Went to the Peoria location. Alexa was awesome! Great young lady with a super friendly demeanor, made me feel very comfortable. I usually get plenty of small bumps after waxing but sugar wax really seemed to make a difference with very little irritation. I highly recommend Sugar Me Wax and Alexa!

Brazilian wax and the young lady that did it was Great I would love for her to do my waxing every time.. The only thing i was displeased with I used. Credit card over the phone and was told that it was taken care of but after the service was rendered I had to pay and I didnt even get the credit amount arm I have a copy of where it stays still should have been 16 but I was charged 19 that was the only

Alexis is excellent and at first I was going to the North Scottsdale location and saw Ms. Lavender (loved her name btw) but it was a long drive to that location. Thats why I ended up at the Peoria location and Im glad I did! Although I was nervous Alexis is super easy to talk to and is excellent at her job! It was quick, it was like catching up with a really good friend! I definitely book all my services with Alexis!!

For whatever reason you can only book appointments by text, which per their automated system is supposed to be faster. Its been 45 minutes now that I’ve been texting and still have not secured an appointment. I live a busy life so this doesn’t work for me. Wish i can rate based on the actual service but doesn’t look like I’ll be doing business here.

Sugar Me Wax does a fantastic job! I’d never done sugaring before and the staff made sure I was comfortable and it went by so quick! I would highly suggest Sugar Me Wax! Their services are quick and clean and it does not hurt as bad as everyone says… 5 stars all around!

I think the whole location + vibe is super cute to begin with, and I will acknowledge I was 3 minutes late. It was my first time + I was running around the building trying to find the exact room.I really wanted to enjoy this experience, but I couldnt. When I got there I had asked the lady to give me a certain type of wax, and instead got a full Brazilian. I get waxed pretty often, and Im used to the pain. But this wax was the most painful one Ive gotten in my entire life, and actually at one point I had to wipe a few tears off my cheek. I think I was in and out of the wax in 20 minutes, and left in a lot of pain. For 48 hours after the wax, the entire air was swollen + raised, after about 4 hours I started to get lots of little white head looking things, and its ended up leaving the whole air looking like I have chicken pox or something haha. When I looked closer when swelling finally went down there was still a lot of hair left throughout the entire wax, and there was no effort put into getting them out in the studio.I will be honest that the lady waxing me was pretty nice + talkative, but I just felt extremely rushed, and just wish more effort had put into the session. I probably wont be back, but Im hoping this was just an off day, as they have so many great reviews.

I got my first Brazilian and under arms wax in years with Kailey. She was super friendly and we started the appointment right on time. I decided to start with my pits and it was a breeze (3/10 pain)! She left them spot free. After I expressed that a competitor didn’t do quality work and left me with so much left over hair that it discouraged me from Brazilians, I really thought enduring the pain wouldn’t be worth it again and ultimately a coworker referred me. None the less, Kailey assured me that she’d just about seen and waxed it all and that even though time slots are 15 minutes that she always takes her time to ensure she gets most, if not all of the hair. In addition, she educated me on different stages of hair growth, the importance of exfoliating to prevent ingrown, and why regular up keep make Brazilians a breeze! Honestly, she left me smooth ready to slip into my new bikinis, and not to mention my boyfriend loved it!I was genuinely impressed with my visit that I signed up for the wax club they offer and already have my next appointment. (To schedule is super easy and sometimes they can get you in same day!) If you haven’t already check them out y’all!(Lastly, I gave sugar me wax a 4 star, due to another esthetician’s unprofessionalism with a different coworker I referred over, and the disappointment of service with me at my very FIRST appointment at sugar me wax. I got a brow + tint and I was at first skeptical because I haven’t had anyone touch my brows for over 3 years due to carelessness of other places) To start, she wasn’t very talkative, which kinda made me feel unwelcome and made it a bit awkward. Overall, I felt she did not take into account the shape of either of our brows and general steps to ensure brows were even. I say this in the nicest way possible, she left one brow thicker then the other for me and took out all the growth I worked to even my brows shape and she made one of my coworkers brow thinner than the other. I’ll definitely skip the brow wax and just find a thread place that is willing to take the time to measure both brows to your face and shape them to be A1. She was very rude to my coworker when she openly expressed her disappointment and she rushed her out without giving her the opportunity to put her underwear after her Brazilian wax (a service she also received a long with her brow wax), I’ve encouraged her to post her own review of her experience)Thanks 🙏

Alexis did my sugaring/hard wax Brazilian service and she is AMAZING. She is the sweetest girl and makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed. The waxing hurts at first but you get used to it and after awhile, once you’ve relaxed, it hardly hurts anymore. I defiantly recommend getting a Brazilian or any other wax services, especially with Alexis!

My first time ever getting a wax and went straight for the Brazilian. This was my first time ever getting a wax so I did not know what to really expect outside of a little online research. One of my good friends recommended sugar me wax so I tried it out. I can say that I felt very welcomed and Alexis made me feel safe and confident during the entire wax. She outlined what to expect, was quick, and talked to me the entire time. I ended up getting a membership and I am excited to get a Brazilian every four weeks!

This is the first time that I have waxed before and I had such a pleasant experience that I will definitely be coming back. The lady that had helped me was Daysi and she had made me feel very comfortable and had made me not stress as much as I originally was. It was not as painful as I thought it would be and I’m glad that I had gone here.

This is the exact email I sent to this company to let them know how unhappy I was with my experience at their salon:Im actually very upset by the experience I had with sugaring at your salon. I came in at 10am on Friday August 7th. From everything I read on your site it seemed that sugaring would be much better for my skin. Instead, for the first time ever, I have bruises and bleeding from getting a Brazilian done. I understand that skin can be sensitive - but I have been getting waxes, both soft and hard, for years, without these issues. It was incredibly painful during the sugaring, and for days following. It hurt to bend, sit, walk. I usually know exactly what to expect, and unfortunately this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I expected slightly more pain, since my last wax was in March, before Covid-19 put everyone into quarantine, but to have bleeding? And tough/rough patches that are normally soft? In doing some research it seems if you are not prone to bruising, it means a poor job was done by the esthetician. Im very disappointed, and the sugaring was not worth extra money over a wax since my skin is destroyed. It completely ruined my weekend plans, to say the least.Im emailing since your request was not to leave a review if not completely satisfied. Im not satisfied.In response, they asked for me to speak with their regional manager on the phone regarding the matter. I understand that it is good customer service to follow up with a phone call, however I was asked to discuss this information with a man and that just made me generally uncomfortable, so I said so in a follow up email, which they ignored completely. Everything about the situation was extremely uncomfortable and I was being asked to recount what was already clearly detailed in my email. One thing I should have mentioned is that the esthitician was also afraid that this was my first time and she just didnt have the patience to deal with a first timer - I wasnt a first timer to a brazillian. During the sugaring service she talked about other clients she had who would flinch in pain, but tell her to keep going despite the fact that she felt like she was butchering them - all incredibly uncomfortable for me. I felt her demeanor in general was friendly, but with everything combined, I would never visit her again, nor would I reccomend this franchise as they seemed to think a placating phone call would suffice. I dont even want money, I just wish they had responded sincerely and asked how they could change it in the future. #1 - make sure your esthicians are qualified. #2 - make sure their customer service and bedside manner is up to your companies standards. I hope this girl was reprimanded and that someone has observed her subsequent clients overall satisfaction. I hope the same experience is not had by another client.

This was my very first time at Sugar Me Wax and getting a Brazilian. So I was pretty nervous, not really knowing what to expect. My esthetician’s name was Dakota, and she was fabulous. I was a little intimidated at first about it all, her, the procedure, someone seeing my lady parts... but let me tell you... it was probably the most comfortable experience ever, aside from having your hairs ripped out of the follicles and you laying spread eagle with your parts exposed. Dakota made sure she talked me through it; reminding me to breathe when I needed to. She was very kind and extremely professional! I signed up for their membership right after she was done. There was no discomfort after, and today is the second day and there is no discomfort today. I highly recommend Sugar Me Wax and Dakota!!!

I have been going to European Wax Center for a bit and had some issues w/ them. Decided to try this place and got a Groupon for a Brazilian. I was a little hesitate given my experience with EWC. Kailey was my esthetician and she was great. Friendly, very informative in the differences with sugaring and waxing. I chose to stick with wax since I have great results with it. She did a fabulous job. At EWC I had a bit of hair left behind every time and I am completely smooth! No soreness either like with the prior place. I set an appt for a month out and will be getting their membership.
