Drop off a blower to fix the primer button on it. They kept it about a month, the mechanic appently was taking quess on how to fix it.The front desk rep was very nice spoke to the mechanic one time and I was very disappointed on the way he handled the situation.

I purchased a zero turn Cub Cadet mower from the store and was treated to some complimentary accessories and delivery the same day. GREAT experience! The next day, through my own fault, I managed to roll the mower on my property causing damage (with only 1 hour of actual use). The store promptly picked up the mower, got the repair parts ordered, and again made the entire experience a super positive, painless experience - in both service and repair price. Bottom line, I cant thank them enough for the service and support - both during and after the sale. Needless to say, I highly recommend them - and simultaneously hope to not repeat my need for service!
