment. Took 3 weeks to fix my sink, said the bathroom fan was brand new but it fell one day right after I got off of the toilet and it was dirty as hell. I cant even give this sick place one ( but I have too) star I do not recommend moving here in any way

I DO NOT RECOMD THIS TO ANY ITS NOT LIVABLE ITS BED BUGS, FLEAS AND RAT AND ROACH INFESTED. EVEN WHEN YOU KEEP YOUR HOUSE CLEAN, WHICH I ALWAYS DO. THEY STILL COME. IM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE TI LIVE I HATE I HERE AND THE LANDLORD LAZY AND HIS WORKERS ARE ALSO!!!!
