My regular salon was booked so I decided to try Susan’s because it was near me. I did have to wait 15 mins but other than that, my nails turned out great. The guy working was so professional and on point with what he was doing. Their prices (at least for my manicure) was reasonable!!! Will be my go to salon from now on.

Bea the owner does an amazing job. She takes her time! Which I love!I get done gel manicures & pedicures. I travel from Bayonne to Susan nails. Won’t go anywhere else. My nails could last up to 3 weeks & my toes up to a month. No walk in’s, appointments only.

Haven’t been here in years I went on Saturday with my daughters and had a great experience they took their time with us and did a beautiful job on our nails I will definitely be returning.

I wish I could give them zero stars, the worst experience Ive ever had in my life, the worker hurt my fingers as she is not careful at all, also my gel manicure didnt stay for even one day. I went to the salon to fix it but the worker ignored me and she was very rude and mad because I pointed out her mistake. Never will I walk in this place again horrible horrible

They are the best every one should go here and ask for Be. She knows everything and could do everything. Multiple times I have went there and they never disappoint. Best ever always go there.

I wish I could give them zero stars the worst experience Ive ever had in more than 20yrs going to nail salons. I posted pictures of how my nails look just 10 days after going over there. The guy that did my nails clearly had no idea what he was doing, I needed to soak my gel tips which afterwards I was told that they should have been soaked and peeled off by way of sanding down, this man used a cuticle remover to take the gel off completely ruining my natural nails under. I will never go there again!! Oh by the way they let people ahead of you that supposedly have appointments thats something that they should mention before they have you sit there for hours!!

I went in 15 mins to closing time and was refused service for a pedicure only, they had no one waiting and were just sitting around. Now I get that they are closing but do professionals really do this? What about the hours I’ve spent waiting for service at that same salon? What about the referrals for family, multiple gift cards I’ve purchased? I had a ingrown nail I needed to be rid of and even if i was offered the cleaning without a polish I would have understood. Get rid of the man he is mean but anyways the owner sat right there and said nothing. Terrible, will never go back there.

Have come to this nail salon often to do my eyebrows and cannot complain about anything. The service is outstanding and they are natural at sculpting my eyebrows perfectly without me even giving instructions every single time I go.

I went in there today with a good attitude and left very upset because a spanish lady with glasses decided to be very rude when she asked me if I wanted someone else to do my nails and I said if you want you can do my nails I’m not sure if I had offended her in anyway but I simply wanted my nails done and she replied with if I want to and proceeded to sit down and eat an apple while she told me she couldn’t take me because she was “working”. Even after the owner told her to do my nails

They suck dnt come here u will walk out with crooked nails!! I also pointed it out to the nail tech and she started yelling at me said “ well what u want me to do”, she was mad because I pointed out her mistake and did not like it! Never will I walk in this place again! Horrible, horrible!!

I wish I can give them zero stars worst experience ever they sat there and argued with while the guy smoked a cigarette in the salon telling me to shut up, screaming at me putting his fingers on my face, very unprofessional, they rush to do my nails, he sat there and said I complain to much, like Im not complaining I just want my nails done they way I want them because at end of the day Im paying for them, but he refused to fixs my nails he wanted me to pay all over again for a mistake he did, so biggest suggestion DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE THERE !!!!!!!!!
