I have been a resident for a year and a half at the Bellerive Apartments property, and I am extremely satisfied with living here and Mac Properties management of the facility. It is kept very clean, the grounds well manicured, the staff is quick to give me personal help and attention, and just about anything I have reported as needed fixing has been quickly attended to. Kudos to Mac Properties for excellent management and outreach to residents.

They control your thermostat and when you can turn on your air! So hot in this building! Don’t get a room by the elevator cause you’ll hear it nonstop. Parking is dangerous! I don’t know what the other guy/review is talking about but my girl friend is burning up like 85 degrees in her apartment and they will not turn on the air!

Put in a work order for my kitchen sink and AJ did a great job fixing it for me. Fast and friendly as always!

Pros: solid amenities, great gym for an apartment complex, maintenance team is the best and fastest Ive ever encountered. Management is very kind and responsive. Even if there is an issue they cant resolve for me, they will at least get back to me quickly and let me know. interior is aesthetically pleasing. Overall, I enjoyed my time here for the most part.Cons: the AC is a nightmare in the spring and fall. Residents dont have personal control over when it is blowing hot or cold air, its on a sensor. So there are several months out of the year where the sensor is flipped to heat over night and you spend an 80-90 degree day with no AC. The windows are also pretty old and the drafts do not help with the temperature problems. The same happens in reverse, it may be 30 degrees out, but since there was one 60 degree day earlier in the week, the sensor will not turn your heat on. This is easier to deal with because you can just bundle up, but spending a week in a 30 degree apartment is still frustrating

I have been here for little over a week. The apartment complex is quiet and I believe they are worth what they charge monthly. The only downside is the units do not come with a washer & dryer.

We have been at the Bellerive for about 2 months now & are loving it! The complex is clean, quiet, & full of incredible amenities. I would also like to give a shoutout to our favorite maintenance employee, Joe Ferro. He has helped us with several repairs in our unit & has been timely & an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks, Joe!

Apartment is great, amenities are awesome, and very pet friendly! The only thing I have to complain about is the A/C.. they control it to where it’s either heat or cool. The only thing keeping me cool is my fan on full blast blowing directly on me. Today was 65 degrees and my apartment is 80 degrees which I believe it would be hotter if I didn’t have the fan. They had the heat on for an entire month when it was warm outside and it got to the point where I had to leave because I couldn’t stand sweating and being uncomfortable everyday. I’ve complained about the heat before but got a response saying the pipes freeze so they need 5 full days of 50 above for the cool air to turn on and with Missouri weather that’s like flipping a coin. I’ve read past reviews where it’s a constant complaint but other than that I like the apartment, the gym and the pool are a huge plus!

The maintenance staff at the Bellerive is exceptional! Chris Roper is always super helpful, quick, and efficient. I put a few work orders in and within a couple of hours they were taken care of, which is impressive considering how many properties Mac has. He is always so friendly!

Moving in was very easy, and MAC properties is very receptive to needs of residents. I had a plumbing issue and MAC was quick to send Chris Roper to help with maintenance. Very pleased!

Chris did a fantastic job on getting my air conditioning back up. I put in a service request in the morning, and it was fixed in only a couple of hours. Thank you for the help!

The apartment overall is nice, but the central AC does not work pretty much at all. They use a system that uses water pipes to heat or cool the apartment building but they can either only heat or cool the apartment at a time, so if it is below 70 degrees at any point in the day the heater will be on all day...For example, I wake up sweating every morning because my apartment is 80 degrees.This whole apartment is full of false promises. They said 8 months ago that we would have a door man, nope. They said that we would have central AC, nope.ps: low water pressure as well.I strongly suggest that you do not live here

Can only have heat or AC. My apartment is 86+ degrees but they won’t turn on the AC in April.

They really care about the residents, and they have free events to engage the tenants.
