I recently used the facility and was impressed with the quality of wash, vacuum with real suction power, and towels to wipe and clean your car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were not too busy so while I was wiping my car. One of the employee came and applied the tire shine without asking or charging extra. Now thats customer service. I ended up upgrading my single car was to monthly pass. Thomas (manager) was walking around and asking each customer if he can do anything to help.Keep us the good work.

Incredibly unprofessional. Had a concern with my vehicle and only received a random text message by someone who genuinely refused to state their title only that they were connected to the car wash. Their high pressure air caused damage on my vehicle in 2 spots simultaneously. Which you could assume from the responses on other feedback they said this was “my fault”. Sorry I don’t think my windshield gave out and my fin became defective and flew off in the same 30 seconds. Your onsite managers even confirmed the air pressure caused similar issues on their vehicles but couldn’t help me because it was up to “corporate”. I’ve emailed, called and entertained a random text and still can’t get someone to call me to explain.

This has been one of the better car washes I have been to. I was told it would be an hour and ten minutes before my car would be ready since I was having them clean the inside as well as going through the car wash. I was fine with that and let them do it. They had my car ready in about 45 minutes. The did a really good job on the inside of my car. My only complaint is they didnt put the items back they had moved. Other than that I would definitely use this car wash again.

Use to be one of the best car washes but feel the standards of service have been lowered. Vehicle always comes out still dirty and a lot of it has to do with the fact they only scrub vehicle prior to entering the car wash but they don’t pre-spray or rinse the dirt off they scrubbed so it pretty much keeps the brushes inside the actual car wash dirty.Once the car has exited the car wash you will find dirt smudges all over the car which then requires additional time of grabbing towels to clean off the mess which defeats the purposes of a car wash in my opinion. Had no towels in any bins so had to ask the manager for a towel below you will find the dirty rags from just wiping the windows and door sides of the vehicle.

Brought my car in very last minute a few weeks ago for an exterior and interior wash. They stayed after hours and did an amazing job. I couldnt have asked for any better or at a better price. They also play very good music in the waiting area. I just wish the waiting area had a better ac unit.Overall very thorough job and I will definitely be back.

We had ordered basic exterior and basic interior cleaning. There was a mix up in our favor and these guys cleaned the car for four hours because they thought we had all the premium packages. They charged us only for our originally intended cleaning and the car was spotless, like new. Best car wash experience ever!

Amazing service. Honest suggestions from the staff. Really quick interior cleaning. I did go at noon on a weekday, but still. Two ladies took care of that and there was a guy near the entrance who took care of charging me and honestly told me that with basic interior cleaning was enough for my car. Also, you get 5 day wash inssurance even if it doesn’t rain. So before the 5th day from when you had it cleaned you can go back again for free.

By far the best and well run local wash, hands down the best deal if you have multiple vehicles to have on one plan, vacuums are the bomb… probably better then our shark at home, towels and cleaner provided are the icing on top!

Went in for a quick wash recently, and it seems like they use less and less water every time, recently passed through and the hood of the car is still dirty along with the rear of the car, was hesitant to go through again, but when i use their drying towels it becomes dirty at an instant.. they do offer free vacuums and a 5 day clean car guarantee..

This place is a scam they mess up your car and then say You need to pay 140 to get service and they can fix it for you. Run Run as fast as you can !!!! Great detail service - my wifes car was a mess after a three day move and they made the car look brand new. Like many wives shes not a car enthusiast but when she seen her car cleaned so thoroughly she was overly happy. For thirty minutes she went on and on I had to finally confess the Dreamwash did the job..lol. I will be signing up for the monthly VIP service.

Disappointed that after paying $70 a month in membership fees they want to charge me $7 to spray my mats down. Thats insane. I didnt ask to scrub them just spray them down. I was informed that i would receive 15% off that since I was a member. I said well thats very poor customer service. I am picky and like my car cleaned a certain way which is why I dont do detailing there. So all I needed was to spray my mats down (which werent very dirty to begin with). I was informed that they were under new management because car wash almost shut down. Well with poor customer service it doesnt look very promising. They will be losing my $70 a month to someone who is willing to take care of their customers and appreciate them and their business.

I payed $145 for detail services & came out to water spots all over my vehicle, splatterd bugs still on the door handles(I payed for bug removal) & my wheels still had dust on them. They were not wiped off after the wash. Only tire dressing was put on. (I was told the wheels would be detailed as part of the services I purchased.)Im never critical of a car wash, but when I put money into detail services I kind of at least expect actual detail to be put into the work.The wax shine did help me uncover some hail damage so Im actually thankful for that. It did look very nice a few steps away.I wouldnt pay the premium for detail services here again but the car wash packages did look to be of good value.

Brought in my Telluride for a detail service. Some things werent perfect, but the team at Dreamwash went back and made it perfect. Now the vehicle is ready for Mothers Day. I was so pleased I bought the wash package, and will be taking our vehicle in regularly to keep the interior like new.Great work Dreamwash!

On March 12th I visited Dream wash and paid to have my car washed and cleaned on the inside. This was a $36.00 transaction. The service they provided me met expectations. My car hasn’t had anyone else inside of it other than myself. I had $150 worth of gift cards that I use for work purposes missing. Though I will never be able to prove it they were all stolen from me by the workers and I know what happened. This sucks because I thought this place was alright and convenient to where I live.

I love Dreamwash! This location is good- my favorite is the El Dorado location but that is purely because of proximity.The employees are efficient and friendly and do a great job while working.I love the monthly VIP program! It’s why I keep coming back!The vacuums work great, microfiber towels provided to wipe down after a wash, and with the platinum wash my tires always look gorgeous- deep black and shiny!After washing with the platinum wash my car is hydrophobic for days, with any rain or other water beading up and sliding off the car quickly.

They did not have the inside cleaning service I was looking for, but Norbato was really nice and helpful and gave me the service which I wanted. Great work by the cleaners too..

Their membership is overpriced. Having complimentary towels is only a nice feature if the towels aren’t disgusting.

None of the employees were wearing masks. I understand most of them are distanced from the customer, but they had a man working at the kiosk where you pay for the wash. He had no mask an leaned up to my window to offer to help me pay, even though I was waving him away as I can operate a touch screen pay system myself. I tried to contact the manager and politely ask him to have his employees wear masks if they’re going to be closer than 6 feet to a customer. The manager dismissed my concerns. I won’t be returning and I’d advise you to do the same. There are tons of car washes in the area and all the other ones I’ve been to take appropriate safety measures.Edited to add: I can’t reply to the message below. But of course I wasn’t wearing a mask alone in my car. If I had known I’d be in close contact with anyone, I would have happily donned a mask. I was operating the self-serve screen and not expecting someone without a mask to walk up to my window. What an idiotic thing to point out.

Very friendly. One time my car came out half washed, I spoke with manager and he right away asked me to have a second round on house as car still had soap on it at multiple places. Love the microfiber towels they give and vaccum cleaning. Need to improve on the carwash as it causes little scratches, which I hate. I wish they had touchless wash or manual wash options to choose from. I travel almost 10 miles to get car wash here. They need to have one in legacy west market. They could grow exponentially with those good services

They broke my power fold drivers mirror and manager told me I was out of luck and there was nothing he could do for me. As I was pulling up the same routine. The sunroof is closed, chech. Turn off the parking sonar sensor, so they dont beep. Made sure to turned off the automatic wiper arms, and then switch the power folding mirrors close them in toward the doors. The prewash young man at entrance as the mirrors were folding in he pushed the drivers mirror all the way back before the mirror could finish folding by its self all the way in and made crunching noises. Now the mirror flopps back and forth, gears are stripped. The drivers mirrow is now useless and unsafe to drive.

I go here often to wash my car very fast clean Business! Never to many people and they always have towels for your car! I didn’t have to worry about any paint chipping

I went to this car wash about a year or so ago. And the first time I went I went through the drive through and they never requested to move my side view mirrors and allowed me to go through. Once I came out I noticed my license plate was missing. I asked them to please go back to check if it was in there and they keep insisting that I must’ve dropped it on the road. I finally asked the manager and he found it. Ever since then I didn’t return until today. Which was a big mistake. I was going through the drive through and before I was about to go in the person working the drive through came to my mirrors. I had rolled down my window and told him I don’t think my mirrors move. He proceeded to Try and move them and ended up breaking my side view mirror. I asked for a refund and said they could give me a refund but not let me wash my car which is very unprofessional considering they broke my mirror. I asked if they could pay for the damage and they said no because they weren’t responsible? How were they not when one of their employees broke my mirror after I specifically told them my mirrors don’t move that way. Through, the manager offered to glue my mirror back that wasn’t the right solution I needed it fixed properly to how it was. This place has awful service and horrible staff. They do not know how to treat customers when things aren’t in their favor they’d rather blame it on you instead. Never coming back again.

After my car was done being detailed, I opened the bag that they had put all of my personal effects into in order to retrieve my charger. As I fished around the bag, everything seemed sticky. When I opened the bag up; they(the detailers) had spilled a cup of coffee into the bag, and ruined most of my things. While I understand that this was a mistake, I was willing to let it go if the management was willing to compensate me for my damages. Instead, the manager looked at me dead in the eyes and said Sorry, we were busy; and we did not even do $60 worth of damage to your things, the best i can do is one free of our cheapest washes. The other manager then came up and said to me I would not have even offered you any wash. This does not even seem like a problem to me.I could not believe the customer service and unwillingness to work with the customer. I did not shout at these gentlemen, and get cross. I simply wanted them to do the right thing, and they could not deliver. I will not ever take my business back here, and plan on letting my friends and family know to either stop going or cancel their memberships to the wash club. What a joke.

I recently moved from the area and wanted to cancel my subscription. I removed the stickers from my car and found out later that I needed that number to go online to cancel my subscription. After moving I developed some money issues and no longer had the ability to pay for a monthly subscription. That being said, with no way to cancel over the phone, and no way of knowing what my membership number was, I was then hit with 25 cent charge after $0.25 charge after $0.25 charge. Every single day for about 2 weeks.

I lived in Plano, TX & had a VIP (unlimited washes) membership at Dreamwash. I went there because it was close to my apartment & in the awesome Castle Hills area. They have only one other location currently, so if I was in other parts of the huge Dallas metro area & wanted to go to the carwash, I had to drive to one of the two locations in the far north Dallas area, so that was a draw-back. I was usually close to home, though, so it wasnt a big deal. Its a very nice facility, & they have plenty of vacuum spaces, so I never had trouble getting a parking/vacuum space after my carwash, even on days when they were really busy, so that was great. The staff are friendly & helpful as well, so if you live nearby, I definitely recommend Dreamwash.

I rarely write reviews but the service I received here was exceptional! Norberto and Alejandro did such a great job detailing my truck. I couldn’t believe how well they did for such a low price. Norberto (manager) was friendly, honest, and made sure everything looked great. I am moving away from this area but will definitely continue to bring my truck here any time I need an interior clean (it will be so worth it!). Thank you again to Norberto and Alejandro!

Will most likely not be back until covid is over. Services are not bad but employees are not wearing mask (guy by the ticket thing). We were definitely not six feet apart (don’t think it’s very possible in such short distance). so a mask would definitely help but I didn’t see any employee wearing one, glad I had mine on. Maybe having a self serve machine would be beneficial during these times.

One of the best car wash that I have ever used. Car is very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. They often have a 5 day free wash regardless of rain. Also are super helpful is you need special attention to areas on your call. Such as wheels, interior, or a hand wax.

They are always so nice here and my car gets nice and clean. If you choose the towel dry, they blow out air from the crevasses of the car so you dont get a ton of streaks when you leave the wash.

Went today to get a car wash. I had a manger come over to my car to help me pick my car wash Josh was not wearing a mask and even joked about me putting one one before interacting with him. As a manger he should be setting an example to his team.

I stopped here on a Friday morning and paid $69 which includes a super clean interior on top of a basic interior. It got busy & there werent enough people working. They only spent 15 minutes or less on cleaning the inside of my vehicle. The inside of my cupholders were not thoroughly cleaned.They usually are very thorough because last time I paid to get the interior cleaned, my dashboard, windows, and interior were shiny.

Came today at 6.40pm to wash my car and its closed already. Even though Google says you are open till 7pm. I called the manager and he said that the owner called and told them to close at 6.30pm today. How would customers know that? I asked that Google says you close at 7pm. So, he replies that Google is not the owner of the business. Very disappointed at this unprofessionalism.

Awesome car wash!!! My car was filthy. I got the extra $5 bug treatment and they literally scrubbed my car before it went into the wash and it came out so clean. Free vacuums too, but the full detail is very affordable.

My car is spotless!!!! It’s been so long since I’ve seen my car so clean. They were fast and nice. The only thing I would suggest is the option to add a tip to the service with your card!

These guys were fantastic. The detail clean we chose left our car looking like new inside and out.Also, there was nothing missing or damaged.They put everything extra that we left in the car (sunglasses etc) into bags so we could go thru it.

Did great on my Lexus RX but did not show the same love to my Corolla. Very disappointed. It was still dirt in the cup holders. Dirt on the door panels. Its almost as if they didnt even clean it. I was charged 68 bucks for something that should have been easy to do.

I didnt go here but it looks really cool. I have a cartop display so I cant go through the automatic carwash, but i definitely would if not for the cartop display on top of my car. Periodt.

This is a cool car wash. Monthly subscription based but car gets washed clean. They have other VIP services and you can vacuum and detail your own car manually. Very creative.

UPDATE 5/25: I filed a BBB claim against them. They agreed to perform a buff & wax service next Wednesday at no cost to me to fix the stains their car wash left on my paint. In good faith, Ive informed them once theyve meet my BBB claim resolution requirements I will drop the claim and update my review and re-rate them.I recently moved to this neighborhood & thought I would try this car wash on May 2nd. Afterward, I noticed I had water/soap stains from the overhead brushes all across my trunk, roof, & hood. I went inside to talk to the manager Jose. We went and looked at my car & he then showed me some poster on the wall about oxidized paint. I told him my car was not like this before the car wash and Ive been going to a similar car wash for 4 1/2 years and it NEVER did this to my car. He just kept pointing to that poster, defending himself saying its my paint and I need to buy their $140 polish service. I admit I lost my cool, which I regret & apologize for. But I couldnt believe his response! He had me fill out an incident report to send to corporate which I told him would be worthless & Ill never hear from anyone. And of course, I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE.Im also posting pictures of the manager texting in public at his car wash. Not a very professional look.Now the worst part of this experience. I took my car to my former car wash, In & Out Carwash at Midway & Trinity Mills (theyre FANTASTIC), who again Ive been going to for 4 1/2 years & never had this issue. I ran it through their premium wash & these stains still didnt come out. I talked to the manager there & he said its definitely not my paint & its Dream Washs soap, water or brushes that caused the damage. I went to Auto Zone & bought a special polish/wax rag to try and get it out, but that didnt work either.I called & left a voicemail & submitted a message on their website explaining the situation & requesting a call back to find a resolution. I got a response from their VP of Operations, Brian Lewis, that day.He did follow up later that day & I was appalled by his response. Before you read it, know I HAD A BRAND NEW PAINT JOB PUT ON MY CAR 4 YEARS AGO AND MY CAR IS ALWAYS PARKED IN MY GARAGE.Im happy to share Brians response in full, but my characters are limited.To sum it up he said: My 17 year old car has oxidized clearcoat on the surfaces hit mostly by the sun from neglect. Over 17 years it has seen a lot of sun without any hand wax protection to protect the clearcoat & has oxidized so much that it now stains from any soap or oils. He recommended taking it to a paint shop to get a 2nd opinion. And then a $140 wax job from them!Ive added the pictures he sent me from their car wash cameras that prove my car was not like this before. The minor smudges on my car before the wash isnt due to his false defense of oxidized clearcoat & neglect.I realize I have a 17-year-old car, but a 4-year-old paint job. Its my family car for my kids. I dont need a $140 wax job or it to look like a brand new Lamborghini. I was fair to Brian before he sent me this response & told him I hope he does the right thing & resolves it or else I will post this review.It amazes me companies like Dream Wash handle problems like this. Im not one of these people trying to scam some free service. I just wanted my car washed. I dont have the time to deal with this, get a 2nd opinion (which I did from MAACO & they also said it is Dream Washs fault). BUT, being an official Google Local Guide & standing up for what is right, Im happy to warn others of this horrendous car wash & business.If you care about your car DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO DREAM WASH AUTO SPA CASTLE HILLS.**All my photos arent posting. Worst $10 Ive ever spent. Hardly used any soap so it was a horrible clean and it actually chipped paint off my car! I will never use their service again.EDIT: There was ONE chip on my car before the wash. We counted four after the wash.Regardless of whether or not my car had the chips previously, my car was not clean after the car went through the wash. That alone should tell people to spend their money elsewhere. And Im not the only one with this complaint either.

I would never use this company for car detail again. Maybe it was my ignorance to their appointment system?Firstly, I made an appointment to drop off at 1030 and advised this would be a 3 hr job for package 2 detail for 200 bucks and the ozone treatment extra 40. After multiple phome call and message attempts to follow up on the status after 4 hours, I decided to come by in case they were done but unable to answer phone.Disappointingly they were no where near done. All the manager could say was that theyve been busy. If I would have known they work on other cars at the same time as my appointment, I definitely wouldnt have come here. I should have heeded the managers warning when I dropped it off. He said noone really chooses that package here and hes always unsure whats in the package so he has to look it up.Nice people. Work was not worth the money.. Customer service was definitely not worth the money. 6 hours later.**You clearly did not tell me it would take all day. Had you told me that I wouldnt have kept calling trying to get update or come out there and wait another 3 hours. Come on now.

Had my wifes SUV hand waxed and the inside detailed while she was out of town. Amazing results and it literally looked as good as new. Took a little over an hour, was worth the money and Ill be taking my wheels there ASAP.

Went here for a car wash plus disinfecting. Seems they dont have enough employees to provide the services they promise. Waited 20 mins for attendant. Non to be found . Went to go find one myself and when I found he acted like I was bothering him. Would have been willing to stay and wait the 2 hours I was told but the guys attitude was so nasty. We will be cancelling our membership. No professionalism at all.

Good, quality car cleaning services offered. The self wash lane has several, reasonably-priced options while the place has plenty of full service options for both interior and exterior detailing. They even have a waiting room with free ice cream!

I’ve come to this location a couple times lately and the service I’ve gotten has been TERRIBLE. I tried to ask them to spray down my wheel wells because they had a little bit of mud in them, but they just pushed my truck through before I could even get the words out of my mouth. They did this TWICE!After the first run through there was still mud on the side of my truck, bugs on my windshield because they barely used a brush to scrub that. Then the manager, who claimed he’d been there 4 years, attempted to correct me and make it like he was doing me a favor by sending me through a second time when my truck was not cleaned after the first time through. Then he proceeds to say cleaning the wheel wells and scrubbing my windshield a little more than one pass with the brush were EXTRA when I paid for their highest level exterior wash. I will not be back. Service was terrible and all they want to do is push cars through as fast as they can without making sure they’re actually clean.

So far this has been one of my go to car washes. Pretty easy to get to. Nice and new. The staff is super helpful and detailed. Ive run my BMW through at silver $10, gold and Platinum and its all good. I might go monthly with them.Vacuums are nice and easy to use. Crazy good suction. Im always in and out fast.

I cant recall having a bad experience here. Up until this point Ive only had exterior washes done but the prices are fair and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. I especially appreciate that they provide towels and window cleaner at the vacuum station. I cant think of any other place Ive been to that does that.
