Orkin is by far the best pest control company you can get. We tried another place and there was no difference in how many bugs we had outside. With Orkin the bugs are pretty much non existent. They do not over charge and well worth the money. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with Orkin today. I put in a request for a consult late last night, they called me promptly in the morning and scheduled for a day off appointment. The tech, Ben, was scheduled to come between 2-4 pm, and he called and asked to come early, around 12, which was more than beneficial. Ben was professional and friendly. I’d gladly work with Orkin again, especially with their 30 day guarantee.

Orkin has been providing pest control service for my Mother for more than two years. The service being provided is exceptional from the office and representatives doing the in home pest treatment.

The office and I got our lines crossed as to what service we needed, so a CL100 inspector showed up instead of a termite bond re-inspection technician. He was super friendly and helpful as y’alls people always are, apologized for the mistake even though it wasn’t his mix up, and got to inspecting for our termite bond renewal instead so we didn’t have to reschedule or set up another appointment. Thanks for the help as always - Y’all are wonderful!

Problem was not solved. I ended up doing it myself. Wasted money and attempted to cancel service when contract was up but its like they wont take no for an answer!

I have previously been very happy with my Orkin service. Today two very young men came inside to spray and they did a horrible job. I have never seen a bug spray company where they sprayed all over the floor. Once you mop- it will be washed right off. They dropped spray all throughout my home- up and down stairs and randomly on the floor- I mean not even close to the baseboards. My hardwood floors are looking discolored where they sprayed and I hope that washes out. I will be calling Orkin tomorrow to report this as well. They were also here for about ten minutes and I have three levels. The job wash rushed and very poor quality.

When he first got here he was very nice and professional. But he didnt do any of the things it said yall did in your video all he did was look in a cabinet or two then got his spray and only did a border spray inside and outside he didnt put anything under the house he didnt lay down any traps and after he left the pest just got even worse when I set up the appointment I was told all I had to do was be here when they came he didnt even spray the hot spots n my house then you tell me its gonna take two weeks before I start to see an improvement as a new customer with Orkin right now I am very unsatisfied.

Good service although not the best. Ive had other providers that do a really good job removing spider webs every service. Its not done at all or certainly not consistently although when ive called the office they say its supposed to be done. Professional, timely and responsive service though.

There was a mixup on which services I was getting, the technician pointed out I only needed one and not the other which significantly reduced my bill.
