One of the least expensive laundromats in the area, they keep it clean and the attendants are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend

The young woman that works in the daytime is so sweet, she spoke to everyone had a conversation with a child and also helped an elderly woman do her laundry and carry it to her car. The best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Another big plus is this is old school coin operated, there are a lot of washers and dryers and its clean. The washing machines start at 2.00 2.50 and then 3.50, dryers are a quarter for 6 mins. Love this laundry mat gonna miss it when I move.

Didnt see a person who worked there cleaning any of the washer and dryers off after somebody use them and the only time I did see someone it was to come out on the floor to get something and then they went right back into the office. The little vending machines they have the soap and stuff in was not filled so if you needed soap or dryer softeners they didnt have none in there.

I have continued to do business here during the pandemic. The workers keep it so clean. Washers are cleaned when you are finished washing clothes. People are very pleasant. Always willing to help you.

Been struggling to find a good laundromat place, almost went to another one nearby but there were a lot of people smoking outside and got discouraged; So glad I came to this one, the staff is super friendly and polite, even one of the workers helped me out to bring my bags of clothes inside 🤯😃 Loved it!!

Used to go here for years because it was clean. Owner changed. Manager rude. Some staff enforce mask orders and others call you names and literally push you around when you say you cant feel safe there anymore. I will no longer give a business my money if they cannot treat me respectfully.

Im at laundry fair first let me give you the good,this place is very well kept,almost all the dryers & washers are practically new, so is the change machine. Now the bad the governor mandated everyone must wear mask inside of a business building this place has signs posted all over stating mask must be worn. Now the ugly only myself and two patrons are wearing ppe five people arent and most important the woman and the maintenance man ARE NOT WEARING A MASK!!! I know you cant make people wear mask but not even the employees. Ill find another laundry because I value my life

Respectful workers. Always helping customers beyond their own duties. People seem to get along really well and price is really fair. Noticed they have newer machines than most places Ive been and my clothes came out really clean.

So, dropped my laundry off here a couple times, the last time I did I was told by the girl that works here I was not allowed to come in the way I was dressed??? I was not naked but I didnt know you have a dress code to go to the laundromat will NEVER come here again

The best thing about this laundromat is they take quarters. You dont have to buy a card and load it with money you may never use. Also, everything works the way its supposed to and everything is clean. The giant dryer is great if you have a lot of laundry. They also have a wash club card that gets you a free wash and dry after a certain number of visits. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Oh, and free coffee!

The manager is all business period. The staff is great, friendly helpful engaging with the customers trying to make their experience a pleasant one while doing their own work. The manager just needs to realize this is what keeps his business open the repertoire one has with its customers. I know people can choose to go else where if they have a problem with anything, but at the same time you loose customers and down the drain your business goes. Bringing back customers is the thing that helps grow the business, without customer engagement you have nothing but a blank building.

The owner of the cigarette store bought this place and he has been putting a lot of money into it to make it a better place to do your laundry. Good job Mo! You really turned this place around and its the only laundromat I will go to now. And also, I think its the cheapest laundromat around too. I recommend this place to everyone

Even when the laundromat is busy the attendant is always polite and helpful.I have never fealt embarassed to ask a question about how to do my laundry(like at some other laundromat) This is truly a great place.Thank You .

The lady that assist others is very, very friendly and helpful. They actually use hot water when you select hot. Most other places use warm or cold when you select hot water. The only thing is, at times, most of the machines are used up by their laundry drop off service.

The lady that works in the evening with long dark hair (sorry, I dont know her name) is the hardest working person Ive ever seen. She keeps the place spotless. This is a great place to do you laundry.

I went here a few weeks ago and I had a good experience. It wasnt as busy as I thought it would have been. The place was clean and the lady working there was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back here very soon.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and they even managed to save me a few bucks when we came with clothes that had been in a flood. They helped us get that mildew smell right out! Thanks guys and keep up the great service! Lincoln Park needs it!

Always a good experience. Sometimes a bit overcrowded but its always a good place. The lady that works in the morning time through early afternoon, really makes a difference to the place and makes you feel welcomed. Thats the main reason i go there is because of good customer service.
