Really unprofessional. The technician who was doing my nails was on the phone all the time and whenever I spoke to her about the pedicure huffed as if I was disturbing her conversation. When I went to dry my nails, the slipper rubbed against my toenail. So i requested her to redo the nail. She tutted again and didnt even bother to redo it. She just painted right over it. Would give zero stars if I could. Please spend a few extra dollars and get better service elsewhere.

I dunno if i got a horrible technician or the place is horrible. They did such a hasty and bad job.I went for a mani-pedi combo.1. Didn’t cut my feet nails properly and left them uneven.2. Put some scrubbing gel on my leg only to wash it off.3. Didn’t even rub the sand stone on entire feet.4. Cut the cuticles on my finger nails so horribly that my hand ended up looking like i bit my skins off around my nails.Never ever going back. Total waste of money and time.

Horrible horrible service!!I was a regular customer and unfortunately, the individual I use to get my nails done from (Anthony) left 😢The sad part is, all their good staff has left and now they just have untrained, rude people who act like they know everything.Given this fact, I still tried my luck last week. It would have been better if I would have just thrown my money in the drain. This lady decided on using her hands to press SNS on my nails and added multiple unnecessary coats of SNS. My nails felt like a rock and the coat was extremely uneven. When I told her to fix it, she kept rolling her eyes.After paying $85, look at my nails!! They are chipped within a week. Woman, you should be fired!!😡😡Hire the right people or you’ll soon have to close down the place due to lack of business!!

Have been going here for a while. Usually hit or miss with a tech until I finally got one that was let go. Under new management now valuing quality over quality making my experience alot more pleasant. Lots of new upgrades coming which is exciting. Summer, handled all my shape and styling specifications down to the finest detail. She was careful, gentle, took her time and very hygiene conscientious about nail & cuticle health. Absolutely satisfied with my nails. Will definitely be coming back

This place is Trash just like the unprofessional staff working here. My daughter and I entered the salon at the same time. My daughter was serviced right away. I was told to have a seat. 3 People walked in after me and where serviced right away. While I sat in the waiting area. Needless to say, I was never seen. I hate to pull the RACE card. However I have to call a spade a spade.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and this place was open so I went there.I had a dipping powder manicure that started to chip after a week but I didn’t pay attention since my friend wanted to do her nails so I went again a week later.The woman who did my nails the second time insisted on using a UV light even when I told her I didn’t want to, and behold- my nails broke after 3 days and this pic below is only a week after my visit there.I should say that the people there are nice and the place is clean and it’s nice to be there.I wish the product was as good as the service.

There are just 2 people who can do eyebrow waxing here .. one of them is very friendly and also very good at her work. I highly recommended that girl, charmi. However, the other girl can turn you back without any reason as early as 730 pm saying she cannot do it even though the salon hours are till 9 O clock. They dont care even if you call them and inquire before going in. since it wasnt her who attended the phone call so she wont be doing the service. And when i asked an explanation for denial of a 5/10 minute service ( when theres more than an hour for the closing ) her answer was she has have 1 more customer to do. There was no appropriate response and just kept walking away when i was trying to ask something. She simply shrugged off like I dont care if you report it to my manager. No consideration about the customer service or the time some one has put in to visit the salon, just want to run away as early as possible by denying services. Please modify your hours to 7 pm if you are not going to provide a service rather than wasting ones time.

This place is complete rip off. My boyfriend and I went here and had deluxe pedicure treatment. His pedicure started 5-10 minutes before mine and ended 5minutes later. The explanation of what deluxe treatment says all sort of different treatments including EXTRA massage which we both did not receive at all. I spoke about this to the lady and she is like, we gave you all the treatment that is mentioned and Men’s treatment is expensive that women that is why the time difference.I would never recommend this place.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! And I’m a loyal customer. Went in today and asked for a dip powder manicure. Got the manicure and she left me to serve another client. I was under the gel dryer for 10 mins without any notice when to take my nails out. Apparently the girl she was working on had an appointment. The nail lady, JUDY, knew she had an appointment. So if she knew she had an appointment she should’ve said something. I felt abandoned in that moment because how am I supposed to know when or if my nails are done? It’s the fact that there wasn’t any communication. But if I would’ve gotten up and left without paying, then it would’ve been a problem. So unprofessional. Told her how I felt and she said nothing! Did not leave a tip.

Youll be lucky if you find a good Nail tech.The 4 star rating is for the overall experience.But I would suggest you to ask for KIM or ANTONY!I tried many times and so far KIM is the best Nail Tech I ever had, Im a regular now.The next best is ANTHONY.I would rate Kim 5⭐️.Shes really good with her work. And she also explained me how important it is to have a good rapport with the Nail Tech. She did a great job with my nails. And they dont look fake anymore. I would continue with her for my future appointments.

I went in on a Thursday, did a manicure and pedicure, regular nail polish. It chipped on FRIDAY!! So, not even 24 hours after getting them done. Since it was my first time here and I didn’t know the procedure I called and asked if they could repaint the chipped nails, the lady said yes. I then paid for transportation to get there just to have the person in the front desk tell me that they don’t redo regular nail polish, I explained to her that 1) I called before and 2) No good regular nail polish would chipped in just a day. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to make a scene. What bothers me is that I traveled there for not reason. The reason I called is so I wouldn’t have to go in vain.

I had gone to get my powder manicure removed. There was only one person apparently who knew how to remove powder nailpaint and used a scalpel like pointed object to chip off the powder from my nails. I stopped her after 2 as it was hurting and harmful for the nail but my nail has been damaged since. You can see crack in both my nails and I have not been able to get a manicure since. Absolute worst place.

I got my nails and feet done a month ago and they still look good. The gel color on my feet and acrylic is still vibrant and the shape maintained. I will for sure becoming back.

FYI I am a lisenced cosmetologist so I know how professional nail service is supposed to be executed.So this rating is not for the entire business but for the onenail tech that did my uv gel nails. So I made an appointment same day which they accommodated for me; I asked them over the phone how much for gel polish French pedi and uv gel set and they said around 100 for everything I ended up paying 135 plus 5 dollars each tech for tip.The nail tech is named Tiffany and by the way she told me her name after she was done. The first thing she did that sent red flags was when she was sanding my natural nails the first nail she did was my pinky; she drilled my natural nail bed so hard that she literally peeled my nail back and cut my natural nail in the picture you can see my nail bed which is under my nails. BUT WAIT theres more she kept quiet as she did my nails and she bent my nails while filling them with a nail file about 5 times and she kept hurting me with the drill she only apologized once and that was after I was getting really frustrated. She literally had me jumpy and nervous when she was reaching for my nails with the file and drill. She was rushing the service and was working too quickly and not taking her time to properly form my nails evenly some of my nails are uneven and some are a bit lumpy. She never spoke to me the entire time only to tell me to book the refill service after 3 weeks then thats when she told me her name. I was next to another nail tech and she was so nice I was pathetically joining in on their convo cause apparently my nail tech was not into talking much or even truly invested in me her client. The other nail tech was way more into her client and was even entertaining my conversation with them. I will not ever recomend this nail tech to anyone Im not sure why she treated me this way this is the first time I ever left a bad review ever but I just wanted to warn everyone interested in getting their nails done here. Like I said the entire nail salon staff does not seem like this particular tech the lady who did my uv gel polish pedi on the other hand was pleasant and didnt hurt me once. I think I was overcharged definitely and the cost wasnt broken down too much but I still tipped each one 5 dollars because I know what its like to do services on clients but Tiffany truly did not deserve a dime and I dont think Ill ever be back. The service was bad and my nails look ok but Im only like 75 percent satisfied with the finished product and 0 percent satisfied with the service she gave me.

One of my first stops when quarantine is over is this place. Theyre very professional. I didnt like a color I picked and the lady was so nice - she let me change it after she had already applied a coat of gel. I usually go on a Tuesday - Thursday so I can avoid the weekend rush at nail salons and they never make me wait.

This place is ran by the staff. The owner has zero presence or is ever there. The staff is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. They are rude, impatient and will ignore you and when you are finally at the table they treat you as thought you are lucky to be serviced. The nail techs do not respect the manager and ignore her too. They also talk in their Language and watch TV while doing your nails!!!!! It’s Bizarre. I have notified the BBB and Jersey City dept of consumer affairs. The way they treat you here is unacceptable.There is no receptionist. It’s absolutely a circus in this place. People go here because there isn’t another option at the mall and not many places in downtown jersey do nail extensions. Go here If you don’t mind being treated like dirt.

Got a basic manicure and the lady was flat out ignoring me while looking at her phone and talking in another language with the nail tech next to her that wasnt doing anything. The quality of the manicure itself isnt horrible, but the lady ruined it for me. She made me get up and go to the atm next door between prepping and polish so that I could get cash to pay her then, and I wasnt told previous that they didnt take cards. Once she lead me to get my nails dried she just sat down at a pedicure station and was doing something on her phone, forgetting about me. I said goodbye on my way out and she barely even looked at me.Did not tip, will not go back

I went in today and asked for gel pink and whites. The lady put on the pink but air brushed on the white. Not only that all my nails are basically completely different from one another. And there are bubbles in my nails.

Use to be my nail salon then they closed for “maintenance” without warning. That’s ok now because I found a cheaper closer salon & the work is amazing. If they open back up & I had to go. I recommend Kim or her nephew Anthony. They do good jobs.

Pretty bad nails, I think the lady don’t see very well she is older and my nails were not same shape. I asked “ombre “ and she tried but not what I am used to plus the edges look weird. I told her I want them short, never had an issue before and the guy (staff) next to us starting talking to a client how they are better longer, and how they don’t like short nails, then they started talking in whatever language they speak but it seemed as they talked about me asking for short nails.Then for pedicure I asked for French design and was horrible, the worst I’ve ever had. I thought they would be good but they are just expensive and overrated. Also lack of customer service.

I should have check the reviews before going to lavi nails... came for French manicure...nobody could do it, three different ladies tried to do it, all doesn’t look like French manicure.. staff super rude, saying that it because of my nail shape 😅 so fix it, that’s why I’m here, or could have say honestly that they can’t do regular French. I asked for manager, she did different style, looked fine, she was in rush cuz didn’t want to miss another clients! BUT, I ended up with infection under skin right next to my nail. I spent a lot of money for treatment... still having an issue with that infection... Hopefully everything will be fine! OWNERS please check all of your instruments, clean after every use... nothing else to say.

Do not support this place they turned down a paying customer because of wanting acrylic nails done. I called before going to see the pricing and if they were busy i was told they had open slots and they were not busy. Upon arrival all of a sudden they were booked for the day and had no open slots i also was told they only had two people working. I left and proceeded to call just to test out how true the story of them being “booked” was and come to find out i was told they had open slots for anytime just to come in whenever time was fine for me. This is the most hurtful thing that any nail salon could possibly do, turn down a paying customer just because of the type of nail they want to get. I guess if it’s not gel or powder which cost more money they will treat you like trash, lie, and turn you down because you don’t want to pay more money.

Ive been going to for my acrylic/gel nails for a long time and she has never disappointed me. The past two times she did my nails and she spends so much time making sure they are perfect !

If I could put 0 stars I would.... paid $40 (with a $10 tip and didn’t get a thank you) for the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life that took over and hour to do.... I was embarrassed to even walk out of the place the way I did. The man clearly had NO idea how to do dipping powder nails. Did not clean up around my cuticles. Did not course file the top. And slapped on THREE coats of powder. The thickest, messiest, most uneven and dull/rough nails I’ve ever had in my life. I wanted to ask for the money back but didn’t want to be rude... so I’ll just be rude with my review.. Went here for the convenience of it being in walking distance of the Westin, obviously would never go back.

Made an appointment 48 hours ahead of time, yet was ignored after picking out my color for over half an hour while 6 women were taken ahead of me, including one who had a LATER appointment than I did. When I asked about the wait I was told the person I was asking didn’t make the appointment so it wasn’t her problem as she proceeded to take a walk in that arrived after me. I ended up so upset I thanked all the employees for my *wonderful* manicure by showing them some very specific broken nails.

Anthony is one of the best nail technicians there is. I recommend to make appointment because they get really busy on weekends.

Worst service ever! Not the first time.. every time I try a new person, every time it’s disappointment. I booked an appointment, no technician was free, all were bz for 4 hrs. Nobody informed me they gave someone else my spot. Rescheduled my appointment to other day.. still got a worst ever acrylic refills that got chipped in a day. Would never recommend to anyone! They should shut the nail bar!

So I traveled from Massachusetts to New Jersey to work and went to the Newport mall. The lady at lavi nails upcharged me. She charged me $55 dollars for a full set with tips when it should of been $40. She did gel nail polish even tho I told her not to. I told her I wanted a certain design and she did it wrong. Then I went back to have her fix them and she tried charging me $10 more dollars. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL MAKE YOU SPEND AND ARM AND A LEG. Place is terrible I can do nails better.

Im surprised at the reviews here. Ive been coming here for at least four years and I find this establishment very accommodating! I often get a gel french manicure and its beautiful every time. I rarely get the same individual I can only think of one time when I didnt like the work as much but they offered to do the work over. I dont think you can beat that. I tend to go first thing in the morning with my daughter. Perhaps that accounts for the remarkable difference in perception of service. I had my nails done here three weeks ago. The only chip in the Polish of the French is the one I put in it prying open a jar. The work is quality every time.

I love everything about this place! I have been coming here for about 4-5 years now, and I’ve always been treated with care & professionalism. I have done my eyebrows here along with a mani & pedi of course, and I have always left more than satisfied with my nails, toes & eyebrows. Anthony is my manicurist and he is AMAZING & I highly recommend him!! He mainly does manicures (gel wrap & gel polish, my always go-tos) and he does them well. He can do anything you ask, even that “nail art” Pinterest picture you fell in love with; he will do it to-the-tee! Eyebrows there are done by 2 lovely ladies (honestly they are both amazing, so I never have a preference who I am able to get), because they do waxing or treading and my eyebrows are always perfect. The lovely ladies that work there are all amazing at pedicures as well as manicures (so who ever you get, you will be very well taken care of) I love Mary, she is also my other recommendation for mani & pedi! I love this place & it’s very convenient being that I’m across the street from it, however if I were to ever move, I will always come back here. Great place, great environment & with great employees to relax with while you get pampered.

They are incredibly rude, unprofessional and I felt discriminated against as a cherry on top. I went in at 4:55pm asked for soak off “Uma” said $10. A man was asking me if I wanted to keep my real nail and I’m like they’re attached to my body so I would like to keep my real nails thank you. Next I asked how long it’s going to take to soak off I had six fingernails I’m thinking this shouldn’t take that long and “Uma” said half hour. I thought half hour for the actual soak off which would be pretty quick and I said ok then she was telling me a half hour to wait to get them done and I said ok then in the next breath she was saying that they can’t do it now because they’re closing and there’s no one to do my nails when there are people standing around doing nothing and they have barely any customers in the store. I’m like excuse me? You close at 6pm. Well I never had any kind of experience like this but happy for myself be after seeing these reviews. A soak off takes literally 5 minutes of work from them and 45 minutes you sitting. Clearly don’t know what they’re doing and extremely bad service too.

I had a manicure that was terribly done. The price was 25 dollars. I gave the girl 30 dollars and she did not reimbursed me. When I asked for my 5 dollars back, she started acting as if she had already reimbursed me. I just did not want to cause any trouble and I left. Extremely poor service. Don’t Waste your time and money to go there!!!!

They have decent service but today i got acrylics done by an indian woman i dont know her name and it was done horribly. different lengths, weirdly shaped, and didnt make the design on my nail straight enough. while she was drilling my nail she scraped some skin off. i think michelle is a good technician. i havent got my nails done from her yet but she seems to have a lot of customers i will go to her next time.

If you do not have 2 hours minimum to waste, do yourself a favor and make an appointment or go elsewhere. If you appreciate good customer service and professionalism, go elsewhere. I was the first customer in the salon at 10am when they were all arriving. Yet 3 people were taken ahead of me. I waited patiently for 20 minutes. At that point a lady began taking off my old polish when all of a sudden her client comes in for their 10:30am apptmt. I am pushed to the side yet again .. Then I am told to wait 5-10 mins. After being placed with another lady who files and shapes my nails, I am told I will need to be switched again to someone else for the polish. While I was there I witnessed a shouting match between the manager and a walk-in customer who had been told she was next repeatedly for over an hour with no results. The manager who should have communicated better to begin with got mad at the patient customer and stormed off to hide in her office. Its best to make an appointment. Walk-ins are a disaster.. they are never honest about the wait time and couldnt care less about customer service. (I have been here at least 5 times due to the convenience of the location).

Great location but I wouldnt waste my time or money. I went to Michelle to remove my acrylic nails and she was 15 minutes late. Then, she had an attitude and no patience because she was only concerned about her next customer. She didnt want to answer my questions about what she was doing or the process and got very rude. I had to remind her that I was a paying customer and the importance of customer service. Never ever will I return to Michelle or Lavi nails. If I could give them a negative number I would.

If you are going there for threading which is done by Charmy/ Chami..an Indian girl. Just drop the idea. She has no ethics, no manners and no professionalism. Most rude and abusive girl that you can find in a parlour. I asked to do the eyebrows neatly, she screams sayingskin Nikal doo should I take out your skin??...... Not one but twice she did this, so thought of writing this review.Totally avoid.

Anthony is great, he has a great talent for creating nail art. It is pricey but worth it my nails last at least a month.

Ive just had the WORST service! She cut my nails too short. Was too busy engaging in a conversation with her coworkers. Kept pulling my arm. When it came time to polish my nails, I told her I just wanted to leave. I guess she decided that I was important enough to ask whats wrong but by then it was too late. I grabbed my things and left. I will NEVER go to this place AGAIN!!! I didnt even want to give it 1 star! TERRIBLE!!!

I’ve been getting my nails done at this mall for 15 years.. always made an appointment and never had a long wait if I didn’t. They are my go to when I want my nails done right. It’s under new Management but most people are the same.

Theyre always extremely busy but they managed to squeeze my daughter and I at the very last minutes before theyre closing. I really appreciated and we had fun together for our long mother/daughter day.

Yesterday 9/10/18 was my first and LAST time visiting this store. The Indian wax girl refused to give me a refund when I POLITELY told her I was unhappy with the way she did my eyebrows. She even raised her voice/ yelled at me when all I said was that “if you look closely at my eyebrows, they are uneven: one is too thin/ not thoroughly clean and my right eyebrow has a high arch while my left eyebrow doesn’t the more I look at it. If you are truly a professional then you would have realized that and not caused a scene at the salon.” The lady aggressively talked to me and I didn’t like that. I gave the girl my phone number so the manager can call me but I doubted he/she will call me. Clearly, the manager should train his staff about customer service. I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service before.

I stood at the front desk waiting for assitance for about 5 minutes, the place was full so I understood the wait. Another lady walks up to the front desk and stands right next to me; within seconds one of the attendants paused her manicure job to greet the other woman with a smile. I said excuse me Ive been standing here for sometime now. To that, the attendant directed me to sit down without even asking what service I was hoping to receive. In less than 5 minutes, a woman came from the back to help the lady who came in after me. Apparently this made the other woman uncomfortable too because we both left the salon.

Horrible service they dont keep track of who comes in first so you can be waiting a long time after people who walked in after you. Theyre also a bit more pricey than neighboring nail salons so with the awful customer service and high prices id say avoid this place

Not worth the price at all.Very disappointed with the the service. He was so harsh while filing my nails that they bled. The top coat that he put doesn’t have a good finish and has come out of the nail’s perimeter, onto the neighboring skin. Would not recommend it anyone at all.

New Renovation, new mani and pedi gray high back chairs and new marble floor, looks great. The massages are alot stronger and firmer

I am giving this nail salon five stars solely because of my nail lady Tairy, shes thorough, gets my shape and nail size right every time, never cuts me, myPolish is always flawless and always has wonderful conversation. It is a busy place so you can feel a little rushed by management but its to be expected with a location in the mall. I always work by appointment and shes ready for me once I arrive. The salon has an array of colors to choose from. Ive done acrylic and gel acrylic with Tairy and love how she does both. The salon is under new management so dont get lost in the bad reviews BUT always ask for Tairy!!!

My nail tech she does good work but management is and very rude and unprofessional. They change their rates every 6 months. Gel mani went from $23 to $30. Wont be passing back.

Staff is always in rush. Today was worst. The person doing my nails had to leave as it was closing time. She did not scrub my feet nor removed dead skins. Two people started doing my mani, pedi. They finished both in 20 mins... they should not take clients if cant do justice. I will never go again and nor let my friends go to this place ever. Prefer to give negative star if possible. I am writing this a week after calming down. 70 minute wait after being told hardly any wait on the phone !!! The place has NO RESPECT for their customers time and would rather have you hanging on to make a buck than be honest in their communication with you and their team. I called in asking if I would have to wait if I came in around 30 minutes later, the lady said no. When travelled all the way there she stated it was still 20 minutes. That has already set the tone and frustrated me as I understand there is usually a bit of a wait but again if on the phone she had told me 45 minutes would be a better time for me to come in I would have done so. Anyway about waiting for about FORTY minutes instead of the 20 the lady said to me Oh it seems one of our ladys is off today and I did not know so it will be about 10 minutes more. At this point I would have given around 50 minutes of my time up EVEN WHEN CALLING AHEAD. I got angry and asked to speak with a manager and the lady told me it was herself. I asked why as a manager she didnt know who was working that day and how she couldnt possibly have checked to see who was working to analyze the wait time when I initially called as she would have realized they were short staffed. By this point I felt stuck as I have invested all my time so I felt forced but had to wait out the extra 10 minutes. Of course this time over ran and turned into 25 as of course AGAIN they decided to lie and miscommunicate the real wait time to make a buck. SO OVERALL I had waited for close to an 70 MINUTES for a nail appointment I had called ahead for to be sure of. I had to completely rearrange my plans and as I was running SOOO late I had to leave early and could not wait the time needed to dry the polish so overall felt like a real waste due to smudging. EVEN IF they has told me at the beginning come back in an hour I could have gone and shopped or eaten!! They made it such a way everything was revolving around what they felt like saying In the moment or what worked for them. Never felt so disregarded as a customer in my life- and I dont write reviews!!

The first time I only went there because of the convienece of it being in the mall. I actually liked it, I believe Lin helped me out she did a wonderful job with the UV gel fill in and I paid $35 and was satisfied. The next time I went I was interested in getting a French ombré and when I inquired the nail tech and receptionist told me $45 I said okay. Then he said I should have told him earlier and said he didn’t know how to do them so I said okay forget it I’ll get it done next time. So I got a regular UV gel fill in with UV gel polish and got charged $45 anyways? And they were done horribly! They keep chipping and even then there was glue all over my cuticles, I’m not sure if the man who did my nails was new but they were not done well. As I told him to fix them when I saw they were bad he would sigh and just make me feel uncomfortable. There was sooooo much miscommunication. I told her I didn’t want to pay the $45 and all the receptionist said was “well our prices are everywhere” I said well those were the $10 that would normally go towards tip. And just now a friend of mine just called and got quoted $70 for UV gel with French ombré, I said no way! I called maybe 30 minutes later and they told me $45! HORRIBLE!! Miscommunication alll over! Only reason they’re still in business is because of their hours and location.

This is by far the worst nail place I have ever been too. I had a broken nail and instead of applying a new tip she just kept it shorter than my other nails. When I asked her to fix it she argued with me. In addition, she made two of my fingers bleed and when I told her it hurt she didn’t care. I should have listened to the other bad reviews !

Worst place I have ever been to.. never ever recommend. The people are cheaters, rude and not giving appropriate service. Feeling disgusted why I stepped in to this place. No manners, full attitude without reason. The place should close down so that something better could come up on that place. I just hate pass that shop now .. uff .. am too upset.. feeling short of words!!

This is the WORST nail place ever. They charged me 50 dollars for nails that lasted 2 days. One the nails broke off and when I got them fixed they charged me 5 the very next morning another nail comes off. DO NOT GO THERE EVER❗❗❗

The woman who did Mani and Pedi for me was so impatient and rude! Once one of my nails needed another polish, she got mad and reluctantly did it again for one nail and told me to be careful in a bad way!

DO NOT GET A PEDICURE FROM THIS PLACE - I only used Lavi nails because I love the woman who does eye brows there ( which by the way she is no longer there). Well because I liked her so much I decided to try other services. I got a manicure which was ok not horrible but could have been better given the price. I then tried a pedicure- WORST pedicure ever! they barley spent time on my feet or did anything! when I brought this up to the manager. (Male- manager on duty that day) he was not helpful and could have cared less that my first experience getting a pedicure from them was aweful. He shook his head while I talked and said oh im sorry and walked away. I paid 40.00 for nothing it was a waste. This place is over priced and the quality is subpar! Let me save you do not go there!

Terrible service, managers are rude and over charge without prior confirmation on pricing. I will not recommend anyone to get ripped off by them.they always want to charge new nails when refill is due. And also do it without telling.

I went there for a mani-pedi and I wasnt happy at all. First the lady just cut of my cuticles without even asking if I have diabetes which can be really dangerous. Than she cut me toe nails way to short and didnt even ask me if I want them to be cut. Her doing my pedi actually hurt, never had this before.Than I had the mani - again she just cut of my cuticles without asking now a week later my cuticles look really bad. Than she started to file my fingernails they ended up being really uneven she was using a file made for gel or acryl nails not natural nail. Plus she wasnt even looking at my nails while filing. Not going there again.

Waited for 5 mts at the main desk and nobody was there. Employees seemed busy and looked at me but no one came to ask if I needed anything.
