I have lived here for 2 1/2 years now. I dont think any place is perfect but Madeira tries and i have always been happy living here. The grounds are beautiful and the staff always make sure to keep it well manicured and cared for. If theres trash, its from other residents who dont properly dispose of it, but the next day, the staff is picking it up and making sure the place looks good. They are always improving it. They just installed new carpet in some buildings and fixed sidewalks and such that needed it. They recently redid the courtyard and its so nice! Sure there could be some updates made to cabinets, or such. But overall, i think its a great place to live. They allow pets and ive never had any issue with other pets in all the buildings, mine have become friends with many of them. You get a balcony or patio which is added space, and it requires a code to get into your building which is added security. And maintenance is always pretty fast to fix any issue that arises. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Lived here for almost two years. When we moved in, the conditions of the apartment were not great. Tiny holes in the walls and doors, under the kitchen sink was not cleaned and was very sticky and gross. The freezer was leaking into the fridge causing puddles in the bottom drawers of the fridge and ruining the food we had in there. We had to submit 3 separate maintenance requests for them to finally fix the issue.Both mine and my fiancé’s cars were broken into in a matter of 2 months. Front office “could not do anything” and stated that they were working on updating the outside lighting. Which we lived there for an additional 4 months since that was said and no outside lights were updated in that time frame. Also upset with the fact that when we moved out we did not receive our security deposit back and had to pay additional money for them to change the carpet. The condition of the apartment was no worse than when we moved in. Highly upset.

Great location, very quiet, neighbors are nice and helpful. Maintenance and Management is alway helpful and nice never had a problem with them. All in all great place to live.

Have no complaints or any problems after living here for a year. Staff is always friendly. Maintenance is available 24/7 and lives on site. Rent is very affordable. Neighbors are nice.
