Front office people always are so helpful and nice. They go out of their way to insure you are happy. Maintenance is great too. Haven’t had any major issues! Easily one of the top student living for WMU
Best student living in Kalamazoo. The maintenance and staff team go above and beyond to ensure residents are satisfied. It’s also a great safe location!
COLLEGE KIDS BEWARE! Bronco Club apartments was the worst experience! I wish i had read all the negative reviews before leasing an apartment with them. Plan on them keeping the security deposit plus more and dont expect explanations. Even with documenting issues the management team continually doesnt respond. AWFUL. ANY OTHER APARTMENT IS BETTER.
Ive lived in 3 different locations in Bronco Club and each one was great! The 2-3 bedroom homes are very spacious and you dont ever feel like youre living on top of your roommates. The main office guys and gals are very sweet and are always able to give a quick resolution to any problem you may run into. Maintenance is always timely and efficient, and overall the maintenance members are very friendly and respectful! I would recommend living here if you are a first time apartment hunter, as the townhome set up is so much better than a single floor apartment. As long as you take care of your space, The Bronco Club will take care of you!
The bronco club is a great place to rent at. I have been here for 4 years and another to come. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The manager and especially assistant manager have gone above and beyond to make staying here a great experience. I highly recommend the Bronco Club and wouldnt go anywhere else
I have lived in three different apartment complexes during my time at WMU and the apartments themselves are spacious and one of the better options in the Kalamazoo area. Maintenance was also fairly responsive given that we had various issues with the dishwasher, hot water, heat, and pretty much every other appliance you can think of. While all of these were inconvenient they were taken care of in a (somewhat) timely manner and were resolved by the staff. I had a very pleasant experience living here for the most part and would have probably recommended this to other students if it werent for such a miserable move-out process. The main problem my two roommates and I have had to deal with is the predatory nature of the move-out charges and charging residents for normal wear and tear on the apartment. I was charged over $1200 initially including $975 for a full-unit paint, and various additional fees for an apartment that was left in very reasonable and clean condition. While the paint charge was an error and corrected to the same amount as my other two roommates, it took over three weeks to correct this. I was also charged $100 for two small holes put in the wall to hang curtains, which you will be told you are allowed to do when touring. Not only were these posted to my account with no notification or contact, besides a letter in the mail weeks later, but Bronco Club blatantly avoided our various attempts to contact them claiming that they were busy with move-ins and refused to speak with us on the phone. After 4 phone calls, 4-5 emails, and complying with all of the ridiculous criteria to speak with someone, (ex: they refused to speak with us on the phone and would not respond to our emails unless it was titled a certain way.) We still ended up getting charged about $600 among the three of us for paint which we had to bear the cost of.Unless you enjoy going through the extra effort to get a pre-move out inspection, are feeling charitable and would like to help Bronco Club save on maintenance costs, and dont mind having management nickel and dime you for everything they need taken care of, I would recommend looking elsewhere for housing in Kalamazoo. There are much better places out there that do not have such a ridiculous move out process.
Office staff is lovely to work with, pets are enthusiastically allowed to visit the office :) and there is always a parking spot available to me. i appreciate the engagement attempts and small events with perks and prizes
Great place to live, maintenance was always on top of everything, and the office always has contests to win free stuff!
Besides being a dangerous place to live, the customer service is terrible! If you question why you aren’t getting your deposit back, they don’t return calls or emails and their mailbox is so full with most likely complaints that you can’t leave a message.
Avoid this place. There are many other area options that are much, much better at similar cost.
Great value for what you get. The apartments are clean and maintenance is swift in fixing problems. Everyone in the office is professional and very helpful truly have enjoyed loving here.
I love living here at the bronco club! The property is very nice, well taken care of, and easy to call home. I especially enjoy all of the offered facilities like the gym, office center, and the pool in the summer time. The office staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.
I really like Bronco Club. The property is fairly kept clean (after the ruckus weekend parties). The gym, pool and hot tub are great. Never used the tanning bed, but if that is your thing they got it. In unit laundry is a wonderful thing!
The Bronco Club is an amazing place to live! I have been living here for two years and I love it so much! It is so close to campus and so many other things which makes it a very convenient place to live! The staff is so always so helpful! Theyre so welcoming and kind! It truly is a great place to live!
I love living at the Bronco Club! The townhomes are perfect for college students, amenities are great, location is perfect, and I never feel unsafe living here. The staff is also SO friendly and will get to know you by name. I have really enjoyed my time living at Bronco Club. Highly recommend!!
I’ve had a wonderful experience with the Bronco Club! They were so helpful when I needed to move in super fast, and matched me and my dog with awesome roommates. The amenities are great, maintenance is done quickly and the girls in the office are beyond helpful and friendly! I’m so relieved to find a pet friendly complex so close to Western.
Terrible! This place was not clean, everything was old. My son lived there for a year, we paid over and above security deposit, renewed then when he was moving out after another year we were charged for the same thing we had already paid for. I had pictures, the exact pictures that were originally sent were sent again of damages, we refused to pay, now in collections, I am going to court.
I have lived in bronco club for 2+ years. I have had an amazing experience. All of the staff in the office and maintence are so friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend anyone to live here!
The staff at the bronco club is so amazing!I toured here and they were so nice, i love the pool and the dog park. The Bronco club is in such a great location
This is my first year living in The Bronco Club and so far I have not ONE complaint. Moving into the apartment and signing the lease was as easy as it can get. The bronco club offers such amazing amenities like the pool, hot tub, weight room, and tanning bed. I have used every single one so far and all them fit the right expectation. I couldn’t be more happy calling the bronco club my home.
Nice place, great location. Fairly priced and staff is on their game if you have any issues.
Great environment to be in. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. The townhomes are really nice and give off the home vibe. Also the amenities are amazing. Definitely would recommend
This is my first year living at The Bronco Club and everything has been perfect so far. Every technical problem got fixed days after moving in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the closeness to campus and accessibility to four different bus routes is a plus.
Shelby is an amazing representative and super helpful and kind with every person she talks to! Ive considered moving here based on my experience with her alone! This is a wonderful establishment and I cant give them enough praise!
Staff is so great to communicate with, always happy and very loyal to customers. I really do appreciate the service!
I love living here. It’s such a convenient location and the people are all really nice and friendly. My neighbors and the people at the office make living here a much better experience!
Bronco Club has such amazing staff! They are kind and friendly and do their best to work with your needs.
Bronco Club is a great place for WMU students to live. After looking at several places with my daughter, we decided on the Bronco Club due to its convenient location to WMU, spacious town homes, and fair pricing.Move-in day was organized and hassle free. She has not had any maintenance problems and feels safe in the well lit parking lot. I would highly recommend living at The Bronco Club.
Sofia, Shelby & Matti are amazing leasing agents shout out to them for making bronco an awesome place to live ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Recently toured with my friend since we will be attending WMU next year. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Hopefully we will be calling The Bronco Club our new home in the Fall!
Hello, i like living at the bronco club because the staff is amazing. they are very kind and friendly towards my family, making us feel really welcomed. They are respectful towars others privacy and embrace cultraul diversity. tehy always choose to engage in lovely conversation letting people know they are not alone.
Decent place for a student. Cool that they have a pool, that is the spot during the summer.
Bronco Club is definitely geared towards a college student environment. Lots of rules that are never upheld and they will take every opportunity to get all of your money. Buyer beware on the security deposit. They will charge you for repainting, every little scratch and even if you leave 3M strips on the wall; they will charge for it. I wouldnt recommend this place to any college student trying to make ends meet. Go elsewhere!!
Great people!! The place is always so well kept and has a great community! Well deserved 5 stars
This place is great!! The leasing agents were incredibly helpful and made everything so easy, shout out to Shelby! Thanks for everything!
Staff are amazing, apartment is nice and affordable. I really liked it!
I loved living at the Bronco Club! The people were nice, always thinking of us with giveaways in the office, The one maintenance guy (the bald one... I can’t remember his name) was awesome and always took care of our stuff. A new manager took over and seemed pretty cool! Kelsey in the office was always helpful too and knew me by name. I’d recommend living here to anyone! Clean, roomy & great prices!
Great place, the staff are super friendly and always willing to help when something goes wrong! Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a temporary place.
Good location but didnt like the atmosphere. Staff was nice but seemed powerless when certain situations arose. There are better options in the area but if you are looking for a student environment then this is a reasonable choice.
Many horrible experiences living here and moving out. When moving out, the items you are charged for will NOT match the lease agreement. The workers randomly decide when they want to respond to emails/phone calls. I would not recommend living here to anybody.EDIT: They told me to reach out, so I reached out and still have no heard anything. Very horrible customer service!
Not a great experience. My daughter lived here her sophomore year at WMU. From day one before she even moved in, we had trouble with their online payment system, and were charged fees we shouldnt have been charged. It was all eventually corrected, but it took months and months and I was starting to lose faith, especially after they had some sort of glitch in their system that charged additional fees for things it wasnt supposed to charge for.... My daughters townhouse was broken into and robbed in early September, and a police report was made. (Side note: DO NOT choose to live in a townhouse that has a more secluded backyard. Its too easy for break-ins to occur to walk-in basements. Choose a property that has neighbors in your backyard.) Her lanyard with keys were stolen, including her mailbox key. Bronco Club kindly said they would replace the key for free and have USPS out to rekey their mailbox. When my daughter moved out the following summer, those things still had not been done. She had to get her mail from her roommates all year, and they all hoped that whomever broke in and stole the key didnt come back to regularly steal their mail. At lease-end, Bronco club charged my daughter for the missing key. They kept the money out of her refunded security deposit. Also, be careful of your security deposit. They will send you a letter you have 7 days to respond to or you forfeit any money they claim for damages. But they wont speak to you if you call to discuss said damages, and if you send a letter the way they prefer, they either dont read it, or they issue your deposit check (less damages money) before the allotted 7 days to respond. Luckily my daughter wasnt charged much, or I would pursue this. But I think Bronco Club banks on college students doing exactly this - NOT pursuing small claims - so they can make an extra $10-$20 on every kid who passes through.
Worst company Ive ever dealt with financially. Sold a non-refundable insurance bond that might or might not pay out for a claim. Unreliable management to speak with, gross overcharging for late fee and alleged damage. Would NEVER recommend to anyone ever! Lost time, lost money, lost energy and too much aggravation. All 3 room mates had the same bad experience...
Great Location and great prices. Also, housing office worker are super helpful and very kind.
Best place to live! This is not the first campus apartments in kalamazoo I have lived at and I can say Bronco Club is for sure the winner. I had issues at my other apartment, I paid more there, the leasing office was not friendly at all, huge parties and crime happened right around my old building and I don’t ever hear of anything happening at bronco club. Super friendly employees, always willing to help, and not a lot of noise. If you are looking for a friendly environment, decent prices, and close to campus, stop looking and live at Bronco Club!
Great service and reasonable pricing. Plenty of activities to enjoy whether its taking a dip in the community pool or getting a lift in at their clubhouse gym. The town homes are spacious and remain tidy if you care enough to clean it.
I have toured and since applied at The Bronco Club as the Leasing girl was so helpful and kind! Unlike touring other places, this one was unique and cared about me! The manager even came out to introduce herself and answer any questions I had. A maintenance man passed through as I was leaving and held the door for me and even asked about my experience.. Brad I think. Super place, super people!
I lived in Bronco Club for two years (moved out during COVID-19). For the price we payed for a 3 bed, 2 bath, and having a wide open basement, the space was extremely nice. It had a house feel to it, which made my roommates and I extremely excited to live here. Maintenance was great - over the 2 years I lived here we would file work orders for washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and they would be taken care of in a prompt manner- needless to say, the appliances could be improved - even the hot water tank (checked in 2017), gave us nothing but cold water for extended periods of time. Even with these issues, the maintenance team was always on top of it.Our main problem was moving out. Moving out was one of the worst experience that we have had. It took more than 4 emails, and 4 phone calls just to get a response to some outregeous move out charges. There were inconsistencies on charges that were supposed to be split 3 ways, but were not accurate. When we were finally able to hear back, they admitted there were mistakes amongst the 3 of our individual move out charges, that were split charges among the 3 of us (supposed to be evenly). Even after the correction, the nickel and diming from us recent college students was unbelievable. The normal wear and tear of paint (as a wall has to be painted every so often, and every year before someone moves in) - this charge was left up to us - almost $600. If there was an explanation up front when reaching out this would have gone better. But after the numerous phone calls and emails, that spanned about a month and a half, we were not pleased. If you have seen them offering visa gift cards, and discounts on rent….they are hurting for people to move in! Don’t fall for the trap! All in all, if youre looking for yes, a spacious place, but with management that could be improved, semi-non-reliable appliances, and the opportunity to get blindsided by move out charges- then this is the perfect place for you.
Have lived at the Bronco Club for 6 months now, and I couldn’t be happier. The Bronco Club has a very affordable rate, close to Western Michigan University, and great amenities. The townhomes are big which makes you feel like you are at home. Very friendly staff, and always willing to help!
One of the best to stay at in the kalamazoo area!
I have greatly enjoyed my stay here at Bronco Club. It is the perfect distance from campus where I can decide if I want to walk to class or ride the bus. The large, townhouse style of apartments is awesome because it makes it feel like living in a house while having an college apartment atmosphere.
I’m reviewing this prior to move out check results coming in so it’s not skewed if I’m somehow hit with ridiculous charges and cleaning fees but **will update in event i get hit with random fees and charges or things that i suddenly need to pay for.**I’m going to break this review into 3 parts: The management/repairs, the actual living space, and the community and complex.1. From all my interactions with management they have been great, nice and responsive. I was helped get a place quickly (i moved to Kalamazoo from out west with only a couple days to find a place) and set me up. My questions were answered and hopefully my last interaction dealing with move out process will hold true (i was told since i was the only one moving out they wouldn’t make me clean up after all the messy roommates still living there and just check my bedroom and personal bathroom) As far as work orders and maintenance this was slightly less great, multiple roommates reported fixes and bug issues which never appeared to be fixed or addressed. I even put a work order in one night for carpenter ants coming up to the top floor and it was resolved in the morning with no action taken and no follow up. Also I’d check if you have an after hours emergency the number i had didn’t work and there didn’t appear anyway to get help.2. The actual living space was spacious, kitchen a tad small for a place that has 5 rooms but everything worked fine. I had a top floor master bedroom with a half bath furnished and my only complaint would be the toilets seemed to need to be flushed twice due to weak water pressure (luckily you don’t pay for water). I felt it was a good deal $445 with furnishings at the time good lighting, and i didn’t hear the neighbors much minus the constant smell of weed leaking in and permeating the main floor and my room. For my room size, utilities and amenities as well as location to campus(if you’re a student) I can’t complain.3. The residents and community is where i took most issue. I was new to the area and unaware the complex is right off frat row and Western is a party school. Make sure you have proper expectations if moving here. Many nights loud partners and inebriated people will be driving screaming and making noise outside your place loud cars and music thumping in parking lots until 2am. Neighbors behind our building frequently threw beers off their deck, fireworks at neighboring buildings, and our house even got egged (and I nor my roommates weren’t linked to these people) The amenities are nice but you can expect to find cigarette buds, ecigs, bottles and cans strewn about the pool and hot tub in the evening impacting residents use. My main reason for moving however was due to messy and inconsiderate roommates which i can’t blame Bronco club for (though i wouldn’t take too much stock in the roommate pairing since i said i was clean and would prefer no smoking and got really a messy roommate and smoke coming through the vents regularly). There is a community rewards program that promotes advertising and rewards people for posting reviews (though it doesn’t say they have to be good) so keep that in mind. If you’re a party person looking for decent prices and location to campus and know your roommates this may be the place for you. The place is only as good as the worst roommate, so if you can, pick wisely cuz i couldn’t. Hope this helps!
Office staff are very friendly and approachable. There are always activities going on that allow you to meet fellow residents. Although it isnt the newest complex, the location is very convenient.
Not impressed. Read the bad reviews. Also note that all the good reviews were posted 4 months ago and none of the accounts can be verified (they all have 1 contribution).
This is going to be my third year living in the bronco club and I am also a student, I think bronco club is the best living near campus for students because it feels safe and homey has a pool all the staff are very helpful and nice, especially Kelsey in the office she has been so helpful to me and my family from the start, I would definitely recommend the bronco club as your first choice !
Ive lived here for 3 years and havent had any issues. The office staff, angel and Kelsey are always happy to see me and super helpful. Its also nice that when I come into the office they know me by name. Would love to stay longer but the prices consistently go up even if you resign. Lower your rates and this becomes the number 1 place to live in my opinion
Im giving Bronco Club one star for its staff, who seem professional. Otherwise, I regret that my son, a WMU student, chose to live here. They dont provide a stick of furniture, so we had to buy everything, from bowls to beds to couches. If youre up on the second floor, there is no fire escape, something the complex avoids by calling itself a townhouse complex rather than an apartment complex (that came from the Kalamazoo fire marshal). The final straw was when they towed my sons car very early in the morning because he wasnt parked in a guest space. This is during the Covid pandemic when most students werent there and the parking lot was essentially empty. Never mind the $150 it cost him to get it out of the pound, but he had to find a ride to the place - during the Covid pandemic. When I called the Bronco Club to complain, I got one of those bland We apologize, but ... responses. I cant wait to move out of the place.
Ive been living in The Bronco Club for not quite a full year now and Im very happy with it. The staff here has been very friendly and inviting, especially Megan. When we were in the process of signing our leases, we had some difficulty obtaining the proper unit, however Megan was very helpful and eased the stress on both myself, my roommates and our parents. We ended up in the Ranch style homes which are very spacious. We love the large basement and its perfect for 3 roommates and our kitten. The Bronco Club is always very efficient and makes sure to update you on everything. Their email blasts and voicemail reminders for rent are really helpful. Their newly updated office, pool and workout facility are just some of the great amenities. Its very affordable to live here, especially if you choose to put another roommate in the basement. I would recommend living here to any of my friends who are trying to find a place for 2 or 3 people to live. Its the perfect amount of space, and still not too far from campus.
Super loud (fireworks) during late juneHad loud neighbors (music)During covid i wonder how loud it is during fallDirty roommates (past neighbors didnt clean at all i feel like)Just not a good environmentI would pay more money to live in a better placeMy lease ends mid july and im excited to get out of hereLeasing people were nice atleastSigning the lease was super simple without any problems
The Bronco Club has been a spectacular place to live. They offer 2 or 3 bedroom town homes, where the basement is not finished but has a laundry/dryer unit. I have had a great experience here at the Bronco Club. The location is perfect for social events, as well as only a short 30 min walk to campus; or there is a bus station at the front of Bronco Club. In the summer, the pool/hot tub is the place to be. There is a beach volleyball court and the landscape around the pool is gorgeous! The employees are always here to help no matter what the situation. There is an emergency contact if there happens to be an emergency. So, if your a friendly person and want to live in an astonishing community, I would suggest to come live in the Bronco Club.
Being close to campus is awesome. Finding a safe community is even better. Having the biggest and nicest room out of all my friends makes them want to come to bronco club. Their friendly and cool, Ill be resigning till I graduate. Thanks BC
Living at The Bronco Club has been a great experience! The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is awesome, they can fix anything and they do it as soon as possible. The weight room is brand new and is very nice. The pool is nice as well. I have never had any problems living here and I will be living here for a second year. overall The Bronco Club is a great place to live.
The staff is friendly, nice location.
I have loved living at the Bronco Club this year. Its close enough to walk to campus, and a short distance from cool bars and restaurants. The clubhouse was extremely convenient, the gym area is amazing and is never packed like the rec is! The pool is also awesome and has really nice chairs and setup. My favorite thing about living at the Bronco Club is that being in a town home actually feels like a house... I have a basement with my washer and dryer, a cozy living room, and then upstairs my bedroom is huge. Bronco Club has probably some of the largest bedrooms Ive seen out of many apartments that Ive looked at in the area. Having a back yard area with a private porch is also very nice. Id say definitely check this place out
Bronco Club has failed to provide needed information about the upcoming change in rent payment plans. I have never been late to pay rent and have always complied with any task needed to set up automatic payments. My father, not I the person who pays each month, received an email from Bronco Club that the rent payment process was changing only days prior to the rent due date. I never received this message. I looked through my email and my junk mail, nothing. Bronco Club said that they also sent a letter to my address that contained a letter about the upcoming change. I never received this either. Bronco Club blamed this fault not on themselves but on my room mates that must not have cared about this information or accidentally thrown it away. I live with one other girl, my best friend who like I was shocked when she heard the news. We are both hard working college students that work to make ends meet each month. I now have to re setup my online account, and not only pay this months rent but also pay a 75$ late fee. I have no words for my experience today, and for the lack of caring that was felt by the secretaries inside the Bronco Club office. I;m considering moving and wouldnt recommend this apartment complex to any incoming students.
Bronco club office members were quick to be rude and inconsiderate when facing a problem. Customer service was not their top priority, their top priority was to fee and receive. If you want your pockets emptied and poor service, bronco club is your place to be .
I have been living at the bronco club for a half year now. This is the only place out of many that stood out to me and my sister when we were looking for places to live. They have a fabulous rec area which we make use of very frequently and the pool is a great place to go in the summer! The apartment is VERY spacious with a huge basement, huge living room, and big bedrooms. The maintenance is very speedy and helpful when you need them. Very nice, friendly staff. We have never had any noise issues and the location is fabulous.. a good walking distance to campus. Whenever I have friends over they are always astonished at how big the place is for just the 2 of us. I have and I would recommend this place to people who are looking for student housing!
While living here the staff was good. Countless turnover of people made it hard for the people after them to know what is going on. It also decreased the quality to what it has become now. I moved out in the beginning of August and still have not received my security deposit check back. After being told 30 days maximum it is now the end of October with no check in sight. I was told they are backed up, but no follow up from management. I was also charged for things that were put down on move in sheet that they completely ignored when moving out. They are very money hungry at this property trying to fix problems with a unit that happened well before you. They also like to raise rent yearly with no updates ever done to make the apartment better.
Love it!! First year in Bronco Club and I’ve felt as if people are always there when you need it! Great service and prices are great with the place you get!! I would recommend over any college apartments in Kalamazoo
This is a great place to live. The condos are very nice. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Whenever something is on the fritz I can put in a maintenance request, and theyre here to fix it within the day. Theres a brand new gym thats available 24 hours a day. Ive been extremely happy living here.
I moved into Bronco Club when I transferred to Western Michigan in fall of 2013. I searched around for awhile before settling here. It was the right choice by far. Every apartment complex will have its ups and downs, but with bronco club the ups far outweigh the downs. The only bad thing I can really come up with is parking can be scarce at times especially in the winter. Other than that, it has a very home-like atmosphere, friendly owners, great maintenance crew, and the apartments are awesome. I currently live in one of the 3 bedroom ranches with two of my buddies who also go to western and we love it. No complaints really. Washer and drying are in the basement, big rooms, nice bathrooms and all for a great price. I really couldnt ask for more when it comes to an apartment that is so close to campus. We renewed our lease we love it here so much.
Great community to live in during college! Everyone in the office is quick to answer emails and provide any assistance they can because they really care about their residents. I would recommend this place to anybody.
Love living at bronco club. I love how spacious they are, the maintenance are super fast and the office staff is really nice
The bronco club is one of the best student housing complexes in Kalamazoo! First of all, every room in the townhouse is huge and everything is updated. This was our first time living in a townhouse and we were nervous about being able to hear our neighbors, but we havent been able to hear them and they havent been able to hear us or our dog. We looked at many places to live in Kalamazoo but nothing compared to the bronco club. Overall, I am really glad that we live here. We are close to campus, we can have our puppy, we have a large comfortable place to stay, and we have access to a great pool and gym!
I loved living at bronco club. Maintenance staff was awesome and always fixed everything really quickly. The staff dropped off Halloween candy to our door in the fall. Nice and clean clubhouse and pool. Angel was very helpful and friendly every time in the office. They also do fun giveaways on instagram for residents
Loving my first year at bronco club!!!! Super friendly staff and great prices 👍🏽👍🏽 I always have a good time going into the office. Everyone is extremely helpful and make sure you have everything you neeed!
Angel who works in the office and I cant remember her name but the other lady working in the office is extremely nice. The men working for maintenance are so nice and proficient. But this place is a PIT. Our AC never works, our fridge is covered in rust and I mean this is rusty, my bath tub never drains...our dryer does not dry clothes and our dish washer does not work. We dont have screens over our windows or sliding doors. My bedroom does not have heat in the winter or ac in th summer. I had to buy both a heater and a personal ac unit . Not to mention my bedroom door doesnt lock or have a ceiling light. I feel as if Im living in 1904. The front door of my apartment does not stay shut and can not open. It has gaping holes which I have complained about. Our sliding door has no screen and has gaping holes which allows for many many many bugs to enter. Our front window has no screen as well as our living room. Mine and my new roommates windows do not stay open which would be nice considering our ac doesnt work. In the fall you better consider stink bugs your new roommate cause they are everywhere and Im not joking. I also had a huge bee hive outside of my place for a month before anyone got it fixed. Hot tub doesnt work stove doesnt work either. Called about it many times. My own bed room doesnt even have a working vent. A vent. My room was 29 degrees colder that the rest of the apartment during the winter. The carpet is nasty and old. The tops of the cabinets had 4 inches of dust when I moved in now its up to 12. If you put a tack in the wall expect a 4 inch hole because the walls are made of drywall. There is nothing holding this place together and Im surprised it hasnt blown over to the ground. My deck looks as if it will collapse at any moment and the wood flooring is peeling off the ground as we speak.
I love bronco club! The ladies at the front desk are amazing. There are amazing ammennities like the pool, hot tub, tanning, gym, volleyball court, and its just a short bus ride to campus. And.. There arent any parties so its quiet.
I love living here! It is a very nice community with a lot of perks, including a pool, hot tub, and a place to work out. I already renewed my lease for next year.
Great place to live for college students!! They have really great staff that are super friendly & helpful! I would definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for somewhere off campus.
Bronco club is the best! Ive lived here for two years now and its been nothing great!! Great location, close walk to campus, the best snacks, and of course the staff! Seriously, the leasing agent Angel is the best!! Highly recommend living here!
So far Ive only been living at bronco club for a little over a month now. Compared to last years apartment, Ive enjoyed my current living situation significantly more. Not only do I not need to worry about breakfast every morning, but I also have easy access to other amentities such as a gym, pool, and hot tub. I also enjoy the neighborhood setting that is here at bronco club. It makes me feel more at home and reduces the worries that I have in terms of privacy and safety. I definitely plan on re-leasing for next year.
The Bronco Club has been the best of my living experiences in Kalamazoo. They dont feel like student apartments, they feel like actual homes. Not only that, but its a very quiet place to live. They are a great deal for the price, especially for how close they are to campus. Another great attribute is that Metro Transit picks up right in front of Bronco Club. Bronco Club also has a pool and a fitness center! If I wasnt graduating in the summer, I would definitely re-new my lease with them. I highly recommend living here for those who are in search of a place next year!
The Bronco Club has been a great place to live! The rooms are spacious, as well as the whole apartment. The sidewalks and roads are always plowed in the winter making walking much easier. Bonus- if you get stuck the plowing guy will be kind enough to pull you out! The office staff is always cheerful and willing to help. Maintenance is friendly and usually comes very quickly. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment has been amazing! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent close to WMUs campus! :)
The staff at Bronco Club is extremely helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is on top of things and getting everything done as quickly as possible. There are so many great things about Bronco Club including a great location, lots of amenities, and friendly neighbors all around.
Bronco club rocks! I have lived there for 3 years now and my experience has been nothing but great. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and there is free snacks and coffee for the residents in the leasing office! Highly suggest living here!
Absolutely love the bronco club! The staff and employees are so nice! The best parts of living here are access to the pool, free tanning, great location, and amazing community! This is a great place to live!
The Bronco Club is a great place to live! The management is very friendly and attentive to any issues that I have come across the two years I have resided here. I love the convenience of the amenities, especially the gym and pool! The newly renovated town homes are beautiful and make it feel like a real home :)
This is my daughters first year living at Bronco Club and I have to say I am completely disappointed with everything Ive seen and heard. The ladies in the office are completely unprofessional, inappropriate and rude. I was completely disturbed when I heard the type of language they use in the leasing office and towards residents/staff, but I was more disturbed when I was told by my daughter and her roommates that the assistant manager; Kelsey has an inappropriate relationships with several male residents. I do NOT suggest anyones children living here, Id prefer my children to live in a safe, trusted environment where the leasing office is completely professional, respectful individuals and arent involved in sexual relationships with their residents. Very, very disappointing.
I have been a resident of Bronco Club since August of 2016. The ladies that work in the office have always been there to help me every step of the way and was there to help answer any question I had about my apartment. To say the least, the residents and workers at Bronco Club are amazing, and I would highly recommend living here.
Staying here at the Bronco Club for 4 years has been a great experience so far. This is the first apartment complex that i have stayed in and its close to campus and close to all of the local bars around. The staff from the Bronco club is amazing and help out the best they can do. I appreciate living here and will think about living here another year. Thanks for all that youve done Bronco Club.
Great place to live! Amazing staff, maintenance crew, work out center and pool! Would definitely reccomend to anyone. Just be careful about guest parking.
Best student living with great staff !! I love it here they’re awesome !
Been here for two years and have liked it hear the whole time. Even when there is an issue with the apartment the staff is able to help very quickly. All of the office workers are great too
DO NOT LIVE HERE!YOU WILL LOSE AN ARM AND A LEG FROM MOVE OUT.They make money from you leaving not living there.I moved out of bronco club a few months ago leaving an immaculate apartment. It was in good condition other than the two very small discoloration spots where I sat at my desk. I made sure. Bronco club insists that I ruined the carpet and charged me (and my two roommates $675 each to replace a 10 by 20 size room with new carpet. They chose not to clean it, it would have been easy with a water vac. They only want your money and they are greedy. They just wanted us to pay for the new style carpet. If they charged me $675 for an otherwise perfect apartment I want you to think of what they do to people who don’t line so neat.
The Bronco Club staff are very friendly and helpful. It was renovated as of last year and they are really nice apartments with new counter tops, cabinets, carpet and flooring. It feels like home and is close to campus without paying like youre living close to campus. The pool and workout area are great. Worth a visit if youre looking to rent.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice area to live very close to campus. Has everything you could want from a swimming pool to volleyball courts. Definitely recommend living here!
Overall a step up from living in Campus court in terms of quiet. The management is very friendly and always happy to help, also the maintenance people come relatively quickly if you have any issues with your apartment. The only thing I can think of changing would be the parking situation I usually work or have class until late at night and rarely is there an open space in my complex so I have to park a complex or two over.
I have had a great experience living in the Bronco Club. The facilities/appliances, are up to date and maintained very well. The maintenance service is very quick to fix any problems, which are very rare. Bronco Club has many other great aspects, such as a pool, beach volleyball court, and fitness center. Living in the Bronco Club is a great time, and I plan on releasing for next year!
Love living in bronco club!! Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Definitely would recommend living here for any college students.
Happy with the setup here at bronco club. Places are very nice and clean. The office is convinient with a study area, printer, weight room, snacks, and drinks everyday. Angel and staff are very helpful and personable. Overall great spot.
