Initial service experience was good. Yesterday, I called regarding a flat tire on my Kubota. They can no longer be bothered to replace a tire.

I will never go to that place again a complete waste of time. But definitely go to bob cat they wont deny you for getting a machine and they have better equipment

Kubota is a great tractor, Walt in parts is very knowledgeable and super-helpful. This is a good place for sales AND service.

The people here took lots of time and patience to find parts for my 40 year old Kabota.

Bought a used tractor that was supposed to be good to go heard a noise in test drive they stated it was nothing. they parked it in my building and it was leaking, I ran it one time the mower broke in 30 seconds, they took it back repaired it taking 2/3 weeks got it back put less than an hour on it and now the transmission is broken. Buyer beware spent too much time dealing with them again will not purchase from again buyer beware

They may seem super friendly when it comes to selling you a tractor, but their prices are not. Also, if you want to buy a part, youll be paying MSRP at best, plus shipping cost. Last time they quoted me a part way over MSRP, I knew they are not the friendly folks to get my money. This part had to be ordered, with no firm ETA. No kidding, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Bottom line, I buy Kubota from someone else. Time to learn your lesson, Goodrich Johnson City.
