I’m so happy I chose Clayborne Court Apartments. Prior to moving in, I told them I wanted an accent wall along with other custom painting done to my unit. They happily obliged with no additional cost. Any time I have a service request it’s promptly taken care of. Neighbors are super friendly (in fact this is the friendliest complex I’ve ever lived in), the community seems to be comprised of older working professionals or those who may be retired so I don’t have to deal with loud partiers, and above all the manager Doug is always available. Several nights ago I was locked out in the freezing cold. All locksmiths were closed and I had nowhere to go. I explained my situation to Doug and shortly afterwards our very kind maintenance personnel was able to let me in. On top of that the rent is very affordable. I highly recommend.

Consumers bill is ridiculously high! Heat and AC are electric. Its like using space heaters. I am aware of someone paying $275 a month in electric for a one bedroom apt!

Quiet. Nice neighbors. Nice and responsive management. Very sound-proof walls. Also, it is single story so there is no noise from people above you. I love it.

Doug is the most amazing landlord ever.

Ive lived here a few months now and is great! We have so much freedom to make the place our own!

This is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The maintenance team is awesome minor issues are almost always addressed the same day and emergencies are usually handled within an hour. The walls between units are double layered so there isnt much noise pollution. Snow removal is excellent and there is complimentary de-icer for the sidewalks and patios. There is plenty of grass for dog owners. All units have an attic and the on and two bedrooms have a laundry/storage room off of the kitchen. The would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been living here since the end of June 2015 and have found the staff and management a pleasure to deal with. They treat you as a friend the minute you show up and they address concerns immediately.

This place has the worst winter sidewalk maintenanc e I ever seen. The manager is nice, but tends to be very rude on occasion.
