As a resident of one of Peregrines downtown lofts, I can attest to the companys attention to detail in the construction of their spaces as well as their hospitality and customer service. I enjoy simultaneously being in the center of the downtown district and amenities and having a well-appointed, quiet space to call home. With features and a view like this, I get many compliments on my loft.

Peregrines spaces are beautiful and well-maintained. The locations in downtown Kalamazoo are close to everything and the staff is a pleasure to work with!

The owners and staff are absolutely fantastic! The apartments are done beautifully and any maintenance issue is addressed quickly. The owners have put a lot of effort in revitalizing this area and should be commended.
